Got set up with Pauls Plumbing through Landmark Home Warranty after our Water Heater started leaking badly. Paul was able to come out within 24 hours of being called, got the replacement request submitted ASAP, and a new water heater installed in less than 72 hours. Went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Even went on the roof and resealed all exterior vents for us (not just the one for the water heater). Did a full replacement by himself in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be contacting them in the future for any plumbing needs. Also installed cold-line valve to water heater (so if any leak occurs we can shut water off to that but not the whole house) and brought everything up to code, including a drip pan that goes to the exterior of the house.Hes very prompt, courteous, and professional. His wife (Amanda I believe?) is very nice as well too and made sure to keep us updated on the status of everything. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Used my home warranty and was referred to Paul’s plumbing, his secretary Amanda called me the next day to schedule and he came to my house 2 days later. he is very quick, informative, and the service was great! Tiolet works good now and I would definitely use him again.
