    My husband and I appreciate Michaels communication and professionalism throughout our home improvement process. The 3D drawing provided with estimate was helpful and accurate to how the project turned out. Owning a older home, we hope to have him help us in the future!

    Mike did outside painting as well as inside painting for us. He wrapped our garage with vinyl, too! Oh, and he hung a new light for us and was eager to do so. He was very professional and on time. He made sure everything was covered and cleaned up after the project. It’s hard to find dependable people to complete projects around your house. He is one of the good ones!!! We will hire him again for future projects for sure! I would add pictures but they don’t do it justice!

    My mom recommended me Rodgers and Daughters Home Repair last year when I was looking for someone who was able to help fix my roof. Well Mike was working on my roof he sent me pictures and updates, he also recommended me to get my chimney fix before fall of this year. When I was able to reach out to Mike to help with my chimney he remembered who I was, responded right away and was able to squeeze me in. His work is excellent, clean, affordable, understandable, super friendly and professional.     We had a great experience. We were quoted quickly and accurately, lower than the other quotes we got. Mike finished the work in a few days and made sure to clean up his mess. He also didnt want to leave until we were satisfied that the job was done.     First time homeowner and first time dealing with a contractor. I was nervous with the initial meet and the quote. But both went beautifully. I even asked around if my quote was good and I was told it was very reasonable. Then he showed up as planned for the first day, bright and early and got right to work. The project took longer than anticipated but it was because he was so thorough and did little extras for me like trimming my hedges and shaping them for the porch painting. He put extra nails in to secure the steps and leveled them. He caulked around my windows and so many other little things that added to a greater appreciation of his work. The end product was a lovely whole new look to the front of my house. Not to mention him and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. They worked in horrible heat and long days but he was insistent he get it done and done right. Im already planning my next project and he will be the one to do it. Highly recommend!     We wanted to build a cedar pergola, called several contractors only a couple responded.Called Mike @ Rogers & Daughter Home Repair,Responded quickly came out to look at the project, gave us an estimate the same day, we accepted the quote ,gave us a start date was on time, worked long hours even Sat.Was professional , prompt, and did just what we wanted, made a few changes along the way, but never complained.Awesome job all the way around.Would recommend Mike and his crew to anyone.Thank you Mike & David.We are enjoying our new pergola.Before & after pics attached

    I did not realize how hard it is to find someone to install a shower door. I am so thankfully to find Mike, He did beautifull job install my shower door and cleaning up at the end. Plus, price was so reasonable. I will defiantly hire Rogers and Daughters LLC again. Thank you Mike.

    I was impressed with many things working with this company. Michael worked long days to get the job done. Being an older house presented unseen problems that were addressed, discussed with me, and completed in a cost effective, professional manner. When he completed the project everything was cleaned up leaving no sign he’d even been there!As he worked on the project I hired him to do, I mentioned a few other projects that needed attention in the future and he made time in his schedule to complete them in a timely manner. I highly recommend Michael for you home repairs.

    Michael did a great job on the remodel of my outdoor shed with the exterior siding, drywall, and creation of outdoor door on the shed. He had excellent responsiveness and worked long days to get the job done. I would definitely hire him to do more work around my house!

    We had a leak in our bathroom wall and we’re not looking forward to having the bathroom torn apart to repair it. Mike gave us an estimate which we accepted, decided on a date to do the work, and were very happy that he arrived on time ready to work. He removed 50 year old tile and replaced it perfectly. His grout removal and replacement was immaculate. Would definitely recommend this contractor.

    I highly recommend Michael for your projects. I am genuinely impressed with the breadth and depth of his expertise. Michael charges a very fair price, ensures his customers are satisfied, and stands behind his work. Michael repaired a cedar fence for me, got it done in two hours, and it works great! It’s wonderful to know I found a trustworthy person for when I need odd jobs done as I developed a hand condition that makes it difficult for me to do some things myself.     Mike did a great job repairing our rood. Another company installed our roof a few years ago and did a terrible job, we had multiple places that would leak each time it rained. When that company wouldnt fix, it we hired Rogers and Daughters to do the repair. Mike worked long hours to ensure the roof was no longer leaking, and followed up with us a few weeks after to make sure we were happy with it. We are. We will be using Rogers and Daughters again soon for our bathroom remodel.

    I had just moved to Manitowoc and bought a lovely old house that needed some updates. I had quite a list of things that varied from installing railings on exterior stairs and various inside work from mounting a tv and hiding the cords to placing weatherstripping on a drafty door and a host of small things in-between. Every task was done carefully and professionally. Mike has been responsive and has gone the extra mile to ensure that things are done the way I want them. I am so grateful that I have such a skilled and versatile company to work with! Im working on the next to do list and will b calling Rogers & Daughters Home Repair again!

    Mike & his Crew came in on time and Got right to work. Didnt take long to cut out the drywall that was wet & replace it. Everything was cleaned up at the end.The price was much more affordable compared to other quotes we got.I would highly recommend this company and will be sure to contact him with more house projects we have in the near future!

    Mike was awesome. Our chimney was in danger of collapse & the roofing around it & some of the roof framing was in bad shape. He came right away & figured out a plan to safely take down the bad chimney part & fix the roof all at a fair price.He went right to work & coordinated with the furnace people to get our furnace safely vented again.And even though we were delayed by the furnace people he made sure the roof was protected & water proof till he could finish the job.He literally saved our roof & house from major damage. Would definitely use Rogers & Daughters Home Repair again. Thanks Mike!!!

    Mike and i spoke over the phone about removing my chimney and came over that day to take a look. Upon arriving he went up to take a look, it wasnt good to say the least. This was due to an unprofessional roofer. Before leaving, Mike said, he couldnt leave knowing there was risk of further damage, went back up on his own to temporarily patch the roof until he removed the chimney.Once up there he ran into yet another problem, again, due to the other guy not doing the job correctly. This too was fixed by Mike for a very reasonable added cost.Id also like to point out that during this time i was having other work done to our home, Rogers & Daughters were very accommodating by allowing the other work to be done first without canceling or charging me some hidden fee.I do have further work/home improvements that i need done on my home ouside of my scope of knowledge and i will be calling back.Professional, good price, warranty on the job, ahead of schedule, yep cant go wrong with Rogers & Daughters.
