    I cant say enough about my team at All Renovation & Design. Meeting with Summar on day 1 was like meeting a family member. She was wonderful with direction and opinions and opened her heart to my choices without hesitation. Jeff, Larry, Amos, and all the team members were organized, timely, friendly, clean, and were always available for questions, suggestions, or cookies. I highly recommend them!     After years of debating we decided to completely remodel our kitchen. We met Amos at a Home and Garden show and instantly felt like he had a vision for what our kitchen could become. After talking with us and seeing our kitchen he came up with ideas we hadnt even thought of. ALL Renovation and Design went above and beyond in giving us the kitchen of our dreams.The project manager Jeff was able to execute the design and add even more amazing design details to it. Everyone that came onsite was professional, did quality work, were always on time and were pleasant to deal with.I would highly recommend ALL Renovation and Design for any home project that you have.     We first learned about All Renovations & Design from reviews online, those reviews did not disappoint.     I had 3 different projects done. I had rustic beams put up in my family room, also had hardwood flooring put in my upstairs bedroom and on my steps and had my basement redone. Everything turned out Beautiful. Made appointment with Summar and she was wonderful. Helped me so much. Amos and his crew were so great. Careful, clean and very polite. When they were done I felt like they were part of the family. I recommend All Renovation and Design to anyone wanting remodeling done. Great Company and great people.

    We did a remodel of our master bathroom with a replacement of our tub with a walk in shower. Amos made the process easy. The whole company is professional and courteous plus an A for communications. They have numerous options in materials to pick from and will guide you to what will work and what you may want to reconsider. Rhonda, in the design department, made some good selections on lighting and finishes. David did the majority of our work and would consult with us during the project to make sure it was right. We were impressed with his knowledge of the trade. So, a big thanks to ALL Renovation and Design. A job well done.

    The Team at ALL Remodeling were outstanding, from the first meeting until the last walked through.I interviewed three company before choosing All Renovations; Valerie was amazing, I had no idea what to do with my kitchen and she came up with a great design based on our needs and space. She gave me a open floor plan that we loved while utilizing every single corner and maximizing our cabinets space. Their contractor were very professional, with lots of experience and communicated with us daily. The company overall communication is great and it made the experience of renovating less stressful.The only thing I would say is the type of cabinets/cabinets company that we chose were not really what we expected. With a few minor detail expected delay on some finishes the team at All renovation made sure we were very satisfied and happy with final results. I will recommend the team at All Renovation for a less stressful renovation experience.

    In the last 5 years we have entrusted our home to ALL Renovation & Design LLC with several large construction projects, including a complete addition of a Greatroom, master Bedroom en suite, full Kitchen remodeling, 2 large decks and even a new front doorway. For each project, from start to finish, everyone involved from the owner, contractors, painters, drywallers, bricklayers etc worked efficiently, professionally and listened to exactly what we wanted! When issues arose or there were new decisions to be made, we were consulted and they were resolved quickly. We couldnt be more thrilled with the process and the outcomes of each and every project!     We had recently moved into a new home with an unfinished basement. I contacted Amos, who very quickly responded and set up an estimate. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The short version is that they did what they said they would do, on time, and fairly priced. We added a bedroom, half-bath and lounge area to the basement. Additionally, we enclosed our furnace area and improved our storage space. We were grateful for their superior communication. There were no surprises and when something came up that needed attention (which is a guarantee during such a large project) they were adamant in making sure we were well informed. Another very valuable aspect is their wisdom. Smart choices were suggested, but without sacrificing style or driving up cost. We made a substantive change order in the middle of the job due to how well (and beautiful) the work was coming along. Amos and his team handled it without breaking a sweat. It was a great experience start to finish and the work was absolutely top-shelf.

We chose to use ALL Renovation and Design after talking with Amos Lapp at a Home Show.Amos was extremely helpful in the design process for the new kitchen and provided invaluable assistance in the selection process as well. We were particularly impressed with his team member Davids workmanship and attention to detail.     We were extremely happy with our experiences with All Renovation. From the design process with Amos through the final wrap up we had absolutely no issues. They were extremely helpful, courteous and professional in all of their dealings. As part of our renovation they removed a wall between our kitchen and family room. We were concerned about how clean that process would be. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized they kept the job site during the entire process. Dan was the gentleman that was at our house daily and he did a fantastic job and also kept us well informed of what he was doing and when he was doing it. The finished product more than exceeded our expectations. When ever asked by someone for a recommendation, or the next time that we need any work done, I will definitely recommend All.

    We are absolutely thrilled with the recent basement remodel that the ALL Renovation and Design team completed for us. The project included enclosing an area for a home office, creating a new laundry/mudroom and creating a walk-in closet. Amos did a great job developing a formal design, based on our vision for the space and within our targeted budget. The team assigned to the project did an excellent job with the remodel (especially Jeff, Larry and Caleb).ALL Renovation and Design has completed multiple projects for our family over the last 6 years, both at our previous home and our current house. We can always trust that Amos will listen to the request, make recommendations for the design, provide a reasonable estimate and be honest about what will or will not be possible (or recommended) within the budget constraints.     My husband and I had the pleasure to work with All Renovation and Design on a massive home renovation project (kitchen, living room, dining room, office, mud room, staircase and second floor hallway).We were nervous to have someone take on a project of this magnitude; we wanted to open up walls, install new wood flooring, update our fireplace, do a complete kitchen and mud room remodel, update the staircase design, add a window and exterior door, lighting throughout, and the list goes on and on. It was a complicated project and we had heard horror stories from friends on renovations with other companies. All in all, we were scared but wanted our forever home.We talked to a few companies but All Designs stood out. The appeal of a design build company was important to us because we knew the company would be a part of this process from start to finish. We felt that the designer Summar and owner Amos understood our style and needs. We wanted character and functionality and this company delivered.The project from design to finish took a year to complete which we believed was reasonable for the size and length of detailed conversations and change orders we added along the way with our designer Summar and lead carpenter Mike. The demo and project started in mid July and ended in early November.We became friends with our lead carpenter along the way. Almost every day my husband and I went over to talk to Mike. He was transparent, thorough, an incredible carpenter, professional, kind and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Every little detail he gathered our input on and never assumed what we wanted.To elaborate on his above and beyond work, Mike identified issues at our house that have been occurring long term that he easily could have ignored during the project. Instead he brought it to our attention and fixed the issues within a very reasonable timeframe.Now that the project is complete we can say with confidence that Summar’s beautiful design and Mike’s craftsmanship has created our forever home.There’s no doubt in our mind that we will be using All Designs and Renovations in future projects.

    All Renovation and Design has performed admirably on every project we have need done. They designed, built and completed a large deck on our home, repaired a leak around a window, aluminum wrapped exterior sills and pointed up and painted though out the home. Everything was done with great attention to detail. Nothing is too small to matter to the personnel doing the job. Amos has the most talented team of personnel that I am glad to have met. I most sincerely recommend All Renovation and Design for any and ALL projects.

    A good friend of ours is a good Contractor, but we wanted custom kitchen cabinets and an Interior Designer to look at color schemes to make the whole first floor look cohesive. Amos was incredibly diligent in the details of what to do and things to look for--like the H2O pipes going upstairs being in the original kitchen pantry walls. They had to be moved and this was included in the detailed quote. I am a retired Engineer [Leslie is my lovely wife] who worked on multi-million dollar Capital projects and I was impressed with Amos knowledge of the details and how they can trip-up the best laid plans. During demo, his guys also found two shoddy things the original builder did, and fixed them. The woodwork for the Shaker-style panels in the Dining Room were a collaboration between Amos and Ambiance by Adair (the Interior Designer), superbly executed by Amos guys. I did all the painting, and Amos was great about getting wood trim [77 pcs!] delivered in a timely fashion and coordinating with my painting plans. In short, I would HAPPILY use ALL Renovation again and plan to do so in the future. Amos is an honest guy with great knowledge of the renovation business. I cannot say enough good about him!!

    Amos and his team at All Renovation and Design are awesome! I needed a brand new door on the bathroom at our retail location and needed it done quickly. They were there the same day, did very quality work and did it for a price that was incredibly cheap! I would have paid them double what they charged me! I cannot recommend them enough!

    ALL Renovation & Design was absolutely wonderful to work with on our renovation of our master bath. Amos Lapp was very professional, attentive and easy to work with especially when it came to our needs and budget. His employee, David was prompt, courteous and very accommodating. The project started on time and ended on time. There were no surprises, no disruptions in our home nor were there any concerns with this company as it relates to the clean up process daily or at the end the project. Our home, each day was left clean and secured. The project cost and time was well within our budget based on other like businesses. We have used ALL in the past and would not go anywhere else.

    Amos was extremely easy to work with and his own input on our first floor (bi-level) rec room design was very helpful. Mike, who primarily carried out the concept and design of the room, was hard-working, detail-oriented and quite cordial, while still devoting all of his time (except for a lunch break) to efficiently, carefully and conscientiously transforming a very basic concrete area into a living space that went way beyond our expectations. His recent return to bolster built-in bookshelves that were being used to hold 2,000+ vinyl (heavy) record albums led to a discussion (which I initiated) about ALL building additional stand-alone bookshelves in the room to accommodate the preponderance of books that I and my wife presently have stashed in various rooms upstairs, some still in cardboard boxes, because we didnt have enough shelving available. All in all (no pun intended), I would not hesitate to recommend ALL Renovation & Design to anyone who was looking to have remodeling work done in their home.

    This company is wonderful to work with. I had a full bathroom reno. They stuck to the estimate and finished on time. The owner Amos and designer Josh were great. However, Mike who did the carpentry, tile work electric and plumbing was amazing. If there was an issue, he and I would work out a satisfactory solution and move on. He was a machine, such a hard worker, maticulous!!!. He wasnt happy until done right.My bathroom is gorgeous. It is above expectations.Again, I highly recommend this company.

    Our kitchen remodel by ALL Renovation and Design is just beautiful! I had an idea to combine our kitchen with a small room beside it and Amos designed our kitchen to be more functional than we had even thought possible. We had almost no counter space and now we have plenty. Dan ran the job well, and he is a true Craftsman especially with woodwork, but also with everything else. We cant say enough about how beautiful he made our kitchen look. And then to finish, Mike did a great job with our backsplash tile. Amos kept up with the progress and made sure we were happy along the way. We are so thrilled with the end result! Thanks so much!

    After 57 years in our home and with many construction projects over those years, we finally decided to have a propane gas fireplace installed with a 75 TV mounted above the mantel. ALL was the only one of four bidders to actually come to do a comprehensive pre-bid walkdown to determine what work was required and provide an accurate proposal.Upon completion of the project, the final cost was less than 3/4% over the estimated cost and the quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely not hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.

    After interviewing and obtaining bids from three different renovation companies, we selected ALL R&D to assist us with the redesign and complete remodels of two full bathrooms. All three bids were within a 5% range.From design through completion ALL R&D was professional, innovative, pleasant and accommoating despite some unexpected challenges in the form of hidden water damage uncovered and material supply issues caused by the Pandemic.Their technical knowledge and the quality of their work is top notch. They are well respected by other construction professionals as evidenced by seamlessly working with our Township inspectors ( and our insurance company) to quickly formulate a plan to resolve our water damage issue and move forward with repairs and completion of the renovation.We love our new baths and are grateful that we selected ALL R&D. When the work started the basement came along very quickly with the workers cleaning up everyday and very friendly.     Barry & April Ottey, LititzBringing a 110-year-old house into the 21st century isnt an easy.task. Our first experience with Amos and his amazing crew came when we opted to replace our tongue-and-groove front porch with composite materials, to make it maintenance-free. Amos submitted a price that was several thousand dollars less than the other three contractors who bid on the work, and yet included a number of little aesthetic touches that none of the others even mentioned.That was about 8 years ago. Since then, weve had Amos and his crew back to tackle a number of projects - replace an old and unusable carriage house with a modern, two-story garage, swap carpet for laminate flooring in several rooms and a staircase, replace a wood fence around the yard with one made of composite materials, and tackle a major kitchen renovation that gave us a good bit of new, usable space. Each time, weve been eminently satisfied with the results - and the price!Our friends think Im joking when I tell them that Amos and the staff at ALL Renovation and Design are the only contractors who are allowed to work on our house - until I point out all the projects hes done, for us, and show them the before and after photos!

    Weve had ALL Reno complete 5 major projects on our home...weve been completely satisfied with all of them. They listen to you during the design phase, help you through the selection process, and keep the lines of communication open thoroughout the project and afterward. Their workers are skilled, trustworthy, AND clean up after each day. When a problem arose with a project (sometimes this happens with home reno, right?) Amos was quick to get his company back out to the house to fix the issues to our satisfaction. I truly dont think wed use anyone else at this point. They are not the cheapest contractor out there, but there is truth to the adage...you get what you pay for All Renovation and Design is money well spent.
