    We purchased a custom pergola (montana vinyl with the ezShade canopy and side shades) to be assembled on the edge of a small pond. The team at Amish Country Gazebos was wonderful and helped guide me through different options. On delivery, one of the brackets was broken, and ACG sent out a replacement promptly. The customer service is amazing, and Id them highly.

    From the first conversation with my sales rep. Stacy, to the very helpful and friendly delivery driver and assembly of the gazebo, this process was seamless.The quality of this gazebo is impressive and assembly was about as easy as you could hope it to be, albeit not without a hiccup or two which were easily overcome (probably operator error).It was great to have another couple of sets of hands sharing the labor, especially when setting the roof panels, as theyre kind of heavy!All in all I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Amish Country Gazebos to anyone I speak with or who might be reading this.

    We love our Gazebo! Delivery went great! My husband was impressed with the trailer. My husband and son did all of the frame work. We had a friend help with the roof. The shingled panels for a 14’ gazebo are very heavy! We also installed a palm fan with light. The only things the guys did not like were the screws and electrical wire you provided.     I purchased an A Frame Pavilion, sight unseen from an Amish Country Gazebos catalog. I received the A Frame in a timely manner, no damage to parts however; since this pavilion was new to their inventory the instructions and required pieces didnt accompany the shipment. I brought the issue to Amish Country management and they responded in mach speed . . . . validating their commitment to customer service.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMISH COUNTRY GAZEBOS. The vendor I had assemble the pavilion advised they have never seen a structure as superior in quality as the Amish pavilion.Good job to all in Pennsylvania.

    Ive had major gazebo envy for years as my brother-in-law has the most beautiful gazebo built by Amish Country Gazebos. My wife and I finally pulled the trigger on getting a new deck with a new gazebo and we love it.And now, have had three neighbors tell me that they now have major gazebo envy.We got the 10x12 rectangle that we find to be far more functional than a traditional octagon.Our builder was super impressed with the kit - he said things snapped together almost like LEGO pieces. His only feedback was that the roof panels were so heavy it took 3-4 people to put the roof up.We loved all the options we could pick in designing the gazebo and our salesperson was always available, full of useful knowledge, and great to work with.Out of 1-5 stars, I would give them 17 if I could. Truly and excellent company with an excellent product.

    We love our Amish country gazebo. My husband and a few friends put it together. We got natural wood so we could paint to match the house. We built on a concrete slab we had poured for it, but wish we had purchased gazebo with a floor, so if you are debating … go for the floor.The double pagoda roof looks so good. We bought the electrical package and added LED lights. It looks amazing at night.The kit they send is well put together. Be sure to have lots of clamps for assembly and we found having extra 2x4s to prop up roof panels helpful. We had to call with an assembly question and they were very helpful. So happy we chose Amish Country gazebos!

    Great communication, quality, and service. Any issues/concerns I had with my order were promptly addressed. The lifetime guarantee is a huge deal since my last gazebo (not Amish Country) supports rotted and had to be torn down. Assembly was relatively easy with 3 people.

    We are quite pleased with our 12-foot octagonal gazebo with floor and screen package. The customer support was always friendly and helpful with our assembly questions. It was a one-man assembly except for raising the roof sections. We added the wind vane option. Everything came through Hurricane Helene in Upstate SC without damage, so we can attest to the stability of the structure.

    We are beyond thrilled with our gazebo! We ordered a 12’ octagonal kit with the screen package and later added a ceiling fan. The delivery was great. The package was complete, the quality excellent. I stained the pieces and my brother in law assembled it in less than 2 days.it’s become our sanctuary! No mosquitoes! We can truly enjoy sitting outside now without bugs and the glare of sun UV at 8000 ft. I highly recommend this business as your gazebo source! I can’t believe we waited this long!!!

    This has to be the best gazebo manufacturing and installation company ever! I purchase a 20-foot double-roof gazebo for my home 20 years ago! They delivered it, then workers (delightful) from the company arrived to finish assembling it (screens, put top roof on, electric, because some parts are too tall to drive under bridges etc.). We have been in heaven enjoying our gazebo ever since! We enjoyed our gazebo by our pool and WHAT a pretty reflection it made in the pool too! We recently sold our home in CT and are now in RI and we absolutely intend on purchasing another gazebo again from AMISH COUNTRY GAZEBOS. They are outstanding! No problems in 20 years ever!!! And gazebo looks as good as the day it was delivered! Highly recommended!

    We were so happy with the responsiveness of the staff at Amish Country; they were super-patient with our many calls/emails as we decided which gazebo to purchase, what size, etc. The product arrived as promised, in great shape. My husband was impressed with how sturdy the packaging was. Everything fit together as it was supposed to. There was some difficulty fitting the rafters into the notches of the posts, which were very snug. The instructions were clear and accurate. The door opening did not exactly match the door, but that problem was easily solved. We are excited to begin using our gazebo on a regular basis!

    So many things that I can say – professional, mild-mannered, meticulous, attentive, passionate, respectful, and the install crew was just PLAIN Awe-inspiring! WE love our Amish Country Gazebo – 14’ x 20’ Pavilion!! The entire experience (design, order, delivery and install) was painless and the people assisting were terrific (Courtni, Danielle, Leon). I am completely and truly amazed by my ACG piece and it most definitely complements our home! The craftsmanship, detail and precision of the components was amazing to me, and what truly amazed me was the construction! I am an ENGINEER in the Construction Industry and I boasted to my colleagues on the INSTALL crew (Mr. Jonathan, Ken, and young man JM) and their exceptional work/work ethic! I said if I had 100 persons with similar work ethic, values and passion on my construction project, I would most likely finish in half the time and have absolutely NO REWORK!     My wife and I made arrangements to visit the factory, it was an extremely enjoyable experience. We really did not know what we wanted to buy, we just knew that we wanted a pergola. After seeing the pergola in a box, we were sold on it. It was very affordable and would allow us to have a hands on experience. The whole thing came on a pallet in I think 6 boxes. First we took everything out of the boxes, laid them out and made our plan. The longest part of the project was the light sanding and staining. That took about 10 days. The actual assembly took only 1 afternoon with family and friends. The quality is very good. Everything fit as the instructions stated. The only problem, after the fact, was the post trim caps began to come apart due to swelling of the posts. Amish Gazebos furnished us with new trim caps, adjusted the size for the swelling, which we will instal next spring. Want a pergola, get it here.

    Absolutely wonderful. We had an estimate from a local contractor who wanted 3X the cost we eventually paid for our ACG pavillion to build what he termed a bare bones structure. We live in Missouri and the entire process was flawless. We ordered, it showed up on our driveway and two of my buddies put it together in 2 days. Every piece we needed was included and fit together perfectly. Cant say enough good things - I had some questions during the permitting process and received answers to my emails in minutes. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY.

    I purchased a custom pavilion (14x18) Spring 2018 at a cost only half of what a local builder bid to complete the project. With only moderate framing skills, I completed the entire build (shingling included) in five days with help from a couple of local teens (after having poured 3 deep concrete piers six weeks ahead of time). This has become one of our favorite places to relax outdoors with family and friends (near daily use in good weather), and it provides welcomed shade from our hot S.C. summers. We added a fan and lights that we purchased locally. Thanks Amish Country Gazebos for an amazing, quality product. I have already recommended ACG to numerous friends and will continue to do so gladly.

    When our local parks department contacted our Scouting group to do an Eagle service project to replace the existing gazebo which was in poor condition, I did some research and was convinced that Amish Country Gazebos was the best choice for such a publicly visible structure.We were not disappointed.     We ordered 10 size vinyl pagoda gazebo. Overall it has been a wonderful experience from order creation to shipment delivery to quality control, initially we were bit afraid as we made this transaction online without seeing the product, however we trusted based on reviews and the customer service was great answering patiently all the questions and guiding in giving proper advise. The quality and workmanship of the product is absolutely great, no parts were missing or broken in the shipment, it arrived perfect. We self installed it during holiday season, it took about 4 days with friends help, it’s a heavy item though. I’d suggest to go with official installation if time and effort is a concern. It looks beautiful on our backyard, thank you Amish Country Gazebos for the superb product and experience.

    Our pergola was great, but one of the posts started cracking (checking) after 2 months. I was concerned about structural stability. They responded appropriately though it took awhile, and they sent me an updated owners manual. And my personal contractor looked at pictures and also reassured me.I still highly recommend them! But they dont answer their phone very fast!

    I wanted a beautiful wood pergola and looked at many different ones. Amish Country Gazebo had a nice design, already cut and they would send it as a kit ready to put together. My contractor and his helper constructed it in one day. It is beautiful!! High quality cedar, and I just love it. I also ordered the canvas roof cover and its great for keeping the rain off as well. I am extremely pleased with Amish Country Gazebos and I highly recommend them. They deliver on time and everything is there.. nothing missing for a seamless contruction!!

    I purchased a ten foot, vinyl covered, octagon gazebo. I also purchased the optional screens, and wooden floor. The delivery was excellent and he was able to put the unit in my garage. Starting with the floor it was very easy to put together. Putting the railing and balusters together was a little tricky, the balusters would pop out. Once the railings and post were up the rafters were relatedly easy, just like Lincoln Logs, notches and all. I have a friend that is a retired roofer and I let him apply the roofing, I am glad that he did it! I finished it off by installing the screens, and door. My wife and I celebrating by having wine and cheese that evening 🌆!

    My entire experience with Amish Country Gazebos has been fantastic! The person who took my order was so friendly and helpful. When I was having trouble finding someone to install the gazebo, Brad gave me an excellent recommendation for someone in the Denver area who has done many of your gazebos before. I have already had friends and neighbors asking about your company and I am giving you rave reviews. Of course, the beautiful gazebos speaks for itself!! I put a lighted Christmas tree in it “for practice”, then replaced it with a small palm tree for ambiance until the Holiday Season. I’m absolutely delighted with this fantastic addition to my garden/lawn. Everyone is impressed with the quality of construction! I’ll try to attach photos because the setting is idyllic.....set in between a pine and a maple with lush lawn around. Working on lots of flowers to complete the project! Thanks so much!!     We ordered a 12x20 rectangular gazebo kit in January 2021. The company was extremely professional and helpful during the ordering process and answered all of our questions. The delivery was when they promised and the packaging was very secure. The construction and materials were of excellent quality. We decided to put the gazebo together ourselves and the instructions were very clear. I think perhaps one of our biggest compliments has to go to Theresa in Customer Service. We found that we were missing the power pole during installation and we spoke with Theresa on the phone, stating that we needed this part ASAP as we had a small crew coming the next day to help with the roof. Theresa drove over 3 hours from the Company in Pennsylvania to our home in Southern Maryland to deliver the pole in person. We could not believe it! She didn’t just drop off the part and leave, but rather stayed for an hour looking over our progress and answering our questions as well as providing us with some tips. She was PHENOMENAL!!!!!Today, we now have a BEAUTIFUL gazebo down by our pool to relax and entertain in. This was definitely the best investment we could have made. If you want quality work and excellent customer service, then look no further than Amish Country Gazebos. Google only lets me give 5 stars, but they deserve 10.

    Since we are semi-local(1 hour away) we visited the showroom and factory and that sealed the deal. We love our gazebo. He had purchased a kit at a prior home 20 years ago from a different vendor and did the staining and assembling ourselves, so this time around we wanted a no-fuss, low maintenance gazebo and that is exactly what we got. We had Amish Country Gazebos complete the install and they did it in less than a day. Well made, beautiful looking, we get many compliments from neighbors. Had one small issue with the door having a few dents in it. They came back within two days with a new door. So good customer service as well.

    This company is incredible and they stand by their word. Many companies like them don’t exist in our world anymore.I’ve had my pergola for a few years. It’s beautiful; I love it. I was going to have it repainted this year and the painter noticed a few pieces had rotting spots.I called the company and they offered to send me a whole new pergola to replace this one. I don’t have anyone to help me build it so instead they’re refunding me the price of the pergola. I still am shocked. When this company says they have a warranty, they mean it.

    The key word for me in purchasing and setting up my Amish Country Gazebo is simplicity. Their catalog was easy to follow and useful as a guide for ordering. I had a question and was able to talk on the phone with one of the owners of the company. Delivery was simple in that the gazebo was delivered to my home by a local service as part of Amish Countrys delivery process. I was not able to build the gazebo when it arrived, so I stored it in my garage on the palette on which it was delivered. When I did have my builder put it together, the pieces fit together so nicely and the instructions made the building process simple and quick.My Amish Country Gazebo is beautiful, well constructed and simple to build.

    Our experience with Amish Country Gazebos was wonderful. From our first call to the day of installation, their team was prompt in returning calls, answering questions, handling our custom paint request, advising on foundation required, etc.The installation went extremely well. The three person team started at 7 am and was finished promptly at 3:30 pm. They took a break for lunch but did not lose momentum as other contractors often do. They asked us for clarification on placement of electric and made sure it was done as we wished. By the time they packed up their truck and chatted briefly with us about the gazebo, it was 4 pm and they were back on the road. We highly recommend using their installation option vs. using local contractor or trying DIY. Their experience in building hundreds of gazebos showed. Worth every extra penny!The overall result was perfection. The paint color is an exact match to our house trim; the shingle color is perfect with the roof of our home. We were glad we went larger in size than we originally planned and chose the pagoda style roof after much consideration. Because of that style roof, we decided on adding electric so that lights could be installed inside the gazebo and shine through the upper portion of the roof. This was an idea that was presented to us by the Amish Country Gazebo representative we spoke to over the phone. She mentioned that several customers liked the lantern effect made possible by having the electric installed at the time of gazebo construction so that lights and/or ceiling fan could be placed inside and she was correct. The effect is beautiful. She did not try to hard sell us on that at all. But as soon as she mentioned it, we saw the light, no pun intended!The price of and Amish Country Gazebo is not cheap but neither is the quality. The materials used, the design, and the construction are equal to that of any fine home. We placed this gazebo on the grounds of our architect-designed, historically and architecturally significant 1888 Queen Anne Victorian house and carriage house and it looks like it has always been there. Its carpentry and craftsmanship are of the highest caliber. We began getting compliments from neighbors and passersby immediately as the gazebo can be seen from the street.

The assembly went amazingly fast and the worksmanship was nothing short of professional and very well done. We have enjoyed our gazebo immensely and have entertained friends outside during social distancing and safe meeting times. It is wonderful to have screens to keep the bugs out at night. We had a major windstorm come through not too long ago and the gazebo did not flinch to the 70-80 MPH winds. I highly recommend Amish Gazebo and their products.

    I did a fair amount of research on different types of gazebos and companies before I decided on Amish Country Gazebos. I liked the way I could build my version online and review both design elements and price before deciding to order. The prefabricated materials were shipped shrink wrapped on well constructed pallets ahead of time. The installation team did an excellent job of constructing the gazebo. Once completed, I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the materials. I would recommend Amish Country Gazebos to anyone.

    Received my 14X24 Pavilion on the date I requested. The communications were great between us and them every step on the way. Everything was cut and ready to be put together. It took about 3 days. I hired 2 carpenters to assemble the pavilion because of the size. It looks wonderful and the quality is outstanding. I would give them a 10 for the product.On the downside the assemble instructions need to be improved on. They were not specify to a pavilion and had some guess work to do to figure it out. This caused a bit of a delay in putting it together. For this I would give it a rating of 8.The only other item I would say is a waste of money is the electrical package. Dont get it. The sales person (who was very nice) really was not familiar with how the package worked. All that it is, is 40 feet of wire, outlets, switch, 2 outdoor boxes as well as a fan. These are things you can Easly get at any Hardware store and were nothing special. You still had to attached them the post and the 40 feet of wire was nowhere enough. We ended up donating the fan and getting another. for this I would rate as a 2.All in all I would do it again and recommend the company and product. If you get one you will like it.

We bought a 10 ft. screened in octagonal gazebo with fan and electrical packages to be assembled on a newly constructed extension to our existing deck. Its perfect. The individual that was recommended by Amish Country Gazebos to assemble the gazebo did an excellent job. When we had difficulty obtaining a permit to assemble the gazebo on the new deck, Amish Country Gazebos willingly got involved and worked with the city and with the deck construction company to get the the permit approved.     Great customer service. Called a couple times with questions and had them answered quickly. Hired a contractor to help put it together. Not as easy to erect as on the video! The roof pieces are really heavy. Took 3 men to lift them. Very sturdy construction. Not going to blow away in the first storm. The only problem we had was the screens were about 3/8 of an inch too long. Tried everything to get them to fit and had to resort to rehiring the people who erected it. That cost us another $400. Overall are thrilled with our new outside room. Cant wait until it snows so we can enjoy it from the gazebo.

    I am quite pleased with the Amish Pergola that I installed this past summer. The instructions and assembly were straightforward with all components pre-cut to their precise dimensions. A little help from a neighbor was needed to connect the cross pieces but otherwise I was able to assemble the 16 x 16 pergola by myself. The overall cost of the pre-cut pergola was significantly less than the cost of purchasing the basic lumber not the mention the time and skill that would be required to cut everything to size.     Amish Gazebos is very responsive and strives to achieve customer satisfaction. There were a couple of issues with our pergola, however. The first was that a demonstrator kit was brought to our house that was previously erected for trade show purposes. When it was brought to their attention that the kit was not new, it was taken away and a new pergola kit was delivered. I do feel it was an honest mistake.Secondly, the wood posts have a tendency to swell when it rains to the point that the posts expand enough to dislodge wood trim pieces that surround the posts. Amish Gazebos has been responsive and replaced the trim on two occasions, but I am waiting to see if the final fix will work. Time will tell.

    I normally do not review companies, but due to the fantastic service and quality of Amish Country Gazebos, I decided to make an exception. For once I found a company that did what they said they would do, in the time frame they said they would do it, and the quality was outstanding. I had a special request for the rafters to be cut to a specific length which they did perfectly. ACG must make all of the cuts and predrilled holes on a CNC machine as the structure went up flawlessly. My wife, a neighbor and I had the 12 x 16 pergola completed before noon. It may take awhile for them to complete the kit once you have ordered it, but it arrived exactly when they said it would and was well worth the wait.

    My wife and I purchased a 12 white vinyl gazebo, prewired that has screened windows and door. This gazebo has surpassed our expectations in every way. It is expertly manufactured and took 3 people about 9 hours to assemble on a concrete pad. I do have 2 suggestions which have to do with folks like us being located off the Atlantic coast of Florida or being in the south. Since we live in a hurricane prone area Id suggest including hurricane clips to fasten the roof to the posts. Theyre cheap, easy to install and provide an additional level of stability and peace of mind. We purchased these and had them installed when the gazebo went up. Secondly, the density of the screen mesh is perfect for keeping out mosquitoes. However, in the south we have no-see-ums (aka: midges, flying teeth) that easily get through the screen mesh and wreak havoc on anybody sitting in the gazebo when the temperature is above 55. Their bites are brutal. Id suggest offering a denser screen alternative for those of us down south. FYI... every screened in lanai down here has the denser screen to solve the noseeum problem.

    I bought the 10’ octagon Gazebo with 7” extended height pillars (I’m 6’5” tall and the regular entrance is 6’2”, so i needed the extra head room). It took 3 of us 53 hours to construct the Gazebo because we built in our own subflooring and pillar foundation over an old tree stump. We got stumped putting up the roof because the instructions were written for the old entrance height and the roof support post for construction was too short to sit the roof section properly. It took us awhile and then we remembered to add the additional 7” to the support arm (7 hrs to put the roof on). Everything about the kit fit perfectly, but you had to pay strict attention to placements and not be off alignment even an 8th of an inch...it’s precisely cut to fit. Adding subflooring and post and pillar foundations prolonged the construction, but the gazebo is beautiful and the elevated placement with two steps up to the entrance gives us a great view of the pool and fountain and trees in the backyard. The gazebo balances the poolhouse and makes for a eye catching addition to the backyard play area. A round glass top table and mesh seating chairs finish off the gazebo as a great place to relax with friends, read or enjoy alfresco dining. Amish Country Gazebo....highly recommended.

    I bought a gazebo from them in a box. They were very helpful throughout the transaction. I am waiting for the landscaping to be done so cannot comment on putting it together or the final product at this time.

    We could not be any happier with what Amish Country Gazebos provided us. The Gazebo is absolutely beautiful the craftmanship is flawless. I work for a company that is helping rebuild different locations on St. Thomas, St Croix and St. John USVI from Irma and Maria Hurricanes back in 2017. The Gazebo we purchased is for a park on the island of St. Thomas and the park is for the families on the island. There is a kids playground, a water park and now a beautiful Gazebo that has replaced the one that got destroyed.     I purchased a Montana style pergola (16x16) stained and with 8x8 posts. I reviewed several different products and companies before deciding on it. The purchase was easy and I received regular updates on the status of production and arrangements for delivery via email and phone call. The product was delivered as one bundled kit on an extended palette - sealed and placed in a designated location. It is recommended to not remove the shrink wrap covering the kit as it keeps it dry and the wood remains at its dry length rather than expanding - it can remain in this state for months without any problems. I kept mine covered for about 8 weeks until I completed the surface and walk to the permanent site. There are accurate detailed specs for placing footings for the posts emailed with the purchase information - this ensures it is square when being assembled and makes it easier to connect the headers and cross pieces. I assembled the entire pergola with some help from my teenage son in a few hours. The stain color matched what is shown online and an extra pint of stain is shipped with the kit if necessary repairs are indicated. I am very happy with the finished product and appreciate the excellent customer service from the company. Highly recommend.

    Received my Pavilion in a Box in the summer, had it built and painted in a day and now my family and I are enjoying it. Very good quality. I added electricity and a ceiling fan. Its now a great outdoor space to reax and enjoy the fresh fall and winter weather (doesnt get very cold in South Texas). I recommend this product.

    I purchased the 8 nominal Gazebo with screens and electric. It was well packaged and delivery was timely. The quality is excellent and the instructions were good. Assembly wasnt difficult but it takes two people to stand the wall segments and frame the roof. If I had it to do over again, I would have installed the screen door before the roof plywood and facia. The screens were easy to install and no adjustment was needed but the door was less forgiving and adjustment would have been easier before everything was so rigid. After getting the door working well, I would have temporarily braced the door frame and then installed the roof and facia. The 8 gazebo is the perfect size for a couple adults, a child and maybe a dog or two. Mine is in a sloping woods just behind a small fish pond and waterfall. It looks great and brings the yard together. I pre-stained with cedar colored epoxy emulsion. Pre-staining was not recommended but I wanted every surface protected. With the epoxy there was no swelling and all pieces fit together well. All in all, were very happy with the gazebo!

    We Love our Amish Pergola from Amish Country Gazebos. The customer service from speaking with the sales agent over the phone to getting the item delivered was exceptional. The only issue we had was the directions and hardware. We had the 12 x 20 foot pergola, the directions were for a 12 x 12 pergola with notes saying to turn to page 9 if you have a larger pergola. This was very confusing at times. Also, hundreds of screws were delivered in 2 bags, neither bag marked. It required 3.5 inch screws and 3 inch screws. Needless to say we did not notice that there were 2 sizes till we were half way thru the build. No where in the instructions did it list the parts delivered with the pergola, so we did not realize we used the wrong size screws for the 1st 12 steps of the post and beam installation, and the rafter installation. I had to go buy more 3.5 inch screws for the stringer installation. It was too late to start swapping screws. But, all said and done we still love it. Best buy for our swimming pool patio. Everyone that sees it asks where we got it. The one thing I can recommend is perhaps Amish Country Gazebos can make a few build videos to upload to YouTube.

    The gazebo arrived carefully wrapped--safe from any weather which might occur (and bad weather was frequent!) and in plenty of time for the spring season. The guys who put it together had no problems as everything needed was present. The results were fabulous. Everybody that drives by loves it and tells us so. The beautiful weather vane at the top often gets special mention!! We could not be happier with your wonderful gazebo. Thank you!!!

    I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Amish Country Gazebos. I had a 12-foot vinyl gazebo with dark shingles, a pagoda roof, 3 benches and light/fan package built in my backyard by their team on 9/26/2019. It looks like a movie set!! I decorated it with lacey lights around the top and a 9- foot tree in the middle for Christmas and it just looked so gorgeous- I was constantly looking at it from my kitchen window and back door. The Amish Country Gazebo team of people were professional, efficient, helpful and I did not experience any problems or difficulty during the entire process: planning, ordering, payment, building it, clean-up, etc. If you want to experience a beautiful addition to your property that will last for many years, I highly recommend getting a gazebo built or organize a group of people to built it from a kit that they will deliver.

The Gazebo ordered is built to Engineering Standards and engineering drawings were supplied for the Texas wind zone in which it will be built. I look forward to receiving and installing it.

    The pergola wasnt easy, had to make and custom fit some pieces together because of them not being all one piece as they should have been. I was constructing this on a deck..( not the ground) after contacting the company, they did their part to make it right.. reason for 4 stars. All cost associated and replacement pieces were taken care of by the company.I also purchased a new Gazebo. They sent me the wrong one. So are picking that one up and customizing the one I wanted. Dont know yet how that will turn out. But customer service and product is good with this company. Dont expect a speedy delivery as each one is custom made. Very high quality material. My pergola turned out great.. hoping when Dec. Comes and I have it professionally done.. it will be just as I imagined.. fingers crossed.. stay tuned for next review right before the holidays.
