We recently had our deck designed and completed by Capital Builders. We had an old deck that needed replacement. Dave and Chris were both great to work with. They were very detail oriented and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We could not be happier with how our new deck turned out. We will definitely be reaching out to Capital Builders for our future home improvement projects. Thank You Dave, Chris, and Zach for your hard work and dedication to our project!

Contractors should be able to do a complete job, more than just hammer and nails. Good/great contractors see the whole process thru from fair pricing to permits to building to customer communication.Capital Builders pricing is fair, they were not the cheapest or the most expensive but for me they hit that sweet spot of price and features I wanted for my project. Dave was on point for talking to my difficult township about permits and handled all questions from inspectors. It was totally hands off for me except for a few minor questions that needed my input. Chris is a work horse and does amazing building. He has some OCD like me (thats a great thing in this case) and did his best to make every line, curve and detail perfect. The results of my deck are awesome and exceeded my expectations, see the pics for yourself. Dave and Chris were on time every day, explained to me when I went to say good morning what was going on that day and at the end of each day gave me a wrap up of the days work and what was going on for the next day.Dave and Chris/Capital Builders came in and handled all the dirty permit work no one wants to do, created a beautiful deck in my backyard that my family will enjoy for years to come and kept me updated through the entire process. Absolute perfection.! If you need a contractor these guys should definitely be on your call for an estimate list or you might be losing out on your next project.

Capital Builders built us a beautiful deck for our pool area. They communicated with us every step of the way and were very honest about material delays, etc. They worked hard out in the summer heat, were always professional and courteous, and always left the area clean. We are thrilled with the job they did and would definitely use them again in the future!

They provided a design that met the unique design I envisioned.The team exhibited a high level of professionalism and were always very courteous. The guys at Capital Builders replaced a long over due, worn out deck, with a fabulous, extremely well constructed new deck (the house might blow away, but the deck will still be standing). They also designed and built a much needed ramp for us, as an alternative to having to deal with steps, that were becoming more and more tedious, as we have been getting older.We highly recommend and will be having more work done around our house by the guys at Capital Builders !!!

Capital Builders is an amazing family owned company! Dave, Chris, & Zach built the perfect deck on my house. They handled all the permits and inspections paperwork. They dismantled my old, deteriorating deck & side deck. Then they built a wraparound porch connecting all the areas. This is exactly what I wanted and needed. They also helped with minor repairs. I am very happy with this new deck and it is the deck that I always dreamed of having here. I highly recommend Capital Builders to do any work. I will call them again for my next house projects!

If youve ever wanted to sit down and compile a list of all the qualities that a perfect contractor would possess (e.g., extremely talented, always punctual, very caring, budget-friendly, honest & trustworthy, etc, etc.) ...... you could take the time to do just that; OR, you could simply write the words: Capital Builders!!! They are a family-run business that will treat you like family!! Honestly, Capital Builders is a throwback to previous era in America when you could trust a contractor to do right by you and who always looked out for your best interests! They will even go out of their way to ensure that you save as much money on your project as possible!! No contractor does that anymore ....... except one: Capital Builders. If you use their services just one time, youll say to yourself: These guys are the Michael Jordan of contractors!! (And you might as well throw in Babe Ruth, Wayne Gretzky & Tom Brady while youre at it!)

Dave and Chris are awesome! They are super dedicated, informative, detailed, professional, considerate, friendly and fast. This review is a bit late because since the job completed, my wife and I have been spending all of our time on the deck. It is the perfect upgrade to our home. Zero complaints.

I have had a lot of renovations done to my house over the years by Capital Builders.. I’ve had new siding, a new roof, all new windows, a 2 1/2 car garage and a 12x12 family room addition..fresh paint in all the rooms in the house..Capital Builders does it all and they do it promptly and within my budget..I can’t wait for my new deck, that is next on my list!
