Jeff Sullivan replaced my wooden deck with new composite decking, railings and stairs. His work was very professional and was done in a timely manner. He used quality materials and provided excellent workmanship. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I have been doing business with Jeff Sullivan of Sullivan Handyman Services for 3 years. Jeff has provided me with expert repair services for my rental properties in the UConn area. His work is always professionally completed and Jeff has reasonable fees. Jeff always arrives for a job on the time and date he has agreed to. Jeff has never cancelled or been late for a repair for me in the 3 years I have contracted with him for repairs.

As a property manager, it is difficult to find quality vendors to work with, but Jeff Sullivan has been fantastic. He is great with scheduling and following up with tenants and is very prompt in letting me know when the job is done or if any additional issues came up. He is very professional and the quality of his work exceeds expectations.

I hired Jeff to replace a rotted deck joist. He was very responsive via text message and he gave me a quote after sending him several photos of the joist that needed to be replaced. He also texted me the day before we had planned for him to do the repair just to let me know he was still on track to be there. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend him.

Worked with Jeff on 2 jobs (so far), both at rental properties: remediate backstairs & install bollards in from of a gas meter.Jeff is incredibly easy to work with (from initial comms through to billing electronically), I can depend on him to do the work on the day & time we agree on, and he does great work- I actually had to talk him down from the level of detail he wanted to put into an unseen, back stair / emergency egress 🙂.The range of projects he can help with is also very helpful. Owning rentals, the work can range from simple break-fix repairs up to things like staircase and porch rebuilds.
