These guys are professionals! They took care of my issue with my GFI outlet quickly and efficiently & were very pleasant. Getting an appointment was easy and they were able to come out almost a week ahead of others I called in the area. Would highly recommend.

We just had a lot of work done by Norco Electric and couldnt have been happier with the result. They upgraded our electrical capacity with ConEd, updated fixtures, rewired switches, upgraded our outlets, and overall made our house a more pleasant and easier place to live. Throughout the entire process they were exceedingly professional, responsive, fair, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation or qualification to anyone who needs electrical work done, regardless of the size and complexity required. We likewise plan on calling them ourselves whenever we next need something done reliably and well.

Excellent experience with Norco. I was in need of licensed electricians for a few projects and Norco completed those tasks and more. They are honest, don’t upsell, knowledgeable as to what must be completed per code, great communication and flexible. Would definitely use Norco again and recommend them for any electrical job.

Norco Electric is fantastic. I called recently in a panic, having just realized I needed electrical work done within 24 hours to avoid delays to my ongoing pool renovation. Norco responded almost immediately and was at my home the next morning to do the required work. We did a bigger project the following week and in both cases the work was immaculate, well-explained, and fairly priced. In addition, the team is friendly and responsive. You cant do better than Norco -- Ill be a customer for life.

I have used Norco Electric multiple times and their professionalism and workmanship is second to none. There are multiple electrical contractors in Westchester but I would be hard pressed to use anyone other than Norco. From their customer service to their efficiency, Norco does it right. Their communication is excellent which in this day and age is becoming exceedingly rare. From a small job like switching outlets, to large scale full home wiring, Norco will always be a good choice!

They looked at the entire project and saw areas that were not up to code and made the required changes. Just moved into the area and was having issues with electrical fluctuations, lights flickering, wifi dropping etc whenever my furnace, dryer, etc would be used. I called Norco to come check the panel and see if they could figure out the problem. When George arrived, he knew what the issue was right away - Sounds like a neutral issue, its probably a Con Ed issue- but lets test it and confirm. They thoroughly tested the panel and when a high-power usage unit went on 1 leg dropped and the other spiked. They explained the issue to me, what was happening and what could happen if left unresolved. He went outside called con ed, gave them all the relevant info and by that afternoon Con Ed was out to resolve the issue.Highly recommend Norco for the professionalism and knowledge they bring, price was reasonable, and they were very easy to work with.
