    M&K Renovations were absolutely wonderful. We had a variety of siding issues that needed attention. Michael came in and gave us 3 different estimates for the work and we opted to start work on 2 of those. The work was done efficiently and expertly. The workers are amazing! They say they will start and finish on time and they do! Michael is a joy to work with, trustworthy and respectful. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They were referred to us by Greenstone Gardens who we highly respect so now we have 2 excellent contractors to call on for our housing needs!

    We worked with M&K on a rental property bathroom renovation, they were amazing. We had very tight timelines and they were able to complete on time, if not a day or two early. They were very organized and communication was wonderful. It really helps to have a good Project Manager Jeff, who is on top of the project, touching base daily, sending pictures, ensuring end product is what the customer expects, they were great. The end product was perfect and as noted this was a rental, so even when there was a question on plumbing from a neighboring unit they came right out to address and confirm there was no issue in this unit. Highly recommend this company and look forward to future work with them.

    M&K was great to work with! They redid our master bath and we will definitely use them for future projects. They are responsive and the work was very high quality. As we were planning, they were very honest about what areas we were getting the most for our money and helped us stay close to budget.     We used M&K to remodel our kitchen and deck, and could not be happier with our experience. I felt very good about everyone on the team that I encountered - office staff, the sales team, and the guys that did the work. They really take immense pride in their craft. The project manager Dave was super responsive and accessible throughout the process, so we were never surprised or presented with any 11th hour unanticipated costs. Finally I felt that everyone I dealt with was honest and very direct at every stage, from permitting to finishing touches. Our kitchen looks even more beautiful than we had expected. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

    We had our dated 60s bathroom completely remodeled by m&k and the end results were great! The office was helpful coordinating everything and ordering the selections we made. They started the project a week earlier than promised and finished the whole job in a week. The project manager was super responsive to our questions and the crew on site were awesome, they made sure to ask questions about how we wanted things and gave great suggestions. Overall great experience and would definitely use them again in the future!

    Our Basement flooded with 3.5 inches of water. Nick and Mike delivered on what they told me. They started on time and were finished on time. They primed and painted with two coats of paint, they also fixed the drywall and sanded it and also replaced all of the trim work. On time and on Budget!I would highly recommend them to take on any project, they were extremely easy to work with. I will definitely go back to them for our next project.Mark Kotch

    Incredibly pleased to have worked with M&K for our home renovation. As first-time homeowners, we heard all sorts of dread stories regarding working with contractors - fortunately none of them were applicable to M&K. The assessments for the work we requested were honest and the pricing was transparent. Communication through the planning and execution phases was painless - in addition to fantastic on-site teams, their central office was easy to communicate with. This was a big project essentially involving the whole house with a particular focus on the kitchen - inevitably some issues cropped up given the complexities of multiple moving parts (as well as supply chain issues, mostly on items we provided such as appliances), but they were easily and quickly resolved. Their subcontractors were absolutely amazing - very knowledgeable, efficient, and worked to keep our young kids safe through the whole process. They saved us a time or two from un-necessary overage costs and helped to smooth design choices. We couldnt be happier with the results - essentially a new look to our house, especially the kitchen and family room. Many thanks again to M&K!

    M&K recently completed completely new landscaping on my property – the result was beautiful and exceeded all expectations! The project started with a great design, was completed with flexibility to accommodate some changes in requirements, and was guided by advice based on many years of landscaping experience. In addition to selecting plants that are appropriate for our climate and house design, M&K accommodated some unique requirements including preserving existing plants requested. The hardscaping was enhanced and left in a better condition than when M&K started the project. The work had to be executed under a tight timeline and was started and finished well within the timeframe agreed. The workmanship was excellent.After we paid for the project, M&K returned and completed a full clean-up and power washing – that was a very professional approach and highly appreciated. I highly recommend M&K for landscape projects!

    We recently had the pleasure of working with M&K Renovations on a significant project that involved the revision of our second-floor roof balcony. The primary issue we faced was persistent water leakage from the EPDM rubber roof over the past two decades. Despite various attempts to address the problem, a permanent solution remained elusive. It was at this point that we decided to replace the rubber roof with a fiberglass alternative. A speciality roofing company that installs fiberglass roofs worked in conjunction with M&K to complete the job.John provided an evaluation and estimate for the job, and we were pleased to find that every detail he communicated proved accurate. This level of transparency and reliability in the initial stages of the project set a positive tone for the entire collaboration.M&K played a crucial role in the success of this project, they handled the teardown necessary for the job and set up the groundwork for the new roof, in addition they installed the new doors to the balcony. The meticulousness and attention to detail exhibited during the preparatory stages were integral to achieving a successful outcome.The main carpenters, Mike and Brandon assigned to the project were truly talented. Their craftsmanship skills were evident in every aspect of their work, and their dedication to the job was commendable. Not only were they highly skilled professionals, but they were also genuinely nice individuals, making the entire construction process a positive and enjoyable experience.Throughout the project, the entire team at M &K demonstrated professionalism and care.     We hired M&K to convert a sunroom into a covered patio and build a deck. They were amazing to work with. Mike was the one to meet with us and oversee the project from start to finish. He was reliable, responsive, and thorough. Once the project began, we had Bill and Andy here every day doing the work. From Day 1 to the last day of construction, they were incredible. They arrived early and ready to work. They did not leave until they felt comfortable wrapping up for the day. It is rare to find workers with that degree of work ethic and integrity. In addition to being true artisans with an eye for detail, they were always cordial and an absolute pleasure to be around. We would not hesitate at all to use M&K again!

    Our renovated kitchen is just what we imagined, thanks to M & K and especially Chris and his team! The project went relatively smoothly with the expected unexpected issues. The team was thoughtful and clear in offering solution to rectify the unexpected while keeping within our budget. Due to the pandemic, various materials were delayed, back ordered or unavailable but the office staff worked with us to determine solutions. The only significant issue we had was the tile work performed by a subcontractor during a weekend. As soon as Chris arrived to check with work the following Monday, it was immediately determined that this work needed to be redone, and at no added cost to us. In the end, the tile is beautiful and just what we had hoped for. Chriss immediate and professional solution speaks to M & K and how they stand behind their work. We will certainly work with M & K on our next project!

    Hardscape project: M&K has been performing work on my property for more than 12 years. They recently completed work to realign the Belgian blocks lining my driveway and sealcoat the driveway. The work was excellent and beautiful -- completed on time and as expected. M&K was also very flexible in adjusting the requirements for the work and responding to some specific requests. M&K is great to work with and they do excellent work. The price was fair. I highly recommend M&K for any house repairs or upgrades.

    We recently finished a 7+ month almost total tear-down renovation of our forever home with M&K and we could not have asked for more in the partnership we had with their team.When we were first exploring and collecting bids from contractors, M&K’s communication stood out from the rest. Mike and Jeff were always responsive to our initial inquiries and they continued to help us navigate the process every step of the way. Their attention to detail, to not only the work being done, but the logistics and coordinating of the many moving parts that go with along with a large project kept us moving smoothly and reflected their commitment to timelines.Between the many team members working on-site, along with those working in their office with ordering our supplies, our project stayed on track and moved along quickly. The team was always responsive to our requests and feedback and continue to do so even after the completion of our project, which shows their integrity in their work and commitment to providing excellence. For example, after our house was complete and we moved in we realized we had an unexpected drainage issue outside in our yard. We contacted M&K to explain the concerns we had. They continued to work with us and dedicate time to make sure everything was completed thoroughly and correctly.Any project, small or large, can be stressful. Any time there was something that came up that was not expected, M&Ks team helped guide us through our options and we trusted their advice and expertise. The attentiveness of the team and their desire to listen to make sure they were delivering exactly what we wanted never waivered. The final product is exactly what we envisioned and is truly our dream home. We highly recommend M&K for any project you are considering!

    My wife and I hired M&K to renovate our kitchen and powder room after seeing the fantastic job they did on our neighbors kitchen remodeling. From the start, Mike, Jeff, John, Chris and the great office staff (Kelly, Amanda) were all incredible to work with. We felt they gave us a competitive price and they met and exceeded our expectations. One of the things we valued most about them was the direct communication throughout the process, as well as their excellent attention to detail. They were patient with all of our questions, concerns, and deliberations. Every day that we walk into our kitchen we turn to each other and say we love this kitchen!!.     Had a major amount of work done on our recently purchased home. We had a deck ripped out and a patio put in. We had our amp panel upped from 100 amps to 200 amps. We remodeled our hall bathroom and our entire kitchen. We had our carpet removed in the basement for new carpet and our hardwood upstairs resurfaced. Finally, we also had our entire interior painted. M&K was tremendous during the process and worked efficiently and quickly and kept us up to date with all the steps along the way. I would highly recommend working with them.

    I used M&K a little over a year ago to add a full bath to my basement. The project required a sewage pump and pit, all the plumbing, electrical, drywall, and finishes (tile, paint). I do 98% of the work on my home myself because Im very picky. I generally want things done exceedingly well and sometimes even a specific way. M&K worked with me the whole time to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. They even redid a couple things because they werent satisfied even though I was!! Im very pleased with the work and everything has worked flawlessly for the last year. Id happily use them again.

    Stumbled upon M&K for some work at our old home but now have used them to remodel entire new home and get old home ready for sale.Mike was as courteous and professional as I have ever met.     M&K installed and built a full bathroom in our basement as well as custom built-in cubbies. The bathroom and built-ins are beautiful and we are really happy with the results. Emily was our point person from the date we signed on and she really helped walk us through the process of picking out everything from shower tile to faucet fixtures. Asa was the project manager and he was on site often checking in and answering questions. The team that was here daily was amazing as well. The project was completed on time - impressive especially during COVID. We definitely plan on working with M&K again on future projects!

    I first used M&K several years ago. They are very professional, courteous & estimates are fair and can be negotiated if necessary. They are my Go To company when I need work done. They can do almost anything. I have had them remove a toilet & sink in my basement & put down protective flooring, install ceiling fans, paint different rooms, install whole house generator, powerwash outside of house and many other smaller things. They always return phone calls ( which many contractors dont do), and show up on time or call if they will be late. I receive my estimate via my email within 24 hrs.
