    Shawn and the whole Ross family are just great! From Nomie taking your information to the actual install from Shawn and his crew. You couldn’t receive better service from any other place! We had vent fans and new light fixtures installed in both bathrooms and even though our attic is short and it was a hot day, they did a tremendous job. Great attitudes and friendly service!

    The Electricians called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They were both courteous and professional. The job was a messy one, pulling off old fluorescent ceiling lights and cutting new holes to install 6 can lights. However, they did a decent job of minimizing the dust and pieces of ceiling. And they swept up after finishing. Shawn also completed a small additional job to install a second light in our encapsulated crawl space. While down there he informed me of a small water leak dripping from the condensation line off the AC/heat pump which required repair by our HVac provider.I would use this provider in the future and recommend them to others.

    Shawn and Jared did a wonderful job. Our new kitchen looks incredible, and the lighting installed brings the colors out really well. Shawn had some good suggestions. When a small problem arose, Shawn came out and fixed it right away. I would suggest. They also repaired bad wiring that was done by a previous person. Thanks a bunch, guys!

    5 stars is really not sufficient for this business. They deserve 10 to 20 stars. My water heater was wired incorrectly by a family member and caused a short on my main breaker panel. Ross Family electrical main concern was our safety and went above and beyond to make sure we were back to full functionality. I will highly recommend them to anyone. They are definitely worthy of any great service recognition that may be available

    I had heard about Ross word of mouth from other contractors and they didn’t disappoint at all. Sean, Steven, and Jared all came to do various things around my property and they did great job with everything. Not only did they do excellent clean work adding switches, wires, and lights but they were also able to troubleshoot and fixed several electrical issues I had been dealing with for some time. They provided some great ideas using their knowledge and experience. They cleaned up their mess afterwards and gave me a fair price for the work.     I was very pleased with the surge protector that I had put in. The guys were on time and quiet efficient in getting the job done. They have also put in ceiling fans, under counter lighting and can lighting in the past. I would recommend them on any electrical needs you might have.

    I asked them to come out and complete the wiring on a building another electrician started but never finished.In spite of walls in place, they ordered all the light fixtures, came in, got it all done and set up all of the fixtures for the entire business as well as installing the ceiling fan with lights.They also installed all outside fixtures. This may seem small, but when you have to locate all the wires when you didnt install them, its no small issue!I was impressed with their technical expertise, swift work, and attention to detail.ROSS FAMILY ELECTRIC is awesome!     After a sudden storm knocked out our electricity, Shawn was the first to respond to my call for help. He and his assistant spent the greater part of the day here, and only charged for the emergency call-out.We asked him for an estimate for some much needed improvements both inside & outside with lighting, and we were very pleased with the pricing & efficiency of their installation process. Everything was explained, demonstrated to our satisfaction, and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. You’ll enjoy doing business with Ross Family Electric.

    Had a great experience with Ross Electric. Our problem was resolved in both a friendly and professional manner. Months later called them with a different issue, and after asking a few questions concerning the problem we were having, it was determined that it was a “user error”and would not be in our best interests to pay for a service call when changing what we were doing should resolve the issue. We really appreciated their honesty and willingness to save us some money! Thanks!

    I hired Ross Family Electric to wire my She Shed and install my air conditioner unit for the she shed. They did an amazing job for me including with the clean up. I am extremely happy with everything including the price quoted how kind the whole crew was to us. These young men worked all day with the exception of a couple of water breaks and to eat their lunch. I would recommend this company any time.

    I had a “ghost” fan that would be on in the morning, after I had turned it off at night. I called them, got a quick response. Shawn checked everything, took the fan down to see if that was the trouble. All wiring everything was good. He said he could replace the switch although it looked good. So he did that, and now it is still off in the mornings!! Shawn worked really hard and with the help of Jared, it is all fixed! I know who to call with any other electric problem.     We called these guys the first time to replace a couple of faulty light switches. We really liked their work and how friendly and helpful they were. We called them this time to install some new outlets in our older home. They discovered and showed us a wiring situation that was dangerous and could have caused a fire. We were lucky the were able to track it down and fix it. We will definitely call them again for any electrical needs or if we have any questions.

    Ross Family Electric is amazing! Honest, fair and communicative about everything. Attributes that can be hard to find in a good electrician were just normal practice for Ross Family Electric. No hidden fees after the initial quote. Did absolutely everything on point and in a timely manner, and very communicative about thier time line. The hung new LED lights for my commercial space along with some other small things. I will definitely be using them again when needed and you should too!

    Shaun, Steve and Jared came to fix my electrical issues today. They called before they came and showed up on timeAs most people think when they have multiple issues...its going to cost me a fortune. They charged by the hour plus materials. They worked quickly and were able to solve about 6 problems. They had to go up into the attic and trace wires. I was shocked at how quickly they located all the issues and fixed them all in 3.25 hours. I am so grateful to them especially Steve. STEVE did most of the work, he worked very fast and was definitely an expert. They were also very clean and tidy. I am very grateful for their awesome work and their professionalism. If you need an excellent electrician at a reasonable price, Ross Family Electric is the place to go.
