    Awesome company! Top notch customer service. They went above and beyond to help with our septic (mound system) issues with same day service. John did a great job for us. So helpful and explained how everything works and what to look for if we have issues again. Would highly recommend them.

    I have had this company as my septic service for 12 years. It have a holding take so I am calling quite often. They are always here either the same day or next day. I have always had awesome courteous drivers. Never a mess in my driveway or lawn! Highly recommend….

    We worked with Clark Ziegelbauer to have a new septic system installed. As much as a person doesn’t want this kind of construction Clark was there from the beginning to the ends. Answered questions, showed how system worked and what was needed to keep it all working properly.He and his team did a great job installing a new mound system.

    Ian, our guy was the best. He was great to talk with, greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Initially explained what he was about to do, did it, and explained what I should watch for in the future to make things better. The only downside was that I found out that my poop really does stink...dang!

    Everyone at Ziegelbauer is wonderful and so helpful. Theyre definitely my first call when it comes to anything to do with my septic system (I have a mound system). I recently had a cracked inlet pipe, and they came out and replaced the broken section of pipe super quickly. When you call, they answer the phone and really help to alleviate any stress and worry.

    Clark was honest and realistic. He was not trying to sell work or make a bigger job than needed. He was very responsive. He did a same day estimate and was able to get a crew out next day. Crew was professional. I would highly recommend these guys.

    So thankful for this business! We left them a message on a Sunday night at 9 pm and they called us back at 6 am Monday morning and showed up to help us right away!!!! We had electrical, pumps and alarms all replaced and a fully working septic system by 4 pm on Monday. My family is very thankful! Great business.

    Quick service, gave HONEST upfront price. My money now goes to Ziegelbauer because LSS wanted to charge additional $150 for winter pumping fee. COUNTY told me to check around glad I did.
