    Whole house Generac generator installed. Seth and Steven were very professional and efficient. Adam has been great to work with during the entire process. His thoroughness and efficiency made the purchase and installation very smooth and pleasurable. The company, from the office workers to the installers, is first class. Highly recommend.

    All communications with Rossman Electric were absolutely succinct. Everything happened as they proposed. Repair made without a hitch. Service man was delightful. Charges are fair and well worth everything they accomplished. I will definitely call Rossman Electric for future electrical issues.

    Rossmann Electric is very professional, from the person who answers the phone to the person who came out to do the work. In my case it was Joe and he did a great job. It included tricky troubleshooting, but he stuck with it and got the job done right. Never used Rossmann Electric before but was referred by the HVAC company I use. I cant say enough about Rossmann Electric and would highly recommend then to anyone.

    Had Rossmann perform a sunken meter repair for us. Flawless service from first contact with the office staff, all the way through estimate, scheduling of work, and techs who came out to perform the job. Every single employee that we interacted with was professional, friendly, and kept us up-to-date the whole way. Could not be happier with the experience.

    I am a First time customer to Rossmann Electric. I needed my back-up Generac Generator started and set-up. Rossmann was easy to work with and schedule an appointment within a few days. The electrician was very polite, helpful and professional. I am very happy with the service I received.

    Good experience with the Rossmann team. On-time, very knowledgeable, very detailed and thorough. They are expensive, and I would have preferred an estimate prior to the work. But you get what you pay for and overall were pleased with the results.

    These folks are outstanding in all areas, The office and admin staff are very respectful and professional. Just very nice people and extremely helpful.The service manager/estimator was outstanding, he went out of his way to come to the house when he didnt have to after business hours to verify wire gauge and a few other items outside so to give me a quote for a new upgraded panel inside, and without being asked he took his own time to make a correction to my meter box on the outside of the house when he didnt have to do anything and could have charged me. Great guy and very honest.The electrician who come to the house to install the new upgraded panel/service showed up exactly on time, very respectful, very well-mannered and extremely talented at what he does. This job would have taken most a full day, he was bout 4/5 hours and extremely neat, very well organized and highly professional. Outstanding electrician and just an all-around great guy.As well in the past they have had another electrician here a couple of times fixing items from previous folks before we bought this house. He again was another outstanding guy, highly professional, excellent electrician and again all around great guy.I dont say this much, but I would recommend Rossman Electric to anyone for any size job. They are well and faired priced and very honest. This coming from a guy who worked on electrical most of his life and now is in a management role and no longer incensed or have the time.This is a 5-start company if you ask me.Thanks

    Adam Rossmann is the best EVER! Called him at 8pm on a Friday night and he responded immediately, troubleshooted our issue over the phone and with pictures and confirmed we should wait for Duke vs pay him to come for an unnecessary emergency call! Can’t ask for better serice, expertise and honesty! Adam will be our electrician for life and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

    Rossmann just recently did some electric work when we were having electrical issues in our house. Long story short, they found burnt wires in out attic and saved us from what could have led to a house fire with our aluminum wiring. They also did our home generator. They do awesome work and have outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for future jobs.

    I contacted Rossman Electrical to ask about costs for changing out two ceiling fans and checking our attic vent fan. The office manager gave me specific hourly rates and trip charge. They were booked on the morning I wanted but they were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me. The work was done in a professional way and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

    Outstanding Experience with Rossmann Electric, absolute world class service and I would highly recommend them to any one of my family or friends without hesitation. The level of professionalism, courtesy and care exhibited by Rossman before / during / after my service visit was top notch. Their team are truly experts in their field and make it known through their meticulous work.Before:While I was searching for various electricians to do a job at my home I emailed a few. The next morning I had a detailed response from Rossman, to include several other exchanges (in subsequent days) via email during which my questions were answered and needs evaluated. I received a fair quote and promptly scheduled service. Prior to the service day I received another email confirmation and was told who would be at my home,, what time they would arrive and how long the job would take.During:While on site the staff was super courteous and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and pesky questions were answered. Without fail, each and every time they crossed my carpet they put protectors on their boots (high attention to detail). A few issues were found which were not anticipated but they addressed those as well, something they did not have to do. Once everything was complete I was walked through all of the changes and had all of my questions answered, even receiving a demonstration of the changes that were made.After:They followed up after the service, and did not want to be invoiced until after the county inspected my property and certified it as in compliance. Thats world class!Bottom line: If you are looking for electric service look no further than Rossman. I would only caution that you need to be patient as they are always busy, a byproduct of being in high demand I assume.A final word of caution: In these days of YouTube it is tempting to try to DIY an electrical project in the home. I would state that the cost to pay an organization like Rossman to DO IT RIGHT the first time far outweighs the potential catastrophe that awaits when a layman project goes boom.

    Rossman was beyond awesome. Duke informed us that our meter base was arcing electricity & they had to cut our power since it was a fire hazard. With nearly a foot of snow on the ground, they came out within a few hours, dealt with Duke AND Clermont County to get the permits & got everything together to get us restored today. Rossmann went above & beyond for our family.

    Always professional and friendly. They dont just do the job and leave. They are very detailed in the explanations of what was done. We have used them several times from the minor of putting in an extra outlet to running a new main cable from the post to the house.

    Adam Rossmann came out the last week of April /22 and then his men did the install of a Generac Generator on May 11, 2022. Adam was on time showing up and providing his quote. He had 3 men come to install the unit. They were on time showing up, worked well as a team, were professional, and finished on time. I highly recommend this company. They have restored my trust in contactors!

    Theres a handful of Cincinnati businesses that never disappoint, Wulker Plumbing, Donovans Auto, Eads Fence, Zins, and Rossman Electric. Whether your job is large or small you can hire Rossman with confidence. Kurt is amazing. He diagnosed our lack of overhead lighting problem within minutes and he also installed two new vanity lights and replacement ceiling fan. Theres excellent communication from the office as well. And even in todays economy with inflation being what it is, I honestly feel like the bill was extremely reasonable. Thanks Rossman - you have a satisfied customer for life.
