Stopped in with an issue and talked with the owner. The owner gave me some tips on the transfer switch breaker. He then made sure I had a tech 90 minutes before closing time. He cared that my power had gone out and he got a tech out to my house in about 30 minutes and the tech identified the issue quickly. Outstanding service for someone who was just happening to drive by!!!! Will be giving them more business!!

Weve bought from and had two generators installed by US Power Pros at two different homes and each time it was done very well and professionally. Any time we have had a question or an issue with anything they were available to take care of it. Even with the last hurricane Beryl they responded to our emails quickly. Due to their phones being down from the storm that was the only way we could communicate. Each of the times we bought and had a new generator installed they beat the competition! And the service we have had from them over the last three years has been excellent.

I highly recommend US Power Pros! From the start of our Generator project, the company has been easy to work with, professional, informative and transparent. Weve had regular phone calls with Emily and Ashley as theyve led us thru the appointments and procedures that were to expect. Installation was a couple of years ago. Handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. Was so thankful to have power during Beryl. The only reason I did not give them 5⭐️is I called several times after Beryl with some questions, left message as instructed, and never received a call back. However, I called today and talked with Ashley. She was wonderful and answered all my questions.

I just had my generator installed and completed today and the team has done a fantastic job throughout the project. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful and was always available to answer all of my questions. Even when I call and left a message after hours, the team reached out and returned all of my calls the very next morning. Everyone from the receptionist to the field technicians and throughout the Company are awesome, very friendly, very helpful, and delivery great customer service and great product service at 100% throughout my experience with them. Emily (Operations Mgr.) and Mikey (Field Technician) were also extremely friendly, helpful, and took the time to take my calls, walk through the generator process and startup, and answered all my questions. 10 out 10 if there were 10 stars for me to give. Also a great bonus is that the Company offers monitoring and maintenance services which I have signed up for as well since I dont know anything about generators or how to maintain them. So of course, I signed up for that which I thought was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys hands down! I found them via purchasing my generator through Lowes. To Lowes - get job on vetting and sourcing your certified service providers. These guys are great! I cant say enough about them.

I have been pleased with the quality of service and ease to work with US Power Pros. My generator was scheduled to have the electrical and plumbing hooked up on 8 July 2024; ironically hurricane Beryl also decided to sweep through that same day so obviously the crews could not show up and work in the middle of a hurricane. But the plumber showed up the next day and the electrician the following day and had my house up and running with electricity with only a two day inconvenience for me. General Manager Emily was great to work with. I would also like to give a shout out to Johnny Wade in sales who provided me with help when I needed it. I was also impressed with Victor the electrician and his helper who did outstanding work. I have to thank Victor for crawling around in my blazing hot attic to run the wires for the installation.Overall I have been impressed with US Power Pros especially considering their office was also run over by hurricane Beryl, and they still got my house up and running despite the challenges we were all facing.

We ordered our generator in May and had it installed running today. A few of the reasons I did not give a five star rating was because, we had a scheduled appointment for the plumbers to show up and the appointment was taken off by someone when I talked to Emily who originally scheduled the appointment. Another reason when I purchased the generator I requested to upgrade the gas meter and yesterday I received an text messages from Miranda statingWe are still waiting on the ATS approval from CenterPoint for the transfer switch. CenterPoint should also be reaching out to you directly to get the gas meter upgraded.So my follow questions to Miranda was when were these requests made for the transfer switch and the gas meter upgrade? I havent received a response.The electrical team with Victor and Mauro did an excellent job of installing the electrical components and proving me an overview of operation of the generator. Very satisfied with there expertise. Good Job US Power Pros!

Bo was the tech that came out and he was very knowledgeable and had no problem diagnosing and explaining the issues. I appreciate their efforts to get the generator fixed and back up and running!

We have never had a generator before but decided we were in an area where one was definitely needed. We contacted US Power Pros, the owner of the company came out the same day and we signed a contract. Things fell into place, the generator was installed as planned and we have had to use it a couple times, the last time was this past week when the power was out for about five hours. Weve been very fortunate to have dealt with US Power Pros and highly recommend them.

US Power Pros wired our recently added covered porch that runs the length of our house. They installed 3 fan/light kits, 2 lights, added 6 covered outlets and it is all controlled by covered toggle switches with dimmers. They then tucked all the wires neatly into metal pipes and bent them to hug the curves of the porch for that industrial look we wanted. He and his crew did such a wonderful job it transformed the space into a great place to entertain , make memories or just sit and enjoy. It is so refreshing to find an honest company that does excellent work at a fair price and for the bonus it is veteran owned. We highly recommend US Power Pros.

Excellent Service and Competitive Pricing.One of the below reviews (from an ex-employee of this company) actually refers to my order. As the customer, my experience with US Power Pros was professional and all of my needs were met. From order to installation there was a long waiting period, but that was attributed to inventory shortages on the part of the manufacturer (Generac, not US Power Pros). US Power Pros updated me as information was available and I was notified the moment a unit arrived with my installation window.My install required the fabrication of a concrete platform (since I live in a flood-prone area) as well as a dedicated gas line to be run by the utility company. All work was arranged and permitted without any efforts on my part - a huge relief!Based on my positive experience with US Power Pros, I have even utilized their services for commercial and residential electrical work outside the scope of generator sales.2 years in, I have never had a problem contacting the company and scheduling routine service / maintenance.Overall this has been a great experience.

The wife and I were sitting in the living room the other night when we noticed a glow from the utility room. It was the light switch that was on fire.( Apparently very old house and old wiring.) I call US Power pros and the owner him self was here in an hour to remove and replace the burnt switch.
