My toilet wasn’t flushing. I had a plumber come out and they told me to replace my entire toilet. I am a student on a budget and couldn’t afford to get my toilet replaced. Bob came out and resolved the issue and I didn’t even have to replace my entire toilet. Thank you Bob for being honest and working with me! -
