    I recommend the Trench Guys. They came early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Of course the proof is in the pudding, the working of the water-sucking system to keep us dry in the basement foundations. I am confidant we shall see good results as time goes on. The only negative was that the tractor that brought the rocks in tore up my lawn, but they promptly reseeded it with wry grass, so I cant complain. I give them good marks and they had a great team spirit.

    I had a situation where part of the foundation was sinking and John and his crew from Trench Guys did a great job in stabilizing my house foundation. John explained the process of installing helical piers. His crew went to work trying to minimize the amount of soil and landscaping that needed to be removed. He and his crew put everything back in its place after installing the piers which was wonderful. Id recommend Trench Guys to anyone needing this type of work on their home or business. Thank you John and crew for a very professional job.

    If you are in need of crawlspace work, I absolutely recommend Trench Guys. Not only was their quote competitive, but they were so easy to work with. John went above and beyond to communicate with us every step of the project. The men who worked the job were professional, friendly, and gentlemanly. They worked from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. And my crawl space looks beautiful! They completely transformed it. This is the company to call if you have crawlspace issues!

    So there exist people who really do what they say theyre going to do for the price they quoted! They did a wonderful job. I no longer feel like Im on a rollercoaster as I walk around my home.     Clay, John and the entire crew created a crawlspace worth entering! Prior to that, it was a MESS! Before and after pictures were shown.They are very hard, diligent workers, with a strong work ethic. Every employee assured that they would they would do a good job and they did! All questions were addressed and answered. After completion, members of the crew came back to check and make sure that satisfaction was accomplished.Highly recommend this company.     My crawlspace is very very low. The trench guys did a great job with a full encapsulation of the space. They also removed wooden pillars that were a potential termite problem and they replaced them with cinderblocks and metal before they used wood to block everything back up. Every member of their crew was very polite and responsive. They also were able to adjust to the conditions of the job and to return to fix an issue with the drain. They showed up at 8 o’clock every morning and stayed on until it was done. I am incredibly impressed with their work and grateful to them For helping, make my house a better place to live. I give them my highest recommendation.

They left the job site clean everyday and left the crawl space spotless when they finished. John was meticulous about his work.     Great Service, the Trench Guys came out to address a subfloor and joist issue I had in my crawl space. The promptly set up an appointment with me and providing various options on addressing the issues based on evidence of similar work they had done. The came out and completed the work even sooner than scheduled! Definitely recommend these guys for all foundational maintenance/ repair needs!

    John and his guys were very courteous and professional. They worked two FULL days trenching under my crawlspace installing piping ,gravel and something else then the vapor barrier throughout. Then the pumps.. I will say what I appreciated was a couple of the little things one being They backed into my driveway and stayed in there work area. To me that was important. I have a large yard and so often a trade will just drive all over my yard because its easy for them and think nothing of it. That is the wrong message to the homeowner. I am pleased with the Trench Guys. I would call again

    I can not say enough about this entire company. I had a huge project that was an important to the foundation of our home. I acquired several quotes and each was a financial investment. Yet for the quality, expertise, and comfort…..I found John and Clay to be outstanding. They are extremely reliable, follow through on their word, and their crew do incredible work. I purposely waited for sometime to see how the work materialized with time, and bravo it has been amazing. From encapsulation, to the sum pump, insulation removal, dehumidifier install, and support beams, and piers anchored into the ground. I feel as if our home is incredibly protected. Thank you guys!

    Our floor was a complete mess to the point where we couldn’t walk confidently in a couple of our rooms. We called Clay at Trench Guys and in no time at all we had a reasonable quote to repair several of our joists that had been damaged due to water and neglect. Within a couple weeks work began and completed in three, an amazing timeframe, indeed!! John, Aaron, and the rest of the Trench Guys crew restored our faith in our floors and it has never been as level as it is now that they’ve fixed it.If you have been given an outrageous price for work and you want a fair, honest, and effective team resolving your worries, I implore you to call John at Trench Guys, you won’t be disappointed! 10 stars, if it were possible.

    Cant say enough good these about Trench Guys. Ive had foundation issues for years, and had two other companies look at it and not be able to do anything. Trench Guys came out came up with a plan that worked.I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout the entire process.     Excellent quality & customer service!! We live in a 1940s home with some sagging floor joists that needed attention. I saw a billboard for Trench Guys & called them around 8pm one evening. I was sold from the initial interraction on the phone to set up the evaluation. I did not expect anyone to answer & to just leave a message. The salesman, Clay, was very accomodating, allowing for a 5pm evaluation that week so that we could both be present. Photos & plan presented with professionalism & in laymans terms. John, the owner was hands-on during installation & is very informative. Installation was a 3 day process & we were kept updated the entire time. Service warranty & post-installation photos provided.We hope we do not need them again, but would 100% contact them if we ever have another foundation issue. Great company! Great product! GREAT RESULTS!!

    I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They turned the dank and dismal swamp that was my crawlspace into a clean, dry, and mold-free environment. They got me on the calendar sooner than expected and worked efficiently to finish the whole job in about a day and a half. The communication was great and they explained things clearly. Would definitely recommend!

    The Trench Guys just finished encapsulating our crawlspace. The job also included adding insulation to the walls and rim joists and adding a dehumidifier and sump pump. They showed up early each morning, worked hard each day, and finished the job very quickly. The crawlspace looks fantastic and the humidity is being maintained below 50% as its supposed to. They were even accomadating to our request to route the drain near our raised garden beds so we can later set something up to automatically water the plants. They were courteous and did exactly what they said they would for a reasonable price.
