Really happy with the work everything was brought up to code and they even installed a new electrical outlet on the back of my house for me. Randazzo was awesome. Got a great deal on a high efficiency furnace and a new A/C unit and humidifier was thrown in as part of a promotion. I had Aiden and Owen as my installers. They were top notch. The guys removed my 27 year old furnace and A/C then put in the new one. They had a very small space to work in but made the install look easy and made sure everything was up to code. They cleaned up everything and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I was impressed and highly recommend Randazzo Heating, Cooling and Electric.

I cannot say enough good things about Dennis and his team at Randazzo’s! They were so professional and efficient. They came in around 8:30 and were done installing our new furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater by 4pm! On top of that, they did this all on Christmas Eve so our family would be warm for Christmas. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process with Randazzo’s, including our salesman Ryan who kept great communication all throughout the weekend leading up to the install. From the work estimate to the installation, I had excellent customer service. Ryan gave me quotes on several different options. After researching, I made a decision to upgrade my system to a HE model. Ryan even went above and beyond on the follow-up and working with the installation dept to meet my schedule. Technicians arrived on time with prior alerts. They were professional and did a top notch job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. Tony walked me through my options on the placement of the humidifier and routing of outside ventilation pipes. They had to replace a service line. Both technicians were professional and courteous. They tested the equipment and walked me through the operation and maintenance. Highly recommended by me. A special shoutout to Tony for your exceptional service.

My furnace went out a few days before I was going to move into my new home. I called Randazzo after speaking with another company. They were able to get me on the schedule the next day to install a new furnace and AC at significantly less than the other company. Jordan was fantastic through the process and explained everything honestly and thoroughly. Theresa in finance was a joy to speak with and Rachel got me on the schedule so quickly. Joseph and the entire install team were so fast and did a great job making sure everything functioned properly and cleaned up well. They weren’t able to install a subpanel for the AC the same day, but on such short notice that’s understandable. Thank you all!

I had to replace my parents furnace and ac. I didnt know any companies to trust, but after much research and 3 estimates, I went with Randazzo. What a great decision! The salesman, Don, was more thorough than any of the others. He gave me plenty of focused info, but not too much so that I could make an informed decision. Thank you! Everyone I have talked to was really helpful and courteous. And the installers were amazing! Great install and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I had one little hiccup.... the door under my stairs wouldnt open all the way after install. With these guys, theres need to panic! The installers and I realized that the free humidifier is in the way. I made one inquiry call to the install dept. to ask if they would remove it. They scheduled me for the next morning! I was in no hurry, but they wanted to resolve it right away. I can actually say that I completely trust this company! To me, the true test of a company is how they handle problems. And this company is 5 stars in that dept. I dont write many reviews, but I just had to share my experience. Theyre so easy to work with!!! Thank you all for making a very stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible!!! The installers even helped me with suggestions for maintaining the system. Quality and service are most important to me, but the pricing was very competitive too!! You cant go wrong with these guys! Im so happy!

I’m exceptionally happy with the installation of my furnace and air conditioner. From beginning to end, the people I dealt with were professional and 100% customer service oriented. The work was done meticulously and efficiently and the installers explained everything about maintaining the units before they left. The proposal I received was a little higher than another company, but all of the lines were replaced, neatly routed, and all the metal parts are new, something they other company wasn’t going to do. I am very happy that I paid close attention to what I was actually getting during the bid process. I could not be happier with my service!

They are competitively priced with other companies but their top notch customer service and quality installation of the finished job is what sold me and also what makes me recommend them. Overall experience was great and I would highly recommend them if you need a new furnace or a/c.

Larry has impeccable communication skills and was there to assist with any questions and concerns that I had .The various representatives that Ive spoken with over the phone or received communication from were delightful. The HVAC technician Johnny did a phenomenal job. The electricians Jonathan and Nathan worked diligently upgrading the electrical panel. Jonathan did a magnificent job explaining the most technical information in terms that I could understand clearly. Every single member of the installation team displayed exemplary professionalism every step of the way. All staff members were very informative about proper usage of the newly installed equipment. My A/C went out, and a few days later I contacted Randazzos. On the 16th they came out to quote the system, and the 17th (today) they installed it. The entire process was simple and quick. I worked with Devin to select the furnace and A/C unit, and he was not pushy about anything. He was great to work with and was honest. He was able to price match with another company and lower the cost by a few hundred. Overall, it was a fair price for the service. Jeff Z and team did the installation, it took about 9 hours, and I couldnt be more impressed. They showed up on-time and got right to work. They laid down mats to protect the floor, everything they installed is neatly done, and they cleaned up everything before they left. They even made sure to close the dog gates back up. Im blown away by the quality of the work and professionalism of the team.

Im very happy with my experience with Randazzo! I was in need of a new furnace this past fall. Carlo came out to give me a quote and he told me about their BOGO deal on a new furnace and AC unit. I jumped on the deal, the cost for both was half the cost of what I was quoted by others! About a week later, Dennis H. and another technician came out to remove the old furnace and AC and install the new Lennox units. They were great! They had to fix some janky stuff done by whomever installed the old furnace and AC and get everything up to code. By the end of the day, everything was complete and looked great. Dennis walked me through everything they did and showed me how to maintain it. When the city inspectors came to check the work, one of them said Is this Randazzo? They do good work. Id hire them for my furnace. They live up to their reputation!

Tim was congenial, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in detail. Tim pointed out some weaknesses in our system, that were the result of the builder using standardized solutions rather than more customized solutions, and a couple where the previous home owner had modified the duct work in a way that did not serve the house well. Tim provided three different estimates, allowing us to have a range of options. Something that I had not considered was that I did not need a top-of-the line, super high efficiency air conditioner in Michigan, and that a more modest one would work as well for a much more affordable price point.After selecting the option that fit our needs, I reached out to Jessica in the installation scheduling department, and arranged for a date three weeks out. Later, Jessica reached out to us, as a much earlier appointment opened up - saving us a lot of uncomfortable days and nights.The day of installation, a crew of three - Jeremy, Daniel, and Robert - showed up just before 9:00 AM (we live out in the country), and worked nearly non-stop until 6:00 PM to get our old furnace and air conditioner removed, and install the new ones. Some changes to our duct work were done, along with installing new equipment. They were polite and conscientious about protecting our doors and walls as the old equipment was removed and the new brought in. Periodically, I would pop in on them to observe the progress. They always paused their work to politely answer all my questions. Once they were finished, they cleaned up the work areas, putting them back to pristine conditions. Jeremey took the time to walk me through the operation and maintenance of the new furnace. Robert guided me through the configuration of the new iComfort thermostat, and explained its features and options well. Daniel took the time to answer my questions about the AC unit in depth.After the work was done, Alex checked on everything went, and answered a few more of my questions.All in all, I had an exceptionally good experience with Randazzo’s entire crew and process, which took some of the sting out of the cost of replacing our HVAC system (always painful for any homeowner).The upstairs of our two-story home now stays within a degree or two of the 1st floor, and cooling is not wasted on the basement, as it was due to questionable design of the original (builders) system. I am sure we will pleased with the furnace when winter arrives, but I cannot comment on it at this time.Overall, we are very satisfied customers and highly recommend Randazzo Heating & Cooling.

The service tech Kyle was excellent & the 5 stars is for him. The price that Randazzo charges on replacement parts is ridiculously expensive. To install a $15 part they quoted me $295. The same thing happened when they did my furnace. A very small & inexpensive piece of pvc pipe replaced was also several hundred dollars. Very, very expensive but again the service techs are great, friendly, professional and on time.

I shopped around to four HVAC shops when I needed a new furnace and AC for my house. It amazing how much spread in cost between competition (almost double for some) - don’t go with the first guy to quote! That being said - Ryan is a great sales guy and knows what he’s doing. As an engineer, I know enough about HVAC to be dangerous so I could tell if he tried to sell me snake oil and he never did - he was straight up and offered options and was very clear the advantages or disadvantages of each. It just so happens that Randazzo was the best value for the package I selected. They sell Lennox which I found is one of the top systems on Consumer Reports even though some other brands offer lifetime warranty - I think it might be because they have to. The install team showed up right on time and worked all day to finish the install (which was also unique as most places quoted 2 days of work). They were very respectful and walked me through all of the new equipment after they were complete. I know good workmanship and I’m very impressed with this team. There’s a few areas that my neurotic brain thinks they could have done slightly different but honestly it’s top tier. We’ll see how it all works out but I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks (though you should still shop other places just to be sure).

I normally do not write reviews; however, I wanted to share my recent experience with Randazzo Heating & Cooling.First, the entire experience from the sales quote to the end of installation has been THE best customer service experience I have had.Jeff L. the Comfort Advisor was direct and honest in his assessment of my current heating and cooling situation. He explained the details of my options in a concise and practical manner, without being forceful or condescending, (as sometimes happens from other service providers). He did not try to upsell or add extras that I was not interested in. Jeff was extremely helpful in explaining my options and deciding the best system for my needs and budget.As exceptional as the assessment and quote were, that was just the tip of the iceberg. The real customer service experience and credit go to the installation team led by Tom K. and installation assisted by Devin and Owen.From the moment the crew arrived to the second they drove away, they emulated nothing but professionalism. If it has not been established, this team led by Tom set the gold standard.I was immediately at ease by the professionalism and respect the team conveyed as they introduced themselves and gave me a brief overview of what the day would entail. Tom explained how the installation should occur and pointed out some potential course corrections they may encounter based on his initial assessment.During installation/assessment, Tom recognized an issue with the chimney cap that I recently had repaired. He explained, the error, and that it most likely would have caused damage and/or injury. Tom took pictures while on the roof repairing so I could explain the problem to the original contractor.After installation was complete, Tom was thorough in explaining the system, any modifications that occurred during installation to ensure the installation is up to code and explained how to get the city inspection scheduled.Tom and his team exemplify professionalism and made this experience an amazing one. Tom is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer will be satisfied and have an exceptional experience.I was shocked to discover that the other members of the installation team, Devin and Owen, are so early in their respective careers. Although, I did not have as much interaction with these team members, they were nothing but professional, helpful and respectful. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and inherent knowledge in their trade and resulting work display years ahead of their experience. I would have thought they have been doing this work for at least 20 years if I had not found out otherwise.Overall, I want to express how much of an amazing experience this was. I never thought I would be this excited about an A/C and heater installation; but then again, welcome to forty-something. (I have never called several people to brag about a service/installation call before yesterday’s experience. I made the first of at least 3 before the team drove away.)Randazzo Heating & Cooling is lucky to have the amazing team members that I had the good fortune of meeting. Nothing but professionalism from the first phone call, and all the representatives I spoke with and met in between, to the time the installation team drove away... But then again, maybe that is a testament to Randazzo Heating & Cooling as a company; they should be proud that they cultivate and encourage such professional team members in their workforce/family.Thank you,A New Fan!

The inspector did an outstanding job inspecting our system. He identified a component which was going bad. He advised us it was still under a partial warranty, and the price to repair it would be less than waiting for it to go out and then we would be without AC. We greatly appreciate his proactive approach to ensuring we had AC.

10/10, would absolutely recommend.We called Randazzo after a different HVAC company screwed up (and screwed us over.)First of all, Randazzo was able to fit us in for an emergency appointment the NEXT DAY, which we were so thankful for. They sent out Doug K., who was able to identify what the previous tech might have done to cause the issue, AND he found various other problems that the previous tech failed to discover or report to us.Doug K. was thorough, professional, and far exceeded are expectations. We felt so relieved to be working with someone so competent. He communicated with us clearly and went above and beyond. He rectified what the previous tech messed up, and got us back up and running again. He gave us his recommendations regarding improvements that we can make in the future, and gave us advice on regular maintenance to extend the life of our system.After having such a disappointing and frustrating experience just the day before, we feel so relieved that we called Randazzo. Thank you so much!! You seriously saved us from such a stressful situation.

Just want to update that despite the issues mentioned below, now that it’s summer and we’re able to use the AC, we are very happy with it. It runs very well and cools our house down immensely. If you’re considering adding AC, it’s worth the cost!We hired Randazzo to install central air in our house. Since we have baseboard/boiler heating, this required putting a furnace and HVAC in our attic. While overall the project went alright, the first day the project manager was not on the job and the person they had placing and installing the vents was an inexperienced technician. He made mistakes in the placement of the vents which resulted in us having an additional vent placed in our ceiling which now has to be permanently dampened off because the ducts are not large enough for the proper airflow if it was used. In addition to that while determining where to place this unneeded vent, he drilled multiple holes in our plaster ceiling and also got the ceiling very dirty. After escalating this issue to the installation manager, a different technician as sent out for the remainder of the project, and there was no additional issues. We were just very disappointed to have non-functional vent in our ceiling. We have 70 year old plaster ceilings, so patching the hole and repainting the ceiling would cost us money we don’t have, and they did not offer any compensation for the issue.Additionally, they requested we book the inspection with the city through them. Erica called us to get our availability and said she had scheduled with the city for that date and time. We prepared everything for the inspector to be able to get to the access point today. Near noon no one arrived yet, so we called Erica to confirm they would be coming despite the cold since the electrical inspector was supposed to come between 8-12. She said they would still be coming. By 2PM still no one had arrived, so we called the city, and they said they had nothing scheduled for our address. We called Erica back, and she said, I guess they missed the request; we’ll have to get you scheduled for a different day then. She said she’d call the city in a few hours to reschedule. We decided to just call the city ourselves, and it took all of three minutes to schedule it.With a project of this size we understand there are bound to be some issues, and they definitely did come up. Overall, we are still satisfied with the experience pending it passes inspection and AC works well come summer.

From the beginning to the installation of the new furnace, humidifier, air scrubber and air conditioning with Randazzo it was all easy to understand what was going on. They kept us informed every step of the way and showed us how to use the new thermostat and app so that I understood it all. Kevin showed us how to change filters and what to watch for. Brian was well informed and listened to what we wanted in the new system. The whole experience was great.

Estefanos Jeji was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely efficient. As a senior citizen, I found Mr Jeji to be quite patient and respectful towards me. He exceeded the technical explanations by utilizing laymen terms to insure that I understood. When I asked questions, Estefanos did not hesitate to educate, without being condescending and impatient. He performed exceptionally and did a thorough servicing of every component of my HVAC system! By doing so, he intercepted what might have been a serious problem with the furnace blower. The best ever HVAC service technician! I will request Mr Jeji for future service calls.

Max and Nick went above and beyond any service I have ever received from anyone! They were professional and VERY thorough to get my heat back on 2 days before Christmas. They refused to leave until I had heat. After much research and frustration it turned out to be a birds nest jammed in the air flow and not the furnace at all! I was very impressed with Max and Nick. We bought a new furnace and air conditioner from Randazzo last year and both products have been exceptionally good. Today was the first maintenance checkup since they were installed. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The technician arrived early in the appointment window and gave a heads up when he was in route. The technician did a thorough examination of both the furnace and air conditioner, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the services received.
