Dan, Junior and Ashley were great. We were having trouble finding someone to work on our well and run hydrants to 2 barns. Our son called. Dan answered and came the next day. He explained everything that would need done. Got us a quote. We went with it and he came the next Monday to start. It was interesting watching what they do. He answered questions if you had any. I like to know how things work. The end result was awesome. Gonna make watering animals alot easier. Especially this winter. They are great to work with. So if you need well or pump work. Give DNA Well and Pump LLC a call. You wont be disappointed. Thanks again!

Had the water stop at my house Sunday afternoon, I called DNA and by noon on Monday it was fixed!Dan is very good at what he does and went out of his way to make me happy, he was VERY fair in his charges as well.I cant say enough about happy with the service we receivd.Duke Babb, Mackinaw, IL.

We have two wells on our property, one for our house and the other for our outdoor spickets. I have been trying to get someone out to fix our outdoor well as it was leaking into our basement…been trying for almost 6 months! DNA Well was quick to come out and check things out & in no time had it repaired! We decided since we already had them out to go ahead and add in two spickets in each barn. Thank you so much for your quick response & work!

We woke up on a Sunday morning to no water, after calling a couple other places another company suggested we call DNA. Ashley answered the phone (I was surprised with it being Sunday) and said she’d see when they could come out that same day. It wasn’t very long until the truck was in our drive and two employees went to work. Sadly, our situation required a much bigger project but my husband and I were so impressed with how quick, professional and honest the employees were in trying as many things as possible to get our well up and going. He left that day with a plan in place for next steps and Ashley even called back that same day to make sure we had a copy of our receipt. Leaps and bounds better customer service than others. Will always recommend DNA Well & Pump

Very old school with respect, honesty and being down to earth like a friend when talking. Made things easy for us to understand as to what the issue is. Danny (and Team) are AMAZING! We are a Family of 6 and were without access to water! Within 12 hours he was here and this was a few days from Easter Holiday! His kindness, expert knowledge and attention to detail were top notch! And he made us feel comfortable that he would do what it took to help! He is very upbeat, thorough and passionate about his work and that all shines through in his customer service! Prices are extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend his services to Anyone! WELL OWNERS take NOTICE !!! Never have I been WON so quickly as a life-long Customer (and new friends) as by my recent experience with DNA Well & Pump LLC ! As rural residents, we know there is little worse than realizing you have no water. On Sunday midnight I started anxiously messaging Danny and Ashley. I called them at 7 am Monday after already receiving a return message promising help. Danny was at our house by 8:30 am (came COMMITTED to SOLVING the problem; not just look at the problem). He HARNESSED himself down inside our Well and soon had us back with Water. Danny and Ashley both left us feeling like we had made new friends with genuinely good people. AND with priceless REASSURANCE that DNA Well & Pump LLC will take care of us AS those new friends...and not just a direly-in-need business opportunity. We have worked with DNA on a couple projects and both were done beyond our expectations. The first was replacing our well pump and electrical. There were concerns with it supplying enough water for my family, so he prioritized another setup for us. The second project was modernizing an unused cistern. There was a lot of out of the box planning and it came out better than anticipated. Working with DNA was worry free, I highly recommend.
