Kasey and Maney did a complete re pipe on my 48 year old lake home. It had a slab leak. Thats as bad news as it gets.They did a complete job from the meter to the house and replaced all the old pipes with new overhead insulated pipes. Very happy with there work. I recommend you give them a try. They know what they are doing. They basically killed all slab pipes and did all of it in 2 days.

Had another guy try to fix a leak . Worst mistake I made on a Sunday . Kasey came out and got it fixed enough so we could atleast take a shower until be new parts arrived . Only company I normally call anyway but was on a Sunday . Next time I’ll wait till I can get ahold of them as this began as a simple leak under a sidewalk and wasnt a huge issue . Became one tho after someone else tried to fix it .

As usual Doug arrived on time and did excellent work with his helper. He apparently solved the flow problem in the shower due to an o-ring restriction. He adjusted the heat setting on the shower handle.He told me the charge to replace the float valve in the toilet, and said it would be $225. I agreed to that. I had a float valve of my own and said he could use that. He said Hassell Free couldn’t warranty that. I said that’s okay. We discussed the use of my float valve before he told me the charge I would incur. Later If he had said your charge is still going to be $225 whether we use your valve or ours, my obvious answer would have been, “Well use your valve, and I’ll keep mine to repair one of my other three toilets someday by myself. I just assumed the price of the float valve would be subtracted from the $225, but I see now that Doug works from a “job basis”, not “time and materials basis”. This is no big deal, but that one sentence from Doug would have change my decision.Sincerely,Gary Lancaster

This was the third time I have used Hassle Free Plumbing. Their customer service and plumbing services are top notch. My home was built in 1978 and the home has experienced its share of plumbing issues. To date, Hassle Free Plumbing has run all my water lines overhead due to a major slab leak that insurance did not cover and today they took care of a drainage issue with the bath tub. They initially came out to look at it and determined that it could be fixed quicker than setting up an appointment for a later date. The plumber, Doug fixed the issue on the spot and he also gave me some pointers on how to attach everything correctly once the new tub was installed. If you need excellent plumbing services in the Cedar Creek area, no need to look any further. Hassle Free Plumbing is by far the best.

Arrived later than scheduled- had to be diverted to fix a city main waterline break first. The city doesnt have its own plumbers. Highly recommend.

Hasslefree plumbing is truly hasslefree. We do a lot of construction projects and have used many subcontractors of different varieties, it’s very rare that were able to go from start to finish without issues of one variety or another.
