    Awesome company and people. Devin, salesperson, was very good doing estimates for a roof, and Eulises and his working crew were professional and incredible. They came in on time and started working right away and finished everything in one day. I had a bad experience with the roof before, and it was hard to trust again. Definitely will work with them in the future again. Some people put comments below about workers not speaking English. No one speaking English is good. Important they do work and they do good work.

    Our roof was in horrible shape.We contacted Certified roofing solutions llc they were very professional and kind they explained in detail what was needed. They took our roof off all the way down and rebuilt it in the same day The project manager was so nice and kind. I would recommend certified roofing solutions to anybody who is looking to get a new roof you cannot go wrong with them I give them a 10 out of 10 and 2 thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

    Unfortunately, I opened my mailbox to the dreadful cancellation letter from my insurance company for my roof being 15 years old. I called Certified Roofing for an estimate and they sent out Adam Brack to walk my roof. I could tell Adam was honest because he actually told me that my roof was in great shape and basically he hated that I have to replace a perfectly good roof. He also offered to write up a certificate saying that my roof was good to provide to my insurance company to try and buy me some time. This wasnt acceptable to them, so I proceeded to get my roof replaced. Out of the few estimates, Certified wasnt the cheapest, but they werent too much more, and I got more for my money. Certified Roofings quote gave us more vents than others plus they use all of the parts from the same company to make the warranty process easy. Adam was very helpful through the process and always got back to us in a timely manner.After getting the roof done, we had a bit of trouble getting the wind mitigation through their vendor. Michelle was always helpful and seemed to try to get the vendor to do their job, but they never contacted me. Thankfully, I gave Michelle the name of the last inspector of our home, she set it up with him, and he was out the following day! I proceeded to send the information to my insurance company and they renewed my policy. Obviously my experience wasnt perfect, but I give 5 stars since they seem fair, were up front with me and always seemed to do what they could to make things right.

    Im currently working with this company and so far they have been great. Devin came out to see my roof and discovered a lot of very important information for me that was not disclosed when I originally bought this house. He was extremely professional and helpful. Im glad I went with this company for a second opinion because the last company I used wouldnt even get on my roof! I highly recommend just for the great service!

    Great experience ! Best company to deal with in entire Orlando .. hands down ! If you need a full replacement to your roof at NO COST to you, you have to call this gentleman , hes the one who got me approved ! Great customer service , he handled the whole claim since the first phone call, and was present when the insurance sent their adjuster and he made sure to point out all those damages he found while the first inspection .. oh did I mention it was for free ? Yes, free inspection , I couldnt even believe it when he told me so, especially that he knocked my door and asked me if I ever had my roof inspected before .. also, I didnt even bother myself and went to the Building Division to apply for the permit after I got approved, he did that for me as well . The crew was perfect, less talk and more work , started around 7 am and finished the job same day , cleaned the area and left the place neat like if they were never there ! I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in case of any damage related to my roof .

    Certified Roofing Solutions, LLC just completed my roof repairs (leaking chimney and section 1st level merge to 2nd level home. Repairs were completed in one day and looks exceptional plus comes with a 5-year warranty coverage. Operational testing will be when it rains and no water is dropping into the house. We have the ceiling still expose to verify before carpenter install new insulation and ceiling drywall. prior to Certified Roofing Solutions LLC roofer work, rain was entering the house around the chimney and merged area 1st floor and 2nd floor.I strongly recommend Certified Roofing Solutions LLC if you got full or partial or basic roof repairs and timely. Other companies were a 12-16 weeks delay to start the job, so they never even came to conduct a job site survey

    Certified Roofing Solutions replaced my roof on my rental house after Hurricane Michael. I trusted they would do a great job after my father had his roof replaced and referred me to their company. From the initial contact with Adam for my estimate through the process of paying the invoice with Misty service was excellent from a distance. My roof was replaced within ten days from the signing of the documentation and Notice of Commencement mailed. The inspection came back good to go from the county and now my tenants have a brand new beautiful roof. I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend this local company.

    We experienced at Certified Roofing a friendly staff and excellent quality work. They were able to get a representative out quickly for an estimate and begin work on the roof replacement within two weeks. The crew replacing the roof showed up at 7:15 am and completed the job, including yard clean up, within the same day by 7 pm. I was not able to be present on the day of the job, but the office kept me informed every four or so hours with the progress. Great company and great work, will recommend them to anyone needing work done on their roof.

    I had a roof leak and some other repairs needed. I called certified roofing solutions and Adam Brack came out to take a look and gave an estimate. He was on time super nice and professional. He told me exactly what all my roof needed. He gave me a quote I excepted and was able to sign off on it digitally which was convenient on my phone. Then Brian Flowers and his assistant came out to make the repairs. They did outstanding work on my roof and worked super hard. I will for sure use this company again.

    WE were very fortunate to request a roofing estimate from Certified Roofing Solutions. After viewing the issues regarding our roof the gentleman recommended that we file with our insurance company because of the damage he saw and photographed while on our roof.He allowed us to sign a contract for a new roof contingent upon approval by our insurance company. He supplied us with the photos and a written explanation of what he saw and why he was recommending a full replacement which we forwarded to our insurance company.After the insurance companies inspection they agreed with the recommendation of a roof replacement due to wind damage..Within 3 weeks the crew started working on our roof and completed the job in 3 days. The crew was exceptional and very professional while on the job.     I called this company because they had the highest rating on Google with the most reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when they said that they do a lot of work in the Gulf Highlands because thats where I live. Because they do so much work in the Gulf Highlands, they knew everything that I needed like the type of shingle and color and all the rules and regulations. I knew if I went with them that I would have peace of mind because they already knew what to do. They also have a roof warranty and did not ask for any money up front. I work in Construction and I have many roofer friends so I know what to look for in Construction businesses. I sent my estimate to my roofer friend and he said all of the materials that this company is using is top of the line quality and that it is the same material that he uses for his roofing business of 30 + years. My friend giving the green light really sealed the deal for me. I didnt even get other quotes. I didnt want a cheaper price (it would have been nice), I wanted a reliable contractor who knew what they were doing and would make the process as easy as possible; and thats what I got.

    Just got a new roof from Certified Roofing Solutions. My experience was professional and excellent quality of work. Right from the start, Adam was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made it an easy decision to go with CRS. The crew was actually able to show up two days ahead of schedule. They were on-site and going to work at 0700. They worked very hard the entire day and completed the new roof install in a single day.     We had a couple of roof leaks from TS Fred, so I called Certified Roofing on Friday. On Monday, they sent Blake to inspect my roof. Very impressive responsiveness! He carefully inspected the top of my roof, inside my attic and the ceiling in the house. I was extremely pleased with his friendliness, competence, and honesty. Fortunately for us, Blake confirmed that our roof was in good condition, and free of any installation errors. He offered some excellent ideas for mitigating future wind-caused leaks and based on the outstanding impression he provided, I will definitely use Certified Roofing for all my roofing needs from now on and will highly recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

    After an inspection we were notified by our insurance company that we needed a new roof. Using the internet to locate roofers in PCB we chose 3. Appointments were made for estimates. I received my quote, which was less than anticipated, and was so impressed I didn’t feel the need to obtain an additional quote. I googled “questions you should ask before having your roof replaced” and asked every question there was to ask (yes I’m one of those guys).Adam answered every one of my questions patiently and thoroughly.     Overall we had a positive experience with Certified performing a roof replacement on our house on SGI. They clearly explained the timeline for our replacement and once the job started their Project Manager was great at communicating what was going on when. Their tear-off crew worked really hard at removing the old roof, did a great clean-up and were super polite and courteous. The quote came in below the competitors and when the final invoice came it was actually slightly less than the quote !!

    I had a new roof put on my house by Certified Roofing Solutions because Hurricane Michael destroyed my old roof. I received several estimates and met with several roofing contractors, however, Certified Roofing Solutions was, by far, the most professional. They left a very professional estimate and information packet, shingle color sample chart, and were always very courteous. They always showed up when they were scheduled to show up. They completed the job in 1.5 days. They were very diligent to clean up during the process and after completion of the job. They were able to start the job within a week of signing contract! I really like that Certified Roofing Solutions did NOT require a down payment and did not expect final payment until the job was complete!!!     The Certified crew did a great job at re-roofing my house, and used a good quality product. No issues after the first heavy rain too! After they were done, when I did a walk around, they did an amazing job at cleaning up after themselves and nothing was damaged (even the plants were fine).

    Certified Roofing has replaced 3 roofs for me since Hurricane Micheal. 2 where shingled and one metal. The metal one was repaired on one side after the storm. No leaks after repair and very pleased with work performed. Had same metal roof completely replaced in Sept 2019, by another roofing sub contractor. After their completion, we had a storm and had approx 9 leaks and water pouring in around chimney. They attempted repairing leaks to no avail. (at least six attempts). Fired roofing company and contacted Titus at certified roofing. He removed new complete roof and worked with me on upgraded painted metal panels. His crew had 2nd new roof on in three days and it looks great. Experienced some rain a few days later and could not find any leaks in roof. Highly recommend certified roofing if you need quality roof and professional installation. His crew left job cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent job from all his employees.     I recommend this company highly if you are looking for a contractor. After the hurricane, the search for a contractor seemed to be the most difficult task but I contacted this company for an estimate and dealt with Tyler who promptly called back and promptly came out for an estimate. I needed several repairs completed from soffits, fascia and vinyl siding replaced and everything was done almost immediately, no waiting for days, weeks or even months. He also kept me updated on all repairs and when and who were coming out to the house. I will certainly call on them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of repairs on their home.

    We contacted Certified Roofing Solutions for a post Hurricane Michael estimate. Their representative, Adam, reached out to us and set up an appointment within a day. He came out and actually walk to roof to determine the extent of repairs needed. Adam went over all available options and how the company would handle the repairs, including going over FL code. Once materials were on site, a date was set for the work to begin. When the work crew arrived on that morning, I was concerned with the timing of more bad weather on the way. I was assured the work would be complete and it was, beating the storm by an hour (even clean up which included sweeping the yard with a magnet for nails).Dealing with the office, workers, and representative was relatively painless even with the post storm chaos. The professionalism displayed reflected well on the company and definitely eased any apprehension we had in dealing with contractors in the hurricane aftermath.We would easily recommend Certified Roofing Solutions.

    After a few months of getting quotes, these folks were the best value I found. They did the job for less than my insurance check even after the deductible. Cant recommend them enough. Only thing is they dropped something off the roof onto my BBQ and put a little dent in it and left a bunch of shingles laying around the back side of the house.     Certified Roofing Solutions is a quality company. As busy as everyone is putting roofs on houses in Bay County, Certified Roofing put our roof on without any fuss or any mess. Before they tore the old roof off they covered the area with plastic to prevent debris and nails from getting on the property. I haven’t seen that very often. Of course I got several estimates. But when you talk apples for apples they are the simple choice. I would recommend Certified Roofing Solutions to my friends with confidence.

    We hired CRS after getting a recommendation from my sister, who had her entire roof replaced. We needed a roof vent installed for our Over the Range Microwave Fan. I cook a lot and have set off the Smoke Detector juuuust a couple of times.I do wish they could also provide the service of connecting my Microwave to the actual roof vent. This is our vacation home and I just dont have the tools to cut the holes required to complete this job. They did recommend a Handyman though and Ill be reaching out to that person.The overall work looks well done. They also cleaned up and hauled away any trash generated by the install.

    Had this company put a thick vinyl covering over my shop that had the 2nd story blown off the building completely, all they had to work with was a flat deck, very hard to seal out rain water, they completed the job & have had no leaks since, a scalper group installed a cheap plastic covering after the storm at twice the price & had constant leaks, completely satisfied with CRS, have hired them to put new roof on house I just bought
