    The technician did a thorough job on each of the tasks we had requested. There were a couple of tasks that didnt need as much work as we expected, and we really appreciated the technicians explaining that to us. Weve used Boyers 72 for some HVAC work and now some plumbing, and will definitely keep calling on them as needed.

    My goodness, I cannot say enough, nice things about Boyers and Shawn, the technician. It was very easy to make an appointment and the technician arrived exactly when they said he would. He was very respectful and also careful not to bring any dirt or grass into my house. He almost immediately found a pretty serious problem with my furnace and was able to explain it so I could easily understand what the problem was. He actually had the part he needed on his truck And quickly took care of replacing the part. He then brought The failed part out and showed me how it was supposed to work and how it had failed. If he had not found and replaced this part, it could’ve ended up being an extremely expensive problem and may have damaged my health. Kudos to Shawn and Boyers!

    Charlie and Jacob installed a new heat pump system and new furnace. As they were doing that, they also straightened out an old makeshift drain pipe system, sorted out the baffles and corrected a previous dehumidifier installation. Great work by great people. They are courteous, conscientious and a pleasure to have around. Thank you to them for a job well done!

    Boyers has always been my “go to” with HVAC needs. Todd checked the older boiler in a house I just bought, to make sure everything was safe. Then he went up into a tight spot in the attic to repair something with the handler. He was friendly professional and got the job done!

    This is my second time using Boyers for service. Ashley (on the phone) has bren professional, helpful, and friendly. The techs are great. The first time, my AC tech helped diagnose my problem over the phone and saved me the cost of an after hours emergency call, then did a competent and timely repair once the part came in. I forgot his name but I think he is part of the family.Today, Brandon rerouted water lines on short notice after adjusting his busy schedule for us. He arrived on time and his manner was professional and helpful, the work was neat and thorough. He discovered a potentially dangerous issue and took the initiative to fix it. When he was finished he shared pictures of the work and closed up the house properly.You won’t go wrong choosing this team.

    I contacted Brandon regarding a remote control whole house water cut off. He took the time to discuss all aspects of this solution with me, and was extremely thorough. When I agreed to install one he managed the order input and scheduling, and arrived right on time.     Semi annual check up scheduled but couldnt be completed because the blower control module was defective. Part needed to be ordered but took over a week to get. Installed quickly once the part got here. Top notch service from office staff and tech. However it seems that Carrier is not as interested in customer satisfaction because this furnace was only two years old and the part was obviously defective. Looks like well be on the hook for a diagnostic service call plus installation service call and, apparently shipping. Makes one wonder what a warranty actually covers. Satisfied with Boyers but not Carrier.

We just had a new Carrier furnace, humidifier and thermostat installed and over the next year or two will be adding a heat pump system as well.     Quick response, complete fix. We were days away from closing on the sale of our house when a kitchen ceiling drip showed up along with a water stain.     19 July 2023 - both men returned with the promised package and worked rapidly to install and have cool air flowing just as soon as the thermostat set properly. These are professionals who have helped us with other matters and I would highly recommend to anyone needing AC / Heating and related equipment. They are the best.17 July 2023 Travis and Chris came to install the new outside compressor portion of the Air Condition. They removed the old outside unit and then realized the unit they had on the truck was the wrong unit. As soon as they learned of this they came directly to me and explained the problem which we greatly appreciated. Travis felt there would be a good chance of having the proper one here by Wednesday.5 July 2023 Todd as usual, was right on time. Purpose of the service was to determine what happen that left us without any AC. He knew exactly where to start and step by step determined what the problem was. There is a need to replace our existing AC unit that is on the outside of the home. He took pictures of various parts of the outside and inside air handler. We know his information will be processed quickly to suggest what a replacement is needed. We appreciated his professionalism and explaining what he found and what is needed to replace this compressor. Thanks Todd.10 February 2023 Chris, Travis, did not catch the 3rd gentleman; Chris came first followed a few minutes later by Travis and the 3rd worker - Our current heating unit was leaking and needed to be replaced. Within a short time our defected united was removed; installing the brand new unit required a lot of precision of detail and skill - within about two hours was installed. The system was turned on and immediately preformed its proper functions. The items that had to be moved in order for them to have room to work were all put back properly. Job well done. Thank you.8 March 2022 Brandon came to install a pressure reducing valve. As always he was on time, knew exactly what needed to be done. In just a few minutes the valve was installed - this is typical of his ability to take care of the need or problem. He always explains what he has done which is helpful to me.Removing all of the defective pipes in our home had to be done. We had experienced 3 leaks over the past many months. Brandon Lobban drew up an estimate of the cost and said it would take 3 days to complete. It was to be a big project and was scheduled several months later. He and William Ruggles came on the date they were scheduled. Over the next almost 3 days they removed and replaced with pipes that did not meet code. We were home for almost the entire time of the project. These men know their stuff and were able to only cut into the sheet rock where needed. This is a huge plus for the professionals who will need to do the patching. My wife and I were also pleased that Brandon had suggested Flo by Moen. This device is already helping us realize how much water we are using and ways of conserving. Both William and Brandon explained what they were doing and showed. Both were a joy to work with. Boyers can be proud of the work that William and Brandon have done. We are.

    Our church parsonage A/C stopped working Monday. Called Boyers Tuesday morning and Todd was there Wednesday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 90 minutes. Then while checking out the A/C operation he saw that the thermostat wasn’t correctly showing the interior temperature which was explaining why the thermostat was set at 66 degrees to keep the house at 74. So we had Todd replace the new thermostat and everything is back to normal and operating correctly and a correct indoor temperature was now being indicated. Jay is my usual tech so consistency is all appreciated.Adding this 3/15/23… hot water heater was not hot , lol,11 yrs old, called Boyers around 8.30AM someone here within the hour and by 12:30 replaced with new hot water heater!! THAT in this new era of getting someone to actually service things is absolutely amazing!!!If I could give more than 5 ⭐️’s I would!!Thank Boyers 27 Degree , y’all are appreciated!6/10/24 - had a kitchen plumbing issue, called this morning and maybe an hour later , Dave , was here taking care of our issue!! Called Boyers early on 16th and by that evening our bandaid fix was cooling the house. We’re replacing unit and Boyers will do the job. Todd was efficient, told us the cost of bandaid fix which we already knew.Second time with an “emergent” need, that they came quickly and fixed our problem. They also do our checks on heater and AC yearly. We talked about this possibility happening when they serviced AC in early Spring.     Boyers has done my HVAC service for years. When my old heat pump compressor finally died, they worked with me to put in a seriously more efficient replacement without excessive cost. Very visible in a big drop in electric bills.This last service contract call I asked the tech to check a strange lever in one of my ducts. He checked it, it balanced air flow between different ducts, reset it cheerfully.

We are very happy with the installation, the ongoing, regular inspection service and the personnel involved. Thank you very much for excellent work!Today, April 7, Brandon inspected and replaced our whole house water filter, which unfortunately is under the house and occasionally troublesome. In addition, I asked Brandon about installing a new holding tank in our attic which is some 20+ years old. He was able to assess the situation, size and space available and order a new tank. We appreciate the professional manner in which all the Boyers technicians work and respond to various needs qe have in our older, oddly designed home.Brandon installed a new holding tank today, April 20, 2023, replacing an original unit from the late 1970s. The unit is in the attic with little room to maneuver and move up and down the folding stairs with little clearance for discarding the old and bringing up the new. Brandon made the correct decision to replace the old unit which was tall, with the new unit which stands on a pedestal and is shorter. Therefore, despite the limited space, calculations were perfect! We appreciate Brandons expertise, professionalism and friendliness. He is an asset for Boyers and their plumbing division!William performed our biannual inspection today and, as always, was very thorough, professional and prompt. We recommend Boyers and William Ruggles for all HVAC installation and service needs.Today William replaced the ultraviolet light in the larger heat pump. As always, William was on time, friendly, professional and, thankfully knows our system quite well. Its always a pleasure to have William service our heat pumps!Brandon was here to replace the whole house water filter, and as always, he made quick work of the job, as always did excellent work!Today, William checked both heat pumps for the biannual inspection and pronounced them in good working order. This time one mini split was installed and the excellent service was still there. Technicians were responsive to questions and made adjustments when needed based on room configuration. Even though only 24 hours have passed since the installation, all is well. They were on time, friendly and professional. An extra plus is we had some old ductwork replaced.     Overall, everything was great except the scheduling. I wasnt asked what day was good for me. I first was told install was going to be on 7/9. When I told them this wasnt good for me, I was told someone would get back to me. No one got back to me for awhile. Then I was told the install would be 7/27. This date wasnt ideal, but we made it work. I worked in installations for 20 years and we never told a customer when the install would happen. We always tried to work out a date with them.

    We recently purchased a new home with 20 year old systems. Boyers has been very responsive each time something has stopped working. This last time they arrived within 5 minutes. Sure glad we got their Gold Service!!! All the guys are very nice and helpful.

    Overall this company has the best customer service, expertise, and value that I have seen in my area. I just installed a mini-split system with them and one of the inside units was making a loud noise. I called the shop and they were able to come out same day. The tech came out right on time and was a really nice guy and got to work. Found dead mouse in unit removed it and cleaned it up. If any one is looking for HVAC services right now, this is by far the best company out there. They remind me of the old school companies that make you feel like they value your business when most companies and contractors today act like they are doing you a favor.

    Boyers 72 degrees is simply the best!! Came home to no running water. Called their office and spoke to the nicest gal “Ashley” who had a plumber “Brandon out to house within 20 minutes. Not only did he solve my water problem, but also took the time to fix a small leak in the kitchen. Great, Friendly, Courteous, and Quick service. Why would you go with anyone else????
