James recently did some work for my dad Harold McKelvey. He came the same day we called and was very thorough, professional, and polite. His prices were very reasonable and we are very pleased with his work. We would highly recommend James and will use him for all our plumbing needs. We chose James based on his 5 star reviews and are pleased we can leave him one also.

A neighbor referred James to us. He is polite and very helpful. He gave us his rates in advance (which are really affordable) and was honest about when he would be able to come by. Have known James over two years and rely on him to maintain the plumbing needs of my house. Recently had an emergency—water backing up all over my garage floor. Phoned James at 9 on a Sunday evening. After hearing my frantic plea, immediately assured me as to what the problem might be. Came by the next day and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Found James on Google. I’ve never lived in the country, never had well water, and never had a tankless water heater. My house had water pressure problems and then found a water leak. James figured out that the leak was due to a simple error by the prior plumber and the pressure issues wer due to no sediment filter on the house. He made those fixes in no time at all and then showed me the ins and outs of house my plumbing works. It was really helpful!
