Great service and support from Ricks Electrical. They were able to meet my request for a fast turnaround. The two techs that were sent were easy to work with, nice and respectful, their names are Darien and Carlos, A+ guys.Would definitely recommend.

We had water intrusion from the hurricane. I was given Rick’s number by my former electrician who is overwhelmed. I called Rick’s office and they said they would be here in a matter of hours. Damian came right over and repaired the outlets that were in the saltwater. He worked quickly and efficiently and got everything cleaned out and working. The price was exactly what he quoted and very reasonable. I walked him to my neighbors house to see what they needed to have done and he jumped in and got them Air Conditioning. I will call Rick again

Lightening hit the house, in and out of power, fire department came out to check and asked me to contact a licensed electrician. I reached out…. Kathy answered my panicked call and literally moved things around to get Ricky and Ricky Jr at my door in 20 minutes. I was out of town, kids and wife outside of the home because of potentially live wires/electrical.This team, with their father on the phone worked tirelessly to resolve the issues, problems and all the concerns we had. They took extra effort to contact TECO on our behalf and have them come out to the home within couple of hours. They stayed in contact with us the entire time.This experience, the customer service and the commitment they showed will be forever remembered. They put my family and I at ease. I thank you very much. I am an engineer and I can understand the work that needs to be done, however, the level of customer service and satisfaction was indeed at another level.I whole heartedly recommend this company for all your electrical needs. In the wake of hurricane Milton, power was restored to my house by TECO, but there was some damage at my house. During a very busy and hectic time for the Tampa Bay community, I was able to get same day service and a very dangerous repair done with care and expertise.

First I want to say thank you to Ricks electric for a great customer experience. I honestly dont do a lot of reviews, but I had to in this case. Kathy the office manager was extremely friendly, and more than once communicated back to me whenever I had an issue or concern.Darien my technician was on time, professional, and if I had a question he was there to give me an answer. Theres not much more you can ask for in a service call, and as far as the prices they were hands down very reasonable. Thank you again to Ricks electric for a great experience and look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Never more happy to write great review! It was after hurricane Milton, power came back on Sunday night but two of the fuse box breakers kept tripping and one of them was the AC. Got up Monday morning and started calling places one of which was Ricks electric. Kathy who answered was super helpful and was able to get me an appointment THAT DAY between 12 and 2P. John and his coworker showed up at 12 on the dot, and went thru the process of trouble shooting, eventually figuring out the two beakers were blown. They figured out what the needed to do replaced the breakers and my AC is humming. With all the stress coming out of the hurricane it was nice to have this process go so smoothly and quickly. Cant thank Ricks electric enough!

My husband contacted Mike and he set up a time to come by quickly. Our laundry lights kept going out. Mike and a partner came by as scheduled and did a great job, not only were they efficient, neat and knowledgeable but very professional and nice. They priced fairly and did the job faster than expected! We will use this company again for sure as I plan to change some lighting this year.
