Would most definitely recommend the Cormier team to anyone looking to build.This experience was not just a professional one, but a personal one that catered to us as a family of 6. HIGHLY recommend David Brown as he was our project manager and the best of the best with an unbelievable amount of experience who truly cared about our needs. With 4 small children and the loss of our home in Imelda, we had an idea of exactly what we wanted and Cormier made it happen for us.We had a very difficult time finding a 5 bedroom home with 3 car garage in an area that wouldnt flood and after searching for 6 months we sat down with Cormier and we walked out knowing we would finally have our dream home. After dealing with the nightmare of rebuilding post-Imelda, this entire process of a CUSTOM built home was a walk in the park.

Our building experience with Cormier was seamless. From the initial meeting with Jeff, to the selections process with Ashley, to the contract signing, and through the actual building process with Robert, we actually enjoyed the experience. They make the entire process convenient, especially with the in-office design center, collaboration with their vendors (specifically Tri-Supply and Moore Supply), and the Builder Trend program they use.Changes were easy. They listened to our wants, no matter how interesting, and made them happen. They helped us stay in budget and they were upfront with any extra costs, down to the appliance/lighting/fixture costs and allowances. They were a phone call or email away any time we had questions and adjusted their availability to fit our schedules. If we had it to do over again wed choose Cormier every time.

Cormier Homes recently roofed my home and replaced windows. I’m so very pleased with their performance. The roof job is beautiful. The window replacement flawless. I had no idea how happy I’d be with new windows. This is a 50 year old home, my windows were single pane. When they pulled them the gaskets just fell apart. I fought dust in this house. Since my window job, my tables are virtually dust free. I’m one happy customer! Debbie Bayless. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

We had Cormier Homes do some remodeling in our home. They took out our old outdated wallpaper in two bathrooms, the dining room and kitchen then replaced with texture in both bathrooms and updated the wallpaper in the dining room and kitchen. Cormiers general foreman Jeff B. also had his crew paint the cabinets and put in new counter tops in the kitchen. They really did an awesome job. Jeffs plumber found a leak in our laundry room and had him repair the leak and repaired the texture on the wall. We also had some other plumbing work done while the plumber was here. We were so impressed with Jeff and his crew we had him come back two more times for some work on my mothers home. Jeff was there on time, he always called us back when we had a question, and he was there until the job was finished, all the time over seeing at least two jobs at the same time. They are doing a bid to build our new home. I will let you know how things go. 10/2018: Weve signed a contract with Cormier to build our new home. The service has been 5 star so far. Ill be adding photos as we go.

Awesome people! Have made it so easy to plan & build our dream home after having a flooded home off Keith Road in Lumberton. Everyone weve dealt with, has been amazing! No flood zone, great place to build.
