    If you are looking for a Genrac company to purchase and install your generator this is the group to use. Be sure to ask for Nathan Miles he has answers to all questions and guidance to the details when getting new gas line installed dealing with Centerpoint Energy. Nathan will go out of his way to insure you are satisfied with the installation. Requested numerous bids from other contractors. He was best at prompt quote, shortest time for install completion, best at responding back as questions came up. 45 years as licensed electrician not able to install myself and this is one of the best clean installations I have seen. Highly recommend Emerson Elec. And Nathan Miles.

    Awesome service and company hands down! Highly recommend if you need a generac generator installed or serviced. Nathan does an amazing job with the install…he will make sure everything is correct and up to standards, takes care of any permits needed, and all of the supplies and work for the install. He will be honest and up front with everything you do need or may need, the cost, and what all will take place with the install. He does a quick but thorough job. Very happy we chose Emerson Electrical! Nathan went above and beyond with his customer service.

    I called Emerson electric I did a search on Google and they came up and with their five star rating and also The amount Reviews I talked Marc he told me that they would be getting back with me shortly in about 45 minutes later Nathan called me. He came out and give me an estimate and told me everything I needed to know very professional person at what he does he helped me get in touch with the Texas gas company had to run gas line and also the city permits have them come out and inspect the plumbing and the Electrical Nathan also stayed in touch with me every day while he was sitting in the unit up. I had to wait four weeks for the Texas gas so if you don’t have gas get ready, it’s gonna be about 4 to 6 weeks delay Nathan is very good at staying on top of his job. I want to thank Nathan very much For installing the unit and staying on top of it until the job was done thank you very much Emerson and Nathan if you want a company, that’ll do you a top-notch job? Go no further call this company. They’re a great company to do business with.

    My husband and I purchased a house in 2022 and proceeded to renovate it from top to bottom. Marc and his team from Emerson Electrical Services came in and took care of all our electrical remodel. The house was older and needed lots of work bringing things up to code and laying out more modern lighting. Nothing was too big or too small for them. Marc was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.     I called 2 different companies inquiring about purchasing a Generac generator for our house. Our 1st company called to reschedule the original appointment. Emerson Electrical scheduled a time and Nathan showed up early. He was so professional and answered every single question we had on the spot. He gave us a realistic timeline for this to be completed from start to finish. He communicated with us every step of the way. The job was done perfectly.     If there was a rating of 20 Stars, this company would deserve it.If you’re looking for an honest, dependable, stress free company & experience, save time and give them a call.We had been thinking about and received quotes on a home generator in the past and finally decided to do it.We have been so Blessed to be able to get one and to find Emerson’s.From beginning to end it was a stress free process.Nathan came and checked everything out asked us what exactly we needed the generator to run, etc. we had the quote within a couple of hours, then he came out and poured the slab needed, just a few days later the Generator was being installed, he even came at 8:15 pm once the propane company finished on their end to make sure it was working properly.He said he wouldn’t be able to sleep until he knew it was running.He was always on time or early and fantastic communication throughout.48 hours later the storm came through our area and lost power.Was perfect timing because the generator came on like a charm and things ran as if we had never lost power.We were even called and Thanked us for our business.Hard to find companies like this anymore.

    We just recently bought a 24K. Generate generator back in October 2023. Nathan from Emerson Electrical Services was the staller on the unit. He was my contact from start to finish. He also was professional, knowledgeable and made the process so easy and Convenient.On 3/17/24 our generator ran for the first time due to a power outage. It performed flawlessly with an 8 1/2 hour run time. After the power was restored, checked the oil, and did a visual inspection, there were no leaks and no issues.Thanks again for the peace of mind you have given to my family..

    This is a great Christian based, family oriented company and the owner, Marc Colburn, exemplifies those traits as well. Whomever posted a negative, blatantly false review of Mr. Colburn’s character, is nothing more than an online spam, scam, or con artist seeking a response. They have done all of our electrical work for years and I have firsthand knowledge of them and their families. Shame on the person or persons who would say anything to the contrary.

    The point of contact for Emerson Electric for whole home generators is Nathan Miles. This young man is very courteous, polite, and easy to deal with.     I recently bout a home in Orange TX and just with a little bit of rain I kept loosing power. I found Emerson on my Facebook and I reached out to get a quote for a Generac. Nathan was extremely helpful and professional! He was very detail oriented explaining everything that I needed to know from start to finish.     After the last power outage, my husband and I decided to get quotes for a whole house generator.We called Emerson Electric, and Nathan came out the very same day. We instantly liked him. He looked at everything and asked us questions to make sure we would be getting what we needed.     Nathan came highly recommended by my neighbors and he did not disappoint. I had a tree fall on part of my house which took out the conduit pipe for my electricity and needed repairing and inspected before Entergy could come out and run new powerlines and get my lights back on. Nathan fit me into his busy schedule and got me fixed up, inspected and power was back on that evening.     Got a generator installed about a year ago, great service. I really appreciated the fact of the aftercare, almost a year later I was having electrical problems with entergy, he walked me throughout the whole troubleshooting process over the phone and also drove out to my place to help me figure it out when he didnt even have too and this was at 8pm at night, great service and just a really good person.

    I had just gotten my generac installed and realized my ac wasn’t working. I didn’t know if this was something bc of the generac install as I have never had ac issues. I called Nathan with Emerson electrical service and he dropped everything he was doing (late in the evening) to come make sure everything pertaining to the generac was correct. Not only was the generac install correct, but he found the issue with the ac. Loose wiring causing the breaker to fail. He replaced the breaker and the ac is running perfectly! Thanks again Nathan!

    I recently purchased a 24kw Generac Generator from Emerson Electrical. Nathan Miles was the salesperson and installer. I got five quotes and Emerson Electrical was as much as $3,000 cheaper than some quotes. Nathan did everything he said he would. I found him to be very honest and with a high level of integrity. I live in Lumberton city limits so the city inspector had to come out and sign off on the work. The city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of work that Nathan and Emerson Electrical does. I would highly recommend Nathan and Emerson for generator and electrical needs.

    In an attempt to find a specific type of electrical connector the man that answered my call bid me to meet him at his house, gave me 4 properly sized electrical connectors, educated and advised me on their application, and refused to take any compensation. It was extremely refreshing to meet someone of this caliber in this day and time. God bless him and this business.
