I must start by apologizing for not reviewing before. I have used Truss for more than 20 years exclusively. If you read any of my reviews, you will see I generally only give good or bad reviews as I feel they are the most beneficial.I have had Truss and Sons install 2 aerator systems, 1 at my main house and 1 at our guest home. They have serviced our initial system multiple times until it ultimately failed. A fiberglas unit that caved in on itself. They have run water lines, fixed a leak in the wall, replaced stubborn faucets and drains, set a couple of toilets, etc.They have ALWAYS completed the job quickly, completely, and friendly. Never had to come back, did it right the first time, everytime. They have priced fairly, used quality parts and always answered questions, along with sharing tips on plumbing and septic care.They installed a new septic yesterday and did an excellent job all the way through to clean-up and smoothing out the dirt work. Just need to plant grass. Educated me on maintaining and servicing the new system. Could not have asked for a better experience, thanks again.

I am the manager at The Colony Apartments in Lufkin. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am so appreciative for Truss & Son Plumbing Services. This company is professional and very true to every bid I receive. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. The service technicians dont waste time when they are at my property. They are very knowledgeable and professional. This company is always who I call first when I need plumbers. Thank you Truss and Son for always meeting the needs and for all of your help.

From the moment I called the office asking for a quote until I went in to pay my bill we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The office staff were the absolute sweetest and the tech that came to find the problem did an outstanding job explaining things so that I could understand. Within 2 days he sent me 2 options with quotes on how each would cost and both were very reasonable for the amount of work needing done. Once we decided on a route they were here within 2 days to fix the issue. 10 out of 10 recommend this company for ALL of your plumbing needs!

I live at an apartment complex and the maintenance has been unable to find or fix the leak coming from the apartment above me. Despite their best efforts the issue has been unresolved for months. Raymond and Omar showed up and I kid you not within 30 minutes they found the leak! They also fixed another issue that was causing the sinks and toilet to back up. They deserve a raise.

My grandmother is a caregiver for a blind woman. They had a major issue with plumbing and truss and son was fully booked for non-emergent issues that day (would come next day). Despite that, I explained the situation to them and they were able to make sure to get them taken care of that same day. I will always be grateful to them!

Woke up to a pipe leak and water everywhere so I shut the water off at the meter and started cleaning up and since it was a weekend I waited until Monday to call a plumbing service. I called three and only Truss would come that day. The other two were Wednesday at best. I’ve used Truss before and was really happy when they called and said they had someone on the way. I think his name was Quint. He was very capable and found the leak immediately. He cut out the pipe that was leaking and joined the two ends with pex after sanding and tapering the ends of the copper pipe. After he finished I mentioned that my bathroom sink had a leak so he took time to fix that also. Even though I hadn’t mentioned it when I called. He even cleaned up the little bit of water that leaked out while he was working on the sink. I highly recommend Truss and Son Plumbing.

I had a dang near impossible task of plumbing a clawfoot tub into my upstairs bathroom! The tub just fit into the room! The only space was very very tight!! They made it work!! The charge was just as impressive!! I am very pleased with the work they done!!

10-23-2019 Lufkin Tex. Kitchen sink stopped up. Tried drain cleaner. All I accomplished was to accelerate leak on only metal ring in pvc setup, causing the leak to worsen. Also broke a corner off clean out hole bronze square drive nut. Quenton spent I hour at a good pace doing what needed to be done. No unproductive time wasted. Came to work in a truck, not a limousine like the New York plumbers do. We discussed additional work I had questions about. Good personality & professionalism. Military veteran like myself. Work matched billing. This is my future plumbing company.

I had a gas leak just outside and apparently in my attic..while the workers themselves were respectful and proffessional to which i never had a issue with,THe issue i had was with the receptionist, i talk to kevin today and we discussed the disrespect i experiance with the receptionist and he promised to address the issue with the receptionist ..i never had a issue with the work or the plummers themselves ..Ive used truss before this incident and i will use them again..there work is excellant and that was never a issue...

Only been in home a couple of months and had a leak at the water meter - on our side. Bobby worker the issue and had everything fixed in about an hour. A few weeks later we had a high water alarm go off late at night on our aeration system. I turned the alarm off and call Truss and Sons early the next morning. Gary and his partner were on-site within the hour and pumped out the high water, bypassed a faulty timer, checked everything out and we were up and running. This company responds fast with technicians that have excellent knowledge. Very professional group and I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing problems.

I called Truss and Sons with a tankless water heater issues as I live in Nacogdoches and fed up with local plumbing companies. Truss and Sons called me back before they were scheduled to come out and Kevin and I spoke about my issue. I followed his suggestions and advice and actually fixed my problem without a service call. THIS is how to do GOOD business. Rather than approaching a customers troubles with making a buck, they actually helped me. You dont find that business approach to often anymore.
