    We had a pretty…hmm hmm…crappy situation going on. I was relieved to see there was a local company that specialize in dealing with these issues. I called and chatted with Joe on a Sunday and he was here on Monday morning with his crew.Of course it ended up being a challenging job, but he had the equipment and experience to get it done. Joe and his crew were conscientious and tidy. Also, Joe was able to show me on camera the issues that we were facing and how they were resolved.It’s rare that I’m happy to write a check for an unexpected expense but when the service is as good as it was with Joe, I handed that check over with a smile

    Joe called me back on a Sunday within 10 minutes of me calling. He showed up on time for appointment and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our clogged main line in no time. He also gave me advise on how to stop the roots from coming back in the future. I would highly recommend A1 Rooter Service!

    What a great company!They came out same day to access a drain that was leaking back into the house.What blew me away is they realized this was an issue I needed a plumber for and made a great referral.The customer service and expertise here really was A1!

    I had 2 great experiences with this company. Both times they came the same day I called them, both times they solved the issues quickly. Price was better then great considering it was same day service. They also took some time to educate me on the system so that I might be able to solve simple issues next time. I hope I dont have to call them, but if It do, I know I will get fast and great service.

    I called them at 7:30 in the morning. They told me they would be out by afternoon. They arrived about 10:30 am. They ran their high pressure pump though my long rural sewer line and got it all cleaned out of tree roots and were on their way by 11:30. Friendly, efficient, and reasonable cost. We were very pleased!

    Guys arrived on time & went right to work.. Without any Drama or exaggerated hang-ups. Showed us the live camera feed & said they were angering out tree roots from the Main sewer pipe to the street. I mentioned the pipe was a composite matl & he new exactly Orangeburg.They recommended to use a foaming root preventer/dissolver & cleaned-up ProfessionallyDefinitely will be our 1st choice in the future. Thanks again guys!

    I had an emergency at a place of business. I spent the whole morning on the phone trying to find someone who could come today. They were very quick to respond. Everyone I spoke with was amazing. The gentleman who came out was great, fixed by 2 pm! Highly recommend!

    Highly recommend A-1!! Called on a Friday night at 7pm , left a message and got a call back within 5 minutes and the plumbers were at our home a half hour later. They cleared the blockage in our main drain and the price was better than fair! I cannot thank these guys enough for the fast and friendly service .

    I live in a old house and had some serious issues under my kitchen sink.My husband tried to fix it several times but the way the piping was done it made it very difficult to fix .     I would recommend them to everyone. They went way above and beyond for me. The people were friendly and easy to get a hold of. They do what they say they are going to do and even help arrange for other services if they are needed. If you have a septic system and issues they should be your first call!!!

    Had a plugged main line. A-1 was able to get us in the next morning. Said theyd be here between 9-10am, showed up at 8:25. 30 minutes later, job was done, drains were flowing freely and they were on their way. Would highly recommend A-1 to anyone.

    Our kitchen sink was not draining. We tried cleaning the P trap. Not the problem. Called A 1 and they came within 15 minutes. They whipped the drain pipe, and we are back in service! So glad we didnt have to wash dishes in the bathroom. Fast, dependable service!

    A-1 is awesome!I called and Joe answered my call from inside of a septic tank, politely asked if he could call back after he got out. I got a phone call just a few minutes later, now that’s service. When they got here they got straight to work and finished the job quickly and did an outstanding job cleaning up. Great job guys!!

    We had an issue with our sewer drain, we called a few places getting the response that they didn’t service our area or they were short on staff and another company said they don’t do what we needed to be done but suggested A-1 Rooter. We set up an appointment for the next morning, they called saying they could be here earlier than expected (which was a plus for us!) they were in an out in about 1/2 an hour, friendly, professional, great service! We HIGHLY recommend.

    Could not be happier with their service. Had a plugged up drain. They showed up in probably 20 minutes, ran their camera and found the plug, got it unplugged and running in no time. They were very professional and clean. Made sure they didnt track into the house and took off their boots every time. Cleaned up the area they worked in and checked to be sure we had full flow. I would definitely recommend them if you need plumbing services.

    When our septic pumper told us that we had the worst case of tree roots plugging our drain I was concerned. He recommended A 1 Rooter in Luck and were very glad he did.
