    You dump it, USA septic pumps it. Great customer service, quick response and thorough cleaning and inspection.I would definitely recommend this company. Ray and Johnathan came out to look at a shower floor issue, because it was the tile and not a plumbing problem they gave me great advice on how to get it fixed.USA SEPTIC has the greatest customer service support.They were at both my properties in Apple Valley and Lucerne Valley. This company is great. Quick response. The rates are down right awesome. The technicians are informative, knowledgeable and the job is done right. Thank you Ray and Johnathon.

    I could not be more happy with the service I received here! At the time when my main water line leaked It was Because of corrosion and needed to be completely replaced. It was a very hectic time in my life. It took a month and a 1/2 from beginning to end on my part. But every single employee I spoke with was patient, kind professional and answered all my questions in detail. They came out to the property several times to estimate the project and answer all my questions! I cannot be more happy or say enough about the excellent service I received!! Thank you USA Septic!

    Had our septic tank pumped yesterday and USA Septic made the process painless.Had no clue where our septic was, but the gentlemen who came out were helpful and really patient.Their pricing is super fair and they’re very upfront about any additional fees that may occur depending on how difficult it is to find your tank.All in all, keeping their number on hand in the future and would suggest them to family and friends.

    USA Septic pumped and installed a new seepage pit, the work was performed on-time and as described. When the job was completed, they left our yard looking like they were never there. I highly recommend them for all of your septic system needs.

    This plumbing company is by far the best I’ve used. The prices are definitely reasonable.The technicians are professional and know what they’re doing. They don’t try to up sell. They came out to my property in Apple Valley and was done is one hour. The main line was fixed without any glitches.The technicians Ray and Michael were on point and precise.I would definitely recommend this company.They also came out for another issue that required a pipe replacement. This is one awesome company. Very knowledgeable regarding plumbing issues. The prices are definitely reasonable.I will not use any other company.

    Had them come out for a second opinion. They saved me a lot of money way better than alpha omega!!!! They were on time and a pleasure to deal with.     This is the second time I called this wonderful company to come out and empty our septic tank.They are professional, fast, and very clean.They emptied the septic tank, and fixed my yard back perfectly.     Very pleased with this company! Their employee was here at the promised time. Very courteous and explained things as he was working. Their rates are reasonable too! Extremely honest about the issue we were having and didn’t try to pad the bill with unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated that. I thought it was awesome that the owner did a follow up to be sure I was happy and satisfied with the repairs. I highly recommend this company!

    Very good company, super fast and efficient. Did a whole septic replacement in 2 hours. Leveled almost my whole yard with the tractor before leaving. The scenery wasnt bad to look at either ladies 😉🤫🤩

    Jody, Amy and the whole USA Septic Team are always great. We have been using them for over 20 years. When in time of need and we had already moved to Arizona. They stepped up and got it handled. I can not express how impressed I am with the level of service. From Jody in the field, to Amy in the office to the guys in the pit - its hardwork and watch the whole install on our cameras, they cleaned up like it never happened - and it happened, from inspection to a completely new Septic tank.

    My kitchen sink was clogged and the water was going nowhere. I tried using a 25 ft auger but it came to a hard stop. They came in and fixed it. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

    So lets face it they dont have the most glamorous job in the world, but their workers came over recertified my septic and it was raining outside so they came back 2 days later and finished raking up cleaning up the yard. It didnt smell so good while they were there working but after they left I could not tell that they were there working. It done a fabulous job of cleaning up when they were complete. Thanks guys

    We had a major back up in the church kitchen after Family Feast last Sunday. Josh Watson and his USA crew came Tuesday morning to assess and work to locate the septic system and then assess the problem: a broken pipe. They had it fixed by Wednesday! Whew! We were able to have church on Wednesday, have the Spanish church meet on Thursday and Friday, host a memorial service on Saturday, and look forward to having church tomorrow. WHEW! You are simply the BEST! We appreciate your expedient, excellent service! Pastor Gary says, in this instance, A royal flush beats a full house.
