    Great service. I live in Kelseyville and it was 32 degree the night before. I called in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. The service tech inspected the heater and quickly fixed the problem. I strongly recommend them.

    Claude Sorrells was at my house this morning at 11:00 and got right to work servicing all 5 of my HVAC units. He’s a very pleasant gentleman and very efficient. Needless to say, my wife has a lot of obstacles that Claude had to work around, he was very careful and very neat. When he completed servicing my units, you could not tell that anyone had been in our house working. I cannot believe how fast he completed the task and was on his way to the next job. I am a general contractor and I appreciate the efficiency of a good company and good employees.     Jonas has a well trained staff, and are proficient at what they do. Their technicians are great. They have been my HVAC and hot water specialists for over 10 years. I am under their routine maintenance program. My only issue is when I signed up for the program it included the routine maintenance and inspection on my heat pump/air conditioner and my water heater. They did this for a couple of years then their management has since reneged on the water heater aspect and wants to charge a significant additional amount to perform the proper water heater inspection. It take about 30 minutes to do the inspection and cleaning each year. I still have a lot of respect for Jonas. They have in the past installed my kerosene hot water system and kerosene heating system, and performed some minor repairs and did an excellent job.

    Thank you , sincerely! I appreciate the prompt response when I informed of the unfortunate situation of our heating and cooling unit. Initially I called and Claude was sent. Who explained the process, performed maintenance and took care of business very professionally. Unfortunately, I had to call again because I noticed that the unit was not cooling, and the tech Matt found that the unit not only had some holes in it, but also needed coolant. Suffice to say both gentlemen explained everything in great detail, and I learned quite a few things while presenting themselves clearly of our situation because we are both seniors and provided options of what could be done so that I could make the best decisions to address this 90+ degree temperature wave. I appreciate your service and will call you again when needed.

    They sent someone to our house to do a completely free assessment of what would be involved to put solar on to our home. The process was so thorough. No detail was left out. Costs to expect were transparent. The process was very informative, and the rep had some incredible industry insight. He even knew that we needed to update our circuit box and knew how to handle that as part of the installation. This company really has the community and the families in it in mind at every step.

    I have a Solar system that was installed in 2022. The installing contractor out of Sacramento has since gone out of business and I had an issue with the system not fully functioning. I was referred to Jonas by the manufacturer as the closest local Solar installer to have them come out for an inspection and repair.David Arvilla of Jonas was the technician who came out today. He was on time and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. There had been a short in some of the inter-panel wiring. David found it and repaired it and my system was back up and running properly within an hour and a half. I was very impressed and the price was more than fair.Jonas has now been added in my warranty and paperwork by the manufacturer of my system as my designated “installer” (replacing the out of business firm who installed the e system), should I have any future issues. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Jonas.

    Just signed up on yheir maintance program. As usual they showed up on time and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recomend Jonas. They installed my heating and air, a solar system with back up batteries , a generator( hopefully will never need it) awhole house hepa system and even heated floors.!

    From start to finish these guys were great. The lady in the office was a pleasure to deal with & the guys who came and serviced the unit were quick but thorough to service our units. I didnt catch their names unfortunately, but the one who cleaned the units in my bedrooms was incredibly respectful and mindful to the foster kittens that kept coming to bug him. Sorry!😅 All in all, theres nobody else Id rather call than Jonas.Edit, 1 year later: Still great as usual. Claude rolled through and did the job quick & thoroughly.

    We had a great experience with Jonas today. We had our system inspected by their technician Yohanis. He was polite, respectful and paid attention to my concerns. This inspection didnt turn up much, but he did find a disconnected run of ducting under the house. He repaired the disconnection and, of course, the air is blowing much better in the affected rooms. The price was right and service was great. Yohanis even read a short story to my youngest. Thank you Jonas. They will be my first HVAC company to call in the future.

    I cant recommend Jonas enough. We were fortunate to have Yohannes come to service our AC unit. He did such an amazing job. He was quick, efficient, kind, compassionate, and extremely well-versed in his field.We had previously had a different HVAC specialist service our unit. The previous technician was completely inept, overcharged me, and left me without operational HVAC. Yohannes did the exact opposite.Our senior dogs were really struggling in the heat of our house and now can be comfortable and happy with the cool air blowing once again.     The visit for the hot water heater was positive in that he was very thorough in trying to isolate and correct the problem . Unfortunately, it still malfunctioned after his departure. He did his best now we realize its time to replace the unit. He also helped us to connect with having our generator service. I highly recommend them for any of your heating & cooling needs!The first part of this review was the summer of 2023.Update 6/11/24: Matt and Jesse came out at a very late hour after I called the office just a few hours prior. Our mini-split was barely cooling our house, and we were getting rather uncomfortable with the 100-degree temps. They discovered a leak and a broken component, fixed the leak, and filled the depleted refrigerant for a fair price. Our house is now back to feeling totally comfortable. They are both awesome - they really cared about our predicament, were very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation. I even learned a few things about how the units operate. Once again, I highly recommend them for any of your heating & cooling needs!

    I am interested in buying split units for our house. The technician who evaluated our current system was very honest, forthright and practical. He helped me explore the benefits and disadvantages of making the change. He explained the savings that he enjoyed from upgrading his own personal home system, and was very straightforward about the differences between our homes. I appreciated his honesty. Mathematically, even though our current system is fairly efficient, it looks like upgrading will make sense for us. I will definitely proceed with Jonas if we decide to go forward because I respect the trustworthy and honest ethics. Very pleased!

    Jonas Energy installed a 100% off grid solar system for me with a carport that has 18 solar panels, an inverter, 3 batteries as well as a generator and propane tank to run it as a backup. They also installed a 4 unit mini-Split for heat and air inside my house. Excellent job on both. All staff were incredible!Last night I had an issue where the generator kicked on at 4am. (learning curve error on my part + no Wi-Fi yet for their app) An unhappy neighbor threw at least 100-200 rocks at the back of my house and did felony damage. I had to figure out how to shut everything down in the dark while dodging rocks. Josh and Jim came out this morning to help me get the system back up and running. Both were super helpful. Highly recommend Jonas! Absolutely love the system!

    I had a mini split installed three years ago, and it has been a lifesaver in summer and winter. It has been working like a champ, saving me in the summer saving me in the winter. I noticed over the past few weeks that the heat didn’t feel quite as warm and I realized I probably should’ve changed the filter sometime in the past three years.!! I contacted Jonas and found that they had an amazing maintenance plan. The representative on the phone was friendly, kind, caring, and informative. I was able to set up an appointment for a few days after I called. The representative Larry came out, was on time friendly courteous explained everything that he was doing, and did the maintenance for both the heating in the air. I was shocked how quickly the room now heats up!!! I highly highly highly recommend Jonas for mini split installation and the maintenance plan is amazing!!! Everyone that I’ve dealt with at this company is friendly, caring, informative from the person who picks up the phone to the technician that comes to your house. You can’t go wrong!

He wrote up a quote for the new refrigerant and then looked at my solar system to see if he could get me setup on the system monitoring app. We were not able to get it setup but we made a plan for later. So happy with this company’s performance.

    We are know to Clear Lake, so I did some research to help pick a company to do business with. Jonas had very good reviews. There were two other companies at the top of my list. The first one I called was too busy. The second one I called was inconsistent quoting a price for the work I needed done. I chose Jonas since they committed to a service date and the pricing was in line for the work I needed. The technician arrived within the time scheduled, he did a very professional job of inspecting the system and made suggestions on how to keep the old system running. The system is old, and uses freon that is now outlawed in CA. He recommended some equipment to replace the unit when it does finally stop working. I will be using Jonas to do a fall inspection. I will also be using them during the equipment replacement. Five stars for sure.
