Lucas and his guys are amazing! First and foremost, Lucas is such a nice, kind and friendly gentleman. We’ve hired them to refinished our floors, changed the banisters, and did some beautiful moulding and paint on the walls. The amount of details they pay attention to is just amazing and makes the job worthwhile. I don’t usually save any contractors’ numbers on my phone (and believe me, I had so many come in and did renovations) but Lucas’ is worth the keep. I can’t wait to work on more projects in the future. Thank you!

Lucas, the owner, built us a set of steps and railings for the front of our house. He paid attention to details such as trim, exact angles and spacing of spindles. He even suggested a beautiful colonial railing instead of a plain 2x4, which married well with the style of our home. He remained attentive and diligent throughout the entire job. We are very pleased with his fine work and the way he cared. Definitely 5 stars! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Lucas and his team for all of your contracting needs! We had them out to help us prep our condo to sell, and they were courteous, timely, well priced, detail oriented, and did an excellent job! All of the little electrical things, mystery light switches, a closet light that constantly flipped a breaker, a bathroom fan that had never worked properly, Lucas found and fixed them all. The paint job was superb. The new plumbing fixtures looked and worked great. 5 stars all around.

Awesome guy, awesome craftsmanship. Plan to hire again and again for a long list of projects we have at our new home!Our first project that we hired Lucas for was to install (and paint) shiplap in a family room. I was tempted to DIY but boy am I glad I didnt. Lucas and his team invested some serious time and effort into delivering something beautiful and beyond expectations.Our second project was to tear down a wall to open up our kitchen to our dining room. Was pretty nervous about this one but again, the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finished product is nothing short of five full stars.More projects to come!

His crew were on time, worked diligently and did a fantastic job repairing the stairs and supports to our deck. They were honest in their assessment of what needed to be done. They were fairly priced for the work they did. We will use them again for any carpentry work we need to have done.

These gentlemen were involved in building a 10 foot high deck and removal of wall and window. It also involved electrical and and hvac changes. They flawlessly installed 2 handmade oak doors shipped in from California. I also want to add the deck is of the highest quality construction I have ever seen. They even went as far as using color screws which match the color of the railings. Not only are they listed as construction and carpentry. I have to say they are master woodworkers. Not only were their prices very reasonable but left the work area spotless at the end of each day.Thanks for such a perfect job!!Steve and Dory

We interviewed 4 different deck building companies when we decided to build our 720 square foot deck in Holliston MA. Caio was the most prepared and professional of everyone. He supplied their contractors license, references, and samples of all the deck materials we were interested in using. She dropped off additional samples and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly and also offered the best price over their competitors by a substantial amount.The construction team was totally professional, arriving exactly as promised and completing the job ahead of schedule. They were attentive to our needs and even did some extra repairs to the walls and trim on our house. Lucas regularly checked on the crews progress and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.We love our new deck and are very happy with our choice of Trex Pebble Grey Deck Board. The color is a perfect complement to our house and the composites easy care and lack of any required maintaince is great!We highly recommend Graeff and Pyles if you need a new deck built.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful job Graeff & Pyles did on an enormous amount of remodeling we did in our home (2022). They did a remodel of our large third floor, including fixing / patching walls, drywalling and insulating a storage area, refinishing floor in a bedroom, removing a gross old drop ceiling and completely renovating a large main room which hadnt been redone since the 1960s. They put in drywall, new flooring, lofted ceiling and assembled a spiral staircase which looks beautiful and was probably heinous for them to do! On our second floor they remodeled our master bathroom which included building a walk-in shower, installing a new floor, vanity, wainscot and a clawfoot tub. They also patched and repaired drywall in hallways, bedrooms, ceilings and staircases and repainted everything. On the first floor they painted the kitchen cabinets and refinished the hardwood floor. They also remodeled a powder room which included install of new countertop, sink and faucet, venting a fan and refinishing the hardwood floor. Lucas, Caio, Thomas and the crew were extremely responsive and very hard-working and made sure that things were done perfectly. They were always open to suggestions and they made great suggestions of their own. It really felt like a really collaborative process and they were careful to consult with us on everything. They were also able to quickly call other contractors that were needed for things like plumbing, electrical and granite. The huge project began at the end of January and finished up the first week of June, which is incredible considering the amount of work they did. The guys were respectful, pleasant, and consistent in their work - showing up every single day and even working on some weekends. We already had them come back and refinish/repaint our outside back deck and its beautiful. Graeff & Pyles was the best contractor experience weve ever had and we cant thank them enough. We will continue to call them when we need anything done on our house! :)
