Great service and friendly people. Had an issue with a wall furnace that just wouldnt work properly. After coming out a couple of times, they refunded me the part they part in and recommended a company to take off the furnace and patch the wall. They then came back to put in a new furnace. Will call again for any hvac issues.

Home warranty companies are a NIGHTMARE but Massie did everything in their power to make sure our experience was as smooth as possible! They got all the necessary info over to home warranty ASAP - we were never waiting on Massie for anything. Every single time I called Massie I got an answer within the first couple of rings. Im so grateful for their professionalism! These guys are hard workers and run an excellent business. Could not recommend them more!
