    John Parker worked with me to get a new roof and gutters on our house. John kept me up to date on every phase of the job as we went from the initial meeting and inspection of the roof to the completion of the installation. He was particularly good at working with our insurance company to be sure we received the appropriate payment toward the new roof.The crew that installed the new roof were extremely professional and efficient completing the job in one day. Similarly the gutter crew did a professional installation quickly and thoroughly.I would highly recommend working with John Parker at Colorado Roofing Specialists and would use them again myself should the need arise.

    I had C.R.S. Do a job on my grandmothers house in Colorado. I live in Utah and could not be present for the job. They did an incredible job.     Thank you Ryan with Colorado Roofing Specialists! My insurance company missed a ton of items on our initial estimate and Ryan spent the time to get everything approved that was damaged from the recent hail storm. We even had our house painted! This definitely isnt a turn and burn roofing company. They took the time to walk me through the whole process. Thanks again Ryan for your due diligence! I cant recommend this company enough!

    CRS replaced our roof with fast, friendly service. They finished the project in a day and when they were done left the yard completely free from any construction debris. This is important because our kids and family dog play in the yard daily. I would highly recommend CRS for your roof replacement/repair needs….

    Dealt with Zach and he handled everything. We had work done to our roof as well as having the house painted.     CRS was extremely helpful in a really hard time when our new home was damaged in the back to back bad hail storms that damaged it extensively. They went above and beyond to help me happy again with my home. I would highly recommend them for ANY of your home exterior needs, repaires, or projects.

    John replaced our roof 2 years ago everything was easy and we picked a new color for the roof. When they finished he said let me know if you ever need anything. Monday I was trying to move a couch and called him jokingly asking for a hand….he showed up a hour later and said “alright show me where it is and where you want it” CRS is a really good group of guys

    Darrick and crew showed up and saved the day when we needed our roof replaced last minute before the sale of our house.They snuck in between snow storms and got the roof replaced really fast and without any fuss so we could continue the closing of the sale!Really appreciated their hard work and tight scheduling.

    I called CRS to get help after a really bad wind storm. My neighbor said they don’t think insurance will help but I wanted someone to try. JP came over and was such a nice and honest guy. He said I can’t promise that insurance will replace your roof, but if they do you will be glad you chose us. He met with insurance and I didn’t even have to do anything. The roof looks amazing and he included a warranty on both the labor and the stuff they made the roof out of. Could not recommend CRS and JP enough.

    Our roof looks amazing. John was the best ask for him. Our shingles are a little thicker than our neighbors which makes us feel really good. Communication and clean up was great. Lots of choices pick these guys

    We were hit with a bad storm last year that resulted in a bad leak among other damages. I called Ryan and he came out within the hour and got to work. He took care of all needs Roofing, Gutters, Siding, Painting, Screens, Beading etc. We were very impressed with how kind and hard working he is. The fact that we didnt have to call several companies to get exterior work done is amazing! Very prompt and professional work and any of his crew working on the house respected us, our house, and yard. They even cleaned up very well after themselves! We never had to wonder about services or wait on anything. Considering how many homes in the area were damaged I am very impressed with everything. Literally the best guy and company to call when you need help. I still go to CRS and Ryan whenever we need anything taken care of that they can help with. They truly care and provide the best quality work. It feels more like family taking care of you and thats always the best quality in a company.

    Colorado Roofing Specialist’s were by far my best roofing experience yet! I have had a few contractors work on my home and I was not impressed with their service or the quality of the work they did, Zach was completely different. From being honest about the likelihood that my insurance would cover my expenses to communicating with me throughout the entire process, Zach made sure my wife and I were kept in the loop on every step of the process. Colorado Roofing Specialists made sure all of my needs were met and that every part of my home was taken care of before expecting payment.
