31-W installed both garage doors in my home when built in 17. Recently I had a spring acting strange and the door was straining to go up and down. I called them on Tuesday. Chris called me and showed up on Wednesday. Took one look and got to work. Within the hour he had replaced both springs, checked the balance, then ensured all doors, wheels, pulleys etc were inspected and lubricated. Enjoyed the conversation as well while he worked. Very professional person and knows his job well. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent service, very quick, and a thorough job. Thanks!

I needed a garage door fixed that I thought was out of alignment. I called other companies and was either stood up or they had me thinking this was a golden job with me needing deep pockets. I called and 31w Insulation got a repair guy out there the same day (Brian) and he fixed the problem for the $65.00 service call. I was very happy with the entire experience will use this company again. Honest and reasonable, What else could you ask for! A+++ to the entire team!
