    I had a superb experience with Tara at Taylor Homes when it came to getting advice, ideas, answers to questions and expert help. I feel theirs is a quality product delivered by quality people. What I have learned is that if you’re building a home to be prepared to be very involved in the process. You have to get surveys, permits, inspections and specific things required by finance companies and third party builders like builders insurance and buffer funds. I had to jump through a lot of hoops. But I feel it was entirely worth it!

    I love my new Taylor home! We had a great experience with our superintendent. They went above and beyond to ensure our home not only was completed but done right. Everyone who comes to the home loves the vaulted ceiling but Our personal favorite part was the value we received in adding a basement. We couldnt ask for a better experience! We would highly recommend Taylor homes to anyone.

    Tara with Taylor Homes is amazing! Tara worked with us on getting the perfect square footage, blueprint, layout, add ons, etc. that worked best for us and our situation. Tara remains mindful of your budget throughout the process and gets you the most out of your budget with the building process. Tara gives you confidence throughout the process, and makes what should be a stressful process, into a fun and exciting project. Tara is organized and great at her job, we could not recommend Tara enough!

    Tara was a great help to me and my fiancé while beginning the process of building our home.     We started working with Tara 2 months ago and can’t believe we are already starting our build. She walked us through everything step by step and gave great advice. The main thing is-she listened to what we wanted (even if she didn’t like it) and incorporated it into our plans.

    My husband and I LOVE our new Taylor Home! It was built with good craftmanship and quality materials. All of the folks at Taylor Homes are very pleasant to work with. It took about 11 months from start to finish, which seemed like forever, but Ive heard that is a pretty normal length of time to build a new house. We stayed very involved during the building process and kept the lines of communication open and active, which I think helped maintain momentum. We also learned a lot about building a new house! Were very pleased with the results.

    UPDATE: We finished our build in 5 minutes and our team was awesome! The value we received far exceeded our expectations. Glad we chose Taylor Homes!So far we have had zero issues in the planning or building of our forever home. The team we have worked with (Tara, our new home sales consultant and Brandon, our superintendent) are absolute rockstars. Tara went above and beyond to design the perfect home for all stages of my familys life. Brandon is making that dream come true. Brandon has been there to answer every call or text when we have questions. The building process has been smooth, but I feel confident that if we run into any issues in the future that I can reach out to the Taylor Homes team and have it resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Building a home is stressful. Do your research. Dont have unrealistic expectations. We are officially at 10 days since breaking ground and Brandons team has made excellent progress. We currently have waterproofed basement walls! Im excited to come home every day to document the progress.

    I was writing to provide a review on Taylor Homes. I built my Taylor Home several years ago and still live in it today. It was the first, and only, home I have built so I did not know what to expect from the whole process. I have to say i was impressed, and relieved, with the professional and personal care and consultation we received form the team at Taylor Homes. Being such a major investment we had many questions and they took the time to answer and consult with us on each one. We made multiple changes to our plans and blueprint (maybe a record number of changes) and they accommodated us with everything we requested, and even counseled us on some that we didnt need to make. It was very clear that they cared about our happiness with our new home, and not just building a house. Even after we moved in they were quick to address any concerns or questions we had and provided exceptional after-sale care that we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Taylor Homes to anyone looking for a quality built and affordable home!Steve Potter

    Taylor Homes did a superb job on our recent project. We expected some headaches due to challenges with the existing structure on the property, but the process was actually much simpler than we anticipated. Our superintendent communicated almost daily, every step of the way, and worked through any small hiccups with great detail, as if he were working on his own home. Ive personally had the pleasure of working with Taylor Homes as they are a client for my business, but being the customer in this situation has been a wonderful experience.

    Taylor Homes built my son and daughter-in-law’s home, so when my wife and I decided to build we chose Taylor Homes. The process was seamless and only took 5 months. Great selection of materials to choose from and extremely affordable. Everyone in the showroom was pleasant and knowledgeable and our project superintendent Shawn guided us through the process, kept us informed and demonstrated great attention to detail.
