Lakeside provided great service for our septic tank that needed immediate pumping. David, the technician who came, was very careful about our yard and took a moment to update us on the system and provide pointers for better septic system health. -

Beyond impressed with the quality service and professionalism of this company! We needed to have our septic tank pumped, and they were able to come get it done in no time at all! Scheduling was a breeze with a very nice receptionist, and we even received a courtesy call to let us know when they were on the way. All around a very friendly company, and they even gave my daughter an adorable picture book about pumping septic tanks when they noticed her watching from the window! It made her day! We will definitely be using this company again for any future septic needs. -

Showed up on short notice and gave me a great price! Since I called for an emergency tank cleaning I had to wait my turn. (Par for course). However, George the tank driver still came out to the house after he completed all his scheduled jobs! Thank you George.Schedule in advance before your tank overflows. The tank driver I got was young but enthusiastic. Did a great job. Please tip these guys when you can. They have a sh*tty job and perform a essential service!Lakeside Electric & Septic currently honors a UVA employee discount, so ask for it up front before you book the job. -

The receptionist, Kayleigh(hope i spelt it right) is amazing. Having health issues and appointments they were able to see me. The guys were great. Got that small home town feel, the boys next door. They told us what the problem may be and what we needed. Felt honest. Thanks agian. -

I am impressed with Lakeside Electric. They worked with me around my hectic schedule and rather than have a set time, they let me call when I was available on my appointment day! I have been leery of local companies as we have been taken advantage of by our builder, contractor, and others! However Lakeside was very courteous and had the customer in mind. We had our septic pumped and a very suspicious sink hole investigated. It was discovered our sinkhole was not part of our septic system drain field and our malfunctioning pump was just a loose wire. Thank you Lakeside for being a trustworthy business with knowledgeable staff!! -

Reached out to Lakeside Electric & Septic on Tuesday due to a backed up septic and they were here the next day. From the phone call to make the appointment to the young man who serviced our septic they were all very helpful and courteous. The people on the phone were knowledgeable and very nice. The young man was excellent! He even explained everything to a very curious 4 year old. 5 star all the way!!! Thank you!! -
