I have called on Dave twice now, once to address a bizarre electrical issue and once to assist with my furnace. He was responsive and professional, resolving both issues with ease. He definitely knows his stuff. He is about to save me yet again with a plumbing issue. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend his work. You will not be disappointed.

David took out the old water heater unit and replaced for us with a new unit. He did a wonderful job. Our tenants and we, the landlords, were extremely pleased with his service. The job was done professional above our expectations. He gave us the firm price after he first came out to inspect the problems. He then bought the materials (new water heater units, new valves, new wires, etc.) and did a wonderful , thorough and great repairs/installation. Within 2 hours, we got the new unit worked perfectly. I called David on one of the hottest days of the year so far and needed some electrical work done. He got here within 30 minutes and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than an hour. Considering the fast response time, the quick diagnosis and repair, and his very reasonable price, I wouldnt hesitate to call him again.

David showed up on-time and completed the job quickly. He has good tools and good skills. At the last minute and I asked him to do an additional service which we had not discussed earlier, but he did the task anyway. David is also a qualified electrician so he can perform difficult installations or removals. A good handyman or installer is hard to find. Thanks David.

Davids H.M. was fantastic to use. David was able to provide same day service for me when my other tech backed out. He was friendly, professional and most importantly did a great job with the service. I definitely recommend him for all if your handyman needs. He also does electric work as well!!

David was fast, courteous, professional without charging a huge amount. We called this morning and he was here within an hour an a half. Addressed what we THOUGHT would be a simple outlet replacement (which turned into a big fire hazard) quickly and made our home safe again. Definitely will use him again for future work.

Removed old roof mounted swamp cooler and installed new cooler. Arrived on time to evaluate the job and provided a firm estimate. Made repairs to the metal roof and bracket prior to installation. Arrived at my home with all required tools and materials for the job. Removed the old cooler for disposal. Very professional. We will definitely use his services again.Great price !
