Its rare to find such honest and responsive people these days. Chris Nelson was referred to me by another surveyor and he did not disappoint. I never felt rushed as Chris took time explaining the resolution to my issue. I will absolutely use CNA in the future and I recommend that you dont think twice about utilizing their services.

Chris was recommended to me by someone who had used his services to perform a lot line survey. I needed some advice about a survey my neighbor is having completed. Chris was MOST helpful in giving me the information I needed, as well as additional items of which I should be aware. He also offered to review the work once it was done to ensure all is completed directly. GREAT customer service and so rare to find! I highly recommend him/his firm!

I have been selling real estate in Beverly Hills for 12 years and have to say that Chris Nelson is by far the best surveyor I have ever worked with. He came highly recommended to me on a very important land survey project and delivered a concise, extremely detailed Survey. He went above and beyond even including details he did not have to do, but did them to make the survey as useful as possible. He even included things like landscaping and where certain outdoor furniture was placed! Every expert who looked at our Survey said it was the best one they had seen. Very professional, thoughtful and caring person to work with. Also reasonably priced which is amazing considering the work he does. Very appreciative.
