I would hire ARM Builders every time. They built an ADU in for my home in Beverlywood, and did a great job. The whole thing was a fantastic experience - the framers, the stucco guys, the engineer - it came in on time and on budget, which I was happy about. Thank you ARM Builders!

I was really happy with the job that Oren did for us. We had wanted an Accessory Dwelling Unit at our for a long time, so that we had extra room for when our kids come to stay with the grandchildren. Oren and his team were very helpful, answering our questions along the way, and making it a smooth process. We now have a beautiful ADU and are happy to recommend ARM for your ADU in LA!

ARM Builders helped us with a long-overdue refurb on the entire house. They relaid floors, moved a wall to extend our family room downstairs, installed some double-glazing, put new lighting in the kitchen and bedrooms, and more. They were very good to work with, and I would hire them again.

I wanted to exchange the carpet in my house for some nice hardwood flooring, and I was referred to ARM Builders. They did such a good job that I have hired them for a garage conversion to create an ADU, and to put a new kitchen into the main house. Very happy to have met them!

We were moving our family to Los Angeles and bought a house long-distance. Usually this could be a very risky move, but I had received a great recommendation for ARM Builders, and came to see the property once accompanied by Aaron. He helped us get plans with the city for a 400 square foot addition including adding another bathroom and vaulted ceilings. This was completed ahead of time, and we moved in to start our new lives in los Angeles. as our family grew we added an 800 sq ft addition in the backyard which included an Additional Dwelling Unit(ADU) for our nanny, a kitchen, two bedrooms , and two bathrooms. We became good customers :)If you are looking for a local construction company, ARM Builders are very good general contractors who can serve your residential needs. They are a caring company - this really marks them apart in my opinion - and put client satisfaction at the top of their priority list as well as making sure that their work was of a top-notch quality. Of course their actual work is the best testimonial of all!
