I recently used Digico to help doing line/cable drops for a camera POE system in a residential setting. I contacted other companies to get quotes and got the run around, unknowledgeable people, outrageous pricing etc. I spoke with Ralph and he gave me fair prices, was straight to the point and spoke with confidence. I decided to go with him. He came and did an excellent job with wiring the Cat6 cables getting the cables through the walls safely as well as installing the monitor cleanly with the wires concealed behind the wall mount.A couple observations. First, they were on time. They were courteous in taking their shoes off in our no shoes home, even when I said it was okay. They were diligent in keeping the areas clean after finishing. They were open to listening to my requests and concerns. If you have ever dealt with anyone in the home improvement industry, you know these are all exceedingly rare qualities. I fully recommend using them, I had a great experience.

Ralph and Michael helped me run some cables in my house and install some cameras and the whole experience was quite smooth and Im very happy.1. Very timely and effective communication. I texted Ralph and he always responded within a few minutes. I had some ideas on how to run the cables in the house and Ralph was able to give me feedback on my plan. We converged finally with a solid plan.2. Ralph and Michael did everything efficiently, saving us a lot of time.3. Ralph and Michael were very patient the whole time. I needed to adjust the orientation of some cameras but they were mounted in a place that I couldnt reach. Michael was so patient and kept adjusting until I was satisfied. In the end, one of the cameras didnt have power, but it turned out that the line was already connected to a switch which I turned off. Michael and Ralph spent like 20 minutes in taking the camera off and checking every lien has power until they figured it out the switch was turned off by me. We all laughed and they helped me install the camera back. I really appreciate their patience.4. The price is pretty good. I got a quote from another company and Ralphs price was half of that.5. I dont like drilling holes in the wall and Ralph and Michael avoided cutting walls as much as possible. I was quite happy about that.Overall, I recommend Ralph at Digico. Quick, reasonable, considerate, patient.

If anyone needs a good low voltage specialist for wiring, cameras, security, wifi, etc. I highly recommend Ralph at DIGICO. He came the same day I called and using his electrical engineering expertise, fixed a wiring issue that would have otherwise cost me thousands in construction. Great guy, very knowledgeable and reasonable.

Low Voltage King are amazing! They ran ethernet drops to 3 rooms as well as within conduit outside for 4 weatherproof camera mounts, all through the crawlspace under the house. They also ceiling mounted an access point. Friendly, courteous and clean. Highly recommended, and will be using them again for any electrical needs! Thanks guys!

Low voltage king has helped me twice in the last year. one was a TV mount over a fireplace. We would have never known how to do that. So grateful to know Alex. I just contacted him and his guys were out in a couple days. The second time I needed his services was a similar situation. I just reached out to him and again his guys were there in two days along with the cable guy! they were patient and waited to make sure the cable was working till they left. I wanted Ethernet in my house instead of using wireless for all my computer devices. So I called low voltage king and meet Ralf, he was very responsive to my phone call. Then after we scheduled the meet, he came to the house and in two days the Ethernet was installed and working. I found Ralf easy to work with, flexible, thought of my cost, not his profit. He communicated well and got the job done. I was pleased.

LVK installed a 16 security camera system for me. I am very pleased with the whole process from the beginning to the end. Alex was very helpful in the selection process of the cameras I needed and Manny the installer did an immaculate job of installing and wiring of the cameras. There is no doubt I will be calling them in the future for all Security camera and Audio video jobs..
