As a first time home buyer you dont always know how to articulate what you need. I cannot say enough good things about Manny and the team at 2M Electric Inc!. I had spent the morning calling leaving messages all over LA to install outdoor light fixtures. Not only was 2M THE ONLY Company to call back, they scheduled me within 36 hours of my call, Manny was prompt, fair, knowledgable, thorough, and even pointed out things we might want to address down the line. No hard sell, just solid energy and money saving advice. Save yourself time and frustration. Call 2M Electric first! They know watt to do!

Willy communicated when they would arrive, and Manny showed up exactly when he said. He immediately identified the issue as a faulty switch, and even checked other outlets in the area to make sure they were all functioning properly. I appreciate when I company is willing to do large and small jobs. I needed to make sure my outlets were safe to plug in my portable AC units. One of my outlets didnt even have a grounding cable and the other one was old and the plug kept falling out. Manny fixed everything in a timely manner and now I feel safe knowing my AC units wont be a fire hazard. I will definitely use them again if needed. When it comes to electric and gas I dont want a jack of all trades maintenance person. 2M provided great communication, professional service and a licensed electrician.

Stellar customer service from the very beginning. OG Stellar that is. I inquired to four (4) businesses to have a quote obtained for an EV CHARGER at home. Out of them, 2M was the ONLY one that came out and did an inspection, took time to explore options for routing the necessary infrastructure, opening light soffits and trying to get a visual plan for our requests for hidden conduit. Willy was amazing to have onboard. He provided options, answered a plethora of my questions, offered up comparisons between hard wire and plug in benefits along with incentives to exercise. At the end of the day based on our experience with 2M - it wouldnt have mattered where the pricing came in. He won our business on old fashion customer service. Day of install - courtesyCommunication provided and ontime. His team showed up and only took 4 hours to complete. 2M electric installed EV Charging station for us. We requested multiple quotes, but their pricing was the most honest and fair. Willy walked me through the process and was super easy to work with. He was extremely patient as we explored a few options and their price points. The two techs who came in were knowledgeable and got everything done the right way. We requested to pull the permits and are waiting for final inspection but expect no issues given the clean installation. Highly recommend 2M for your electrical needs!
