    Todd and Tyler replaced our water and heat system - with a state-of-art, tankless Navien system. The entire process to remove the old system and replace with the new one took 4.5 full days. Todd and Tyler were prompt, professional, and they explained the new system to us. They thoroughly answered all our questions. And, they did a wonderful job cleaning up.     In my opinion, Los Alamos Plumbing ranks up there as the very best. When I called I was in a panic because the handle for the water in the bathtub broke off and water was shooting straight out. Of course this was late on a Friday afternoon . We were able to get the water turned off but it had a leak. I spoke to Tabbetha and she said all the plumbers were out on service calls and wouldnt be able to assist me that day but could schedule time for the following week. I called back a little later to tell her the leak was getting worse. After talking to her manager she informed me that if any of them finished early she would work on sending someone out. Shortly after that Tabbetha called back, Tyler was on his way. He reviewed the situation and left to go buy the parts. On his return he said the part was not the one he wanted but he knew it would work, and it did. But he felt it would be better with the correct part so he promised to order it and would be back as soon as it came in. He was over first thing Tuesday morning and completed the job. He called back later to make sure I was satisfied. Later in the day Tabbetha called, also following up. There is so much more that I could tell you about their work ethics, professionalism, and just their overall attitude. Sorry for all the words (Ive cut back twice). Definitely a 5 star plus organization!

    Sean Joseph from Los Alamos Plumbing came and fixed my kitchen sink drain problem ON PRESIDENTS DAY. So glad he was able to come and take care of it. In addition to the problem Id seen, he discovered an issue with my drain line that I hadnt been even been aware of. Expert, fast and very courteous. Sarah (office) followed up with me the next day and sent an invoice. Excellent experience! I would highly recommend this company!

I would use this company again in a heartbeat.A few days later I noticed a leak in a union at the boiler. I called Los Alamos Plumbing and soon had Sean out working on the boiler. He was friendly, competent, and efficient. I would definitely hire LA Plumbing again.

    We recently found ourselves in need of replacing our water heater and contacted Los Alamos plumbing. I described the issue over the phone, as best as I could, to Sarah and she scheduled Todd to come out to evaluate the situation. He came totally prepared with detailed options as to repair or replacement. We went ahead with replacement and are very happy we did - one less thing to worry about going forward. We could not be more impressed and pleased with the service. All around professionalism - the crew was courteous, clean/neat, and knowledgeable.     Todd met with us, gave us a range of options for what could be done to fix our plumbing issue, and designed a solution that solved our problem, for significantly less than the estimate given to us by another company in town.A contractor had also broken one of our showers and Todd managed to figure out what was wrong - and fixed it. He said it was a simple solution and didnt charge us more for it.Based on my experiences with Los Alamos Plumbing and other top Google results for plumbers in town, I would advise you to call Los Alamos Plumbing. IMO, it is not worth taking a chance elsewhere.

    I awoke to find water coming from the wall into my living room. It was a holiday Friday and I wasnt sure I would be able to get anyone to respond. I called Los Alamos Plumbing and a very nice lady answered. She sent Tyler who was able to figure out it was coming from the bathtub where caulking had cracked and allowed water to get into the wall and onto my living room floor. He fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. The fee was extremely reasonable. I am using the same company for several other plumbing issues.

    We wanted to switch from an electric range to gas and had the gas line but needed a valve and some pipe installed prior to the delivery. Working with Los Alamos Plumbing and Todd was a pleasure. They are professional in every aspect. They show up on time and then discuss the work and associated cost before hand. They did an excellent installation and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Would definitely have them back in the future for any more plumbing needs.

    This is a small outfit in a town devoid of services, so I am grateful. Todd came out and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to break down my boiler system with me and what I am going to need to get through the winter. The focus of the job was to fix a leak in my boiler tank which he managed in quick succession. Essential company for our sleepy little town and I suggest every one give them money so they stick around.

    They called us back very soon after we left them a message and made an appointment for the following week. We needed faucets and sprayers in two sinks as well as a shower head replaced with ones we had purchased. Ivan was our technician. He told us exactly how much it would cost before he started, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Were very satisfied with the results.

    Todd and Brian came to install a new air vent on our boiler, a new water filter and descaler system, plus several other associated items. We are very happy with the results and feel that our house is ready for winter. Besides the technical aspect of their work, we also appreciate the way they do their business by giving us upfront and reasonable price quotes and then sticking to them. In the future, we will be calling Los Alamos Plumbing first, if/when we ever need another service at our home.

    Fair prices, solid and efficient work and local. To no fault of their own it took a month before they could come out for a spigot install and they didn’t forget about me after a month. Arrived at noon quoted me and finished the job within a few hours. Also had them do precious work on a washer dryer hookup including the drain line. No complaints a year later.

    My experience with LA Plumbing was phenomenal. My house needed an entire re-plumb and i was incredibly impressed with how fast & efficiently it got done and for a very reasonable price.     The entire Team at LA Plumbing is top notch. We had a failing HWH and made appt to have it replaced. When he told me it would be 5 weeks to install (due to their booked schedule and lead time for HWH itself) we locked in the date. To make a long story short Sarah call several days later and said they had a cancellation and that Todd and Crew could make it over the next Saturday! The guys were very communicative and professional (Sarah too). These guys were very clean (no mess) and done same day. I know the timing can’t always work out this way but thanks LA Plumbing for top notch work ethic!

    Todd and Brian do first rate work, and are amazing at their customer service. They fixed a major leak in my fathers yard and I called for an emergency repair right before Christmas and they were able and willing to fit me in even though they were working a big job elsewhere. 100% will use them in the future if problems arise.     I had “LA Plumbing” staff come to my home and repair two leaking toilets in my bathrooms. Although my plumber was delayed in getting to me, once on-site, Ash did exceptionally good work and checked everything out after the repair. He found no leaks. I have not had any problems so far and will continue working with him and others there.I also had two bathroom faucets replaced last Fall 2022. Again, the work done by Ash and others at LA Plumbing was excellent.

    Los Alamos Plumbing was amazing!!! Incredible experience. Me and my gf had a bit of a scare, we had a leak that went from minor to major within seconds Sunday night. I called Los Alamos Plumbing and they were booked all day Monday but Marina managed to squeeze me in for Todd to swing by and analyze the problem. Todd was able to fit me in that same day and repair the problem. Their communication, professionalism, and customer service was by far the best weve gotten from any business in Los Alamos and New Mexico in general. I normally dont go out of my way to post a review but these guys were freaking awesome!     When my plumbing issue reared it’s ugly head, I thought I’d have to go to Santa Fe to get it fixed. It was very stressful but Todd put me at ease. He and his crew fixed it and even came in under the estimate. I’d give LA Plumbing six stars if I could! You won’t be disappointed.

    First, we had a clog of our main drain. These folks were able to come out almost immediately, and while they werent able to fix it because of our house’s weird setup, they went well above and beyond, gave us a bunch of good advice on finding someone who could, and didnt charge us anything.Later, we had them do a smorgasbord of non-emergency work, including fixing the setup that caused the drain hassles. This was all done professionally and the final bill was less than the estimate because it took less time than expected.One thing that especially caught my notice was how supportive they were of DIY. During the estimate for the work above, Todd advised me not to contract with them for several items because it was a better use of my time and money to DIY it given my skill level, and he gave a bunch of advice on e.g. what parts to search for.All in all a very professional crew (Todd and Brian) and pleasant to work with. Kind to our kids and pets. Masked 100% of the time on our property without us having to ask. Office staff also professional and responsive. Definitely recommend.

    Daniel and Anthony were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.When I realized I had a plumbing problem, they quickly got me in the books at their next available time which was just a few days later. In the meantime, they called me twice to offer last minute earlier appointments as their schedules allowed. These didnt work for my schedule and the work ended up being performed as originally scheduled. I truly appreciate them reaching out to try to get in sooner than scheduled.They were in and out quicker than anticipated, and the cost was lower than I anticipated based off previous plumbing experiences. Im asking google letting me give them a sixth star, no response yet.
