    Super Fast Electric was a pleasure to do business with. From the first call we made to them for help with several outlets not working, through the completed job, communication from the company, the owner, and Carlos, the electrician who serviced our home, was impressive. Carlos arrived on time, was courteous, efficient, and professional. He repaired the outlets in no time, and assessed overall electrical systems. We would definitely use Super Fast Electric again.

    Nov 15, 2024I contacted Super Fast in my search for a whole home generator. An appointment was able to be scheduled within two days of my phone call. Supervisor Kevin appeared on time, and during the next hour provided essential information related specifically to my homes needs and what Super Fast Electric could do in this regard, being careful to prioritize those features of the resultant estimate that were essential along with his recommended/suggested elements which I might choose to include in the installation.Kevins presentation was by far the most informative of the six I had in my search process. Best of all, at the conclusion of our tour of the property and discussion, Kevin went to his van, and 30 minutes later returned to present an itemized estimate which I printed following his departure. I could not have asked for a better experience.Upon deciding to make the purchase, I needed further clarification of some aspects of the work to be completed. Kevin met with me again, providing additional detail regarding the purchase and the process that would follow. Once again, an excellent experience, increasing my comfort with the purchase.

    I am a Community Association manager in central florida and I called Super Fast Electric to help me out with a lighting issue at one of the communities in my portfolio. Kevin Cheney went to my community association and did an absolutely thorough job. Carlos did a wonderful job for the repair. He was so communicative and detailed in his explanation of the issues with my parking lot lighting fixtures which gave me a great understanding. He provided me with all the options to provide to the board of directors and was always available for a call. I will be using this company again for all my associations, he knows how to communicate to the standard that I needed in order to inform my board of directors properly by providing me several options to work with.

    The electrician, Varick, was very personable knowledgeable and professional. He did his safety review and advised me of other areas that are to be considered. Then he completed the approved work timely. And also helped make sure I had the new device connected to my phone before he left.

    David and Varick were great! I called them a day before the hurricane and they were able to come instal a plug for my generator. They took pictures of everything and walked me through everything. We were able to use the generator because we lost power for three days!

    Varick at SuperFast Electric did an amazing job troubleshooting and fixing my broken video doorbell. He diagnosed the problem by testing the different components in my system and he was able to identify the problem. He provided a fair estimate to buy and install a replacement transformer. He was able to do all of this the same day, and my problem was fixed! I now have a functioning doorbell. I would recommend Varick and SuperFast to friends and family. They are professionals that provide results.

    Super Fast Eletric was fantastic to work with. these guys were very friendly and informative. accommodating of my schedule. they were prompt and professional and made us feel at ease during the entire process. we had them replace our old Florida Pacific panel, install alumicon connectors at every receptacle and light switch and also upgrade each switch, move several receptacles, add a ground wire and add recessed cans in one of our rooms. it was a lot of work. But they did it quickly and cleanly. they also made best friends with my dogs. I would highly recommend.Update: Still using this company. they have great customer service. they come out each year and check everything and have been very helpful with a few extra things that I needed this year. Highly Recommend!more updates: once again these guys are keeping my confidence high in using them. Carlos, always pleasant and respectful, was here again to help out with some remodeling I am doing. He arrived when he said he would. gave me a quick and fair quote and got me on the books to do the work in a reasonable time frame. looking forward to the install soon

    Robert and Michel offered amazingly great professional service!! I would rate WAY above 5 stars if there was an option! Super Fast has done work at my dad’s and this is my 2nd time asking to service in my home. This time Robert and Michel replaced 2 very dated bathroom exhaust fans. It was worth having them purchase these vents instead of me trying to find the right ones. I love the modern look show casing their neat work! Robert and Michel arrived promptly.     I requested a quote to have my panels replaced & aluminum wiring brought up to code. I was contacted within an hour of submitting a request online. They were very friendly and professional on the phone. They even had an opening to send a electrician out the next day.     Just hired Super Fast Electric for a 3-day partial rewire from aluminum to copper, along with other various issues such as too many rooms running on one breaker, and properly reinstalling 5 ceiling fans, installing a surge protector and new grounding rods).     I picked SF Electric because they seemed closeby, were available and didnt have a minimum. The technician, Dean Thompson, arrived as scheduled, was clean, very polite, and spoke with knowledge and confidence, Dean replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and changed out two GFCO outlets. Replacing the fan required time in my extremely hot attic, but he never complained and went about completing his assignment with a friendly and positive attitude. I highly recommend this young man; hes a winner!.

    These guys have 5 stars for good reason. Their service and processes are way more modern than most electrical contractors. Setting an appointment online is very easy (I was able to do so after hours and get my work performed before their competitor even reached out with a call back.) They will send you text alerts for appointment reminders and you can even track your technician when they are on route the day of your appointment. My tech Nick did a fantastic job explaining the process for having a job performed. He made suggestions for both my repair that I knew I needed and for some additional surge prevention that I didn’t realize I didn’t have on the home. This experience was pleasant and I will be utilizing Super Fast Electric for future needs.

    We called 12 local electricians, 3 of them actually called us back, 2 of them physically came out for an estimate (1 no-show), and only 1 was organized, professional, and thorough - Super Fast Electric! We could have gone with the other which had a slightly lower quote, but wasnt as professional or responsive.They switched the old fluorescent tube lights in our kitchen soffit into modern LED recessed lights. It looks great and they took time to patch up the old holes where the tube lights were wired. I was confused about the color selection and the next day our tech came out to demonstrate how to switch the colors, which was a nice extra touch.Thank you Kevin and Robert!

    Raul arrived on time, and was very helpful. I had installed two remote control ceiling fans but the original wiring in the light switch box was not appropriate for two remote fans, and I needed him to readjust the wiring inside the switch box. While he was there he also took the extra wiring and made an exterior light work for us. While he was there he also gave me an estimate for a pool light problem.     Every once in awhile you come across a company that really cares about the service they provide and about the client. This was one of those times. From the moment I spoke with Susan on the phone and explained I was only in town for a day but was concerned if my electrical issue might be a fire hazard she went out of her way to fit me in.     As a new homeowner, every little thing can be scary. When we had some issues with outlets, pool lights not working, and a hardwired garbage disposal, we knew we needed to have an electrician out. Add COVID to that mix and it makes things even more stressful.I did some research and found Super Fast Electric. I sent over an email with a list of things that needed to be looked at and Colleen gave me a call back a short while later to set up an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at everything. We picked a date that worked best for both of us and Carlos came out, on time, to take a look.Carlos took a look at all the issues we were having and was able to give us a quote for all the work that needed to be done. He wouldve been able to do the job on the spot but had a long commute to his next one so we opted to do the job on a different day.He came out again and completed the work that we discussed with no issues at all.     The good, the bad, the happy ending: I initially contacted Super Fast Electric to obtain a quote for installing a pool heat pump and timer box. Within a few days, Steve came out to assess the site and then provided a whole home evaluation. During the home evaluation, Steve found and thoroughly explained a few things that were safety recommendations and provided about 6 or so package options and prices to take care of our needs (they offer no interest financing too!).Within 2 days Steve, Tyrone (sorry if misspelled), and Victor showed up and began tackling our list. At the end of the day we were told that Super Fast Electric would schedule another day to come out and complete the remaining items, including the pool heat pump. I wasnt too concerned about it at the time, and thanked them for their hard work for the day. I went to leave the house and noticed the thermostat and A/C were off. I called the emergency number and Steve had Victor return to resolve the issue which was within the breaker box that they had worked on earlier (nothing against their work at all, as it was a loose wire after closing the box and it could have happen to anyone). No problem, except for the continuation of the job that I initially contacted them for was schedule to resume almost 2 weeks later, which I was not expecting and not too thrilled about.The next morning I awoke to a bad breaker causing issues in my house, so I called Super Fast Electric again. Now sitting at 2 strikes, I was starting to lose my patience. Super Fast Electric sent out Nick to assess the issue and remaining work. To my relief, Nick began prepping the installation for the pool heat pump and then tagged in Kevin. Within 3 hours, Kevin had resolved all outstanding issues and had us up and running.I gave Super Fast Electric 5 out of 5 stars because they redeemed themselves by resolving the issues that I encountered and expedited the installation that I initially contacted them for to make things right. To me, Super Fast Electric proved that they put customers first with the way they handled my job and issues. Our oven shorted out but being a built in wall unit, it was a challenge to figure out how to remove the oven. Carloss resourcefulness got the oven out so he could get to the wall outlet box.     Sean is the technician who came out today to evaluate our situation and he is truly my hero! He was professional and knowledgeable and helped us dodge an expensive bullet! We had another company come out yesterday and quote us over $7,600 to completely replace both electrical panels and install a surge protector when all that happened was our microwave popped the breaker switch in the outside box cutting power to part of the kitchen and living room. Sean suggested giving the microwave its own switch because it draws a lot of power, but he didn’t try to pressure us into anything. We are waiting for the estimate, but at the end of the day, it will likely cost $600. Sean saved us $7K and I am so grateful! We are going to continue calling Super Fast Electric for all our electrical needs and I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know!

    **UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW**After airing my frustration here super fast electric reached out to me directly to come to an understanding. They explained to me how their pricing works and clarified a misunderstanding I had at the time I received the estimate. They were able to bring the total price down to an amount I think would be fair for what was a misunderstanding. I believe the care and understanding they take with their customers may not be matched by other companies. Given the way the estimates work I can totally see how that would be beneficial for a job that may not be clear at first. I would totally recommend them to anyone who asks. Furthermore the price they quoted for a full rewire of my home is more than fair and based on the conversation we had knowing that the price wont change makes me feel secure. They also have a 10 year warranty on their work which totally sends the message that they stand by their work.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**The technician who worked on the problem did an amazing job. He followed all covid protocols and fixed the issue really quickly maybe within 2 hours. He was amazing at explaining the problem. Honestly they should hire more people like him he was great with my dogs and considered my understanding of the situation. Id say Im 100% satisfied with how he handled everything.Where I did have an issue was on the price and how estimates work. I had an issue where two lights and an outlet were out in my bathroom. Originally the estimate was pretty hefty at $900 which I thought was a little high and I was expecting somewhere around the $400 range. After learning of the estimate I asked if it turned out to be a simpler issue to fix could it be adjusted and he said yes. I assumed maybe his boss would hear him out but I guess maybe that wasnt the case here. I think the technician did all he could to bring down the price but maybe a manager wasnt allowing it because maybe the estimate was set in stone? I dont know how that works. What my personal opinion is when the work is done and the technician relays the info of what was done there should be some sort of understanding from management that maybe they are charging far too much.To summarize my frustration I paid $850 for 2hrs of work where all that was changed was a connector in a fan, so its not like the price is justified in materials either. I think estimates should go both ways. If we find the work to be easier than originally expected and less parts then the price should decrease significantly and vice versa if the opposite. Also maybe consider what your technician actually did for work because that price just isnt justified. I was thinking of doing a whole house rewiring with them based on the technicians rapport alone but kind of turned off by it after all that.

So I called them up to see if they could come out to do some analysis and work based on some things I already knew. Nick L came out (very friendly and professional) looked at what I had expalined to him based on what I knew (not that I am a electrical pro but I know enough to hold a general electrical convo), and he caught some things I had missed in my analysis and made suggestions on how to make sure its fully up to code and most importantly safe for me and my family. Probably what I like best is he took the time to actually explain things a little better than what I knew (parts that are a smidge fuzzy in my knowledge) so that way I can fully understand. He never got upset that I asked so many questions, and he could see I was generally interested in learning a little bit, so that way if/when I want to inspect things periodiclly on my home (or move to a new home even) I will have a greater understanding of what to look for or look at to be sure all is well. I would definately hire Nick and the company to come back out to do more work here (thinking about getting a generator for hurricane season). Thanks Nick and company!

    Ok. So I needed a bunch of recessed lights installed in my home. I also needed some outdoor floodlights, landscape lights, a light fixture (25 feet high), a chandelier (25 feet high) and some grounding work done. After several quotes, Super Fast Electric came in the lowest.It took 2 days to do the job. The electricians were on time, professional and extremely friendly. Steve, the owner, also is a stand-up guy who will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied.No complaints. The guys did exactly what I wanted and even went beyond by helping paint parts of the ceiling where light fixtures were removed.I would definitely use them again for any electrical needs.Highly recommended!

Shortly after, I had Steve come out and run 120 feet of electrical wire to 4 lamp posts which Steve had his guys construct and install for me!
