When we relocated to Avinger, TX my husband and I interviewed several custom home builders for our lake home remodel. We chose Larry at Larry Gilliam Homes over the other companies and we are certainly glad we did. We have had several new home constructions and remodel experiences in the past. This was by far the best remodel we have been through. He helped keep us comfortable through the process from designing through move-in and beyond. We couldnt be more pleased with the way the home turned out. I would highly recommend Larry Gilliam and his team and would use them again in the future. The design process for our interior and outdoor living addition was seamless, the quality of finishings are amazing, communication was fantastic and importantly, he worked within our budget to give us a beautiful home that we are very proud of.

All work met or exceeded expectations. Painting, roof repair, wood repair, concrete work, construction of a gazebo. Work was done efficiently and a reasonably clean work site was maintained.

Job wass a little messed up but Larry made it right like a pro. Would definitely use them again.

I recently bought a home that the previous owner smoked in for over 30 years. They not only got all the smoke smell and stains out of the walls and ceilings but painted the entire 2800 SQ ft home in a timely manner. The new texture they did in one of the bathrooms looks great! And while they were doing all of that they fixed our brick mail box. Great work!
