Had a Generac generator installed a year ago by Renaud and the job was done to perfection. The crew was very friendly and considerate of our property. Experienced an outage during the winter of early 2024 that lasted 21 hours and the unit kicked in just as should! This fall we had Renaud install a new Trane heater and heat pump. That was also done extremely well with only one hitch. The installers ran a pipe from the basement to the second story of our house which was run through a closet in the first floor. The installer did not follow the plan that was describe to me by the engineer and I was unaware until all the cuts were made. Did not make my wife happy since we lost half the closet to a pair of 16 inch pipes. Primary Installers, Ramiro and Reece were great guys and did an amazing job installing the new furnace and routing all the new duct work in the basement. If I had anymore work to be done Id definitely go with this company, but i think i have used all their current services! Thanks Team Renaud and my sales Rep Brian Fine.

Our experience with Renaud was 5 stars from the first phone call through completion of the service. This was our first encounter with them after getting a referral from our daughter. The service was scheduled about a week after I called. We have a ductless HVAC system with 5 indoor units that needed routine maintenance. We love our ductless system and want to keep it in top shape. The technician was very pleasant, skilled, and thorough. We paid by credit card at home and momentarily had an invoice and a very detailed job description via email. This is a highly organized and efficient company and we are very grateful to have found them.

Ive used Renaud Electric for years and have a yearly maintenance program with them. I had my service done this time by Technician C, who I cannot recommend, but the Team at Renaud stood behind their sub-par Team member and pulled out tall the stops to get my AC back on track.I cannot be without AC due to medical issues. The poor service to my Furnace and AC performed by Technician Eric Christensen was re-evaluated by their Senior Technician, who came back out, diagnosed the issue correctly as to why the heat pump never turned on during the initial service. Renauld got the part, drove down to Vancouver to pick it up as soon as they could get it, installed it and even found a discount as the part was under warranty still. The company went above and beyond to cover for a unmotivated Team Member, and for that I am thankful

When my heat system suddenly stopped working, during a winter storm, I became a bit worried and very cold. I called Renaud’s and they were able to send someone out first thing, which I greatly appreciated considering it was such short notice. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, thoroughly explained his findings and the next steps, and was extremely polite and patient while I battled being on hold with my home warranty company. He did a fantastic job, he even locked my garage side door after he was done which I thought was very kind. My furnace is now up and running again and my house is toasty!

Gary was very thorough. He cleaned the mini splits by taking them apart like knowine else had ever done. The case of the living room mini split was cracked. No one except Renaud has ever serviced my system. I think one of the previous techs broke it and never admitted it. I am now out of warranty. Renaud installed my unit new and I complied with and paid for regular servicing. From now on I only want Gary to do my service.He was great.

I’ve used them before and they’ve always been great, friendly and on time. We just had a whole new furnace and AC installed and apparently it wasn’t done correctly. We had technicians out 3 times over the course of 2 or 3 weeks with no results and finally the senior tech was nice enough to come out on his day off and get things running. Despite the hiccup, we’re glad it was resolved and we’ll be happy to continue to use them in the future.

We had our original Trane heat pump installed by them over 25 years ago and they maintained it and it has worked great for all that time. In early December, it finally gave out. When we contacted them on a Thursday, they came right out and by Thursday night Victor came out in the evening and showed us our options and set up the following Monday for installation of the new unit. We also replaced the forced air furnace in the shop with a ductless head pump at the same time.The installers were extremely professional and helpful - they explained all about the units and all the settings and maintenance. We would recommend they to anybody and will continue to deal with Renaud for all our electrical and heating needs.

I purchased an ignitor from them for my heater. The part they ordered was $75. When I came home and installed it it was easy enough. I wore gloves and was very careful not to damage the part, everything looked fine when it was all said and done but as soon as the heater kicked on, the part broke. I’m not sure if it was a defective part or what the issue was but I ended up going online and ordering an identical part for $25.Renauds was very friendly and nice so I don’t dislike them but I do feel like the mark up was pretty high on the part and I’m disappointed that it was seemingly defective.

I just had Victor Hytrek in my home to just provide us with a quote on a ductless heating and air system. Victor was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining the air system, walked us through examples of prior homes, proceeded to ask us what we were looking for and then took the time to assess the home and areas that would work best for efficiency and even picked up on our need for better air quality for our son. My husband is a chemist and environmental engineer and was thoroughly impressed. I knew that the first gent who was mid 20s was not seasoned enough and was upselling, the next gent looked like he was sincere but just wanted to get the info and leave. Victor on the other hand spent the time to get to know us and take his time in getting the right measurements and in his words do some math to make sure we get the right efficiency unit for our home. Now this was just him coming to our home without any expectation. Thank you Victor for making this easy and talking to me and not at me like the others. Im selling my home but now I want him to assess the one that I am about to purchase. I would not trust anyone else. Thanks Renaud and Victor.

My natural gas furnace began to show problems about three years ago. It simply refused to ignite, every once in awhile, more frequently as the years passed. I called in a local company to address the problem, but the problem never appeared when the repairman was there. A couple days later, no heat.This year, I decided to look elsewhere, and contacted Renaud. Armed with the knowledge that i wouldnt accept another everything is OK judgment--even if it appeared to be, technician Mike worked to understand what might be happening when repairmen werent around. The only thing he could think of was a failing control board. Since that was replaced, the furnace has worked perfectly, even showing behavior it had not before the ignition problem began.Hooray to Mike, and thanks to Renaud.
