    Jon and his staff remodeled our bathroom and fireplace. He worked very collaboratively with us and was attentive to our preferences. We were away at the time of the construction, and communication regarding his work progress was excellent. Jon and his teams work is of the highest quality and detail. His work is creative and innovative. I would highly recommend Jon for any home renovation you might be considering.

    Jon and his team did an excellent job repairing a large area of water damage we had to our home. He worked with us throughout the project to stay within our budget. Communication was exceptional. Anytime we reached out, Jon responded to us quickly and took the time to explain everything to us. His team was great to work with and always left our home clean and neat. I would absolutely work with him again for our home projects.

    We built our home in 2004 which included a veranda off the rear of the house. It was an open structure without windows or doors with an aluminum ceiling. We asked Jon for his ideas to enclose the structure. Jon did a wonderful job of installing safety glass along with tiger wire for summer screening. He also removed the aluminum ceiling and installed a mahogany ceiling which is stunning. Jon also built a fantastic gazebo at the end of our pool in white with a wooden shingled roof and circular columns. The work at our home and others that I have seen are all grade A construction.I would recommend Jon and Legacy Construction to one and all!

    We experienced a catastrophic flood in our kitchen last year. We called Jon Longo and his team of professionals at Legacy One Construction came to the rescue. His advice all along the way resulted in a beautiful new and modernized kitchen and an extremely pleasant experience. His team is skilled, polite and they left the house tidy after work every day.     I can’t recommend John Longo and Legacy One Construction highly enough! John, the owner, is one of the most honest and reliable professionals you’ll ever meet. When John provides a quote, you can trust it will be fair and accurate.Legacy One Construction replaced 10 windows in the side porch of our 1927 home—a challenge, considering how nothing in a house that old is perfectly square or level. John and his crew were meticulous, ensuring the windows fit perfectly and met our expectations.When I mistakenly chose the wrong type of window, John went above and beyond by advocating for me with the supplier to secure a discounted replacement.     Not only did Jon Longo, and his team from Legacy One, do an amazing job of turning our dungeon-like basement into a modernized level of our home, Jon and team held our insurance carrier accountable by living up to our home insurance policy. Prior to the remodeling project, there was significant damage to our basements entire infrastructure due to harmful storms. Jon and his team quickly and effectively handled the entire case and negotiations with the insurance company, making sure all necessary repairs were paid in full via the 3 required insurance claims.     I don’t think I can adequately express in an online review what an amazing job Jon and his crew did on our kitchen renovation. Every time I walk into the new space, I smile - it’s literally everything I had asked for and then some. Jon took a very dated and impractical space and turned it into something I will never have to change for decades! His sense of design is top-notch, and his attention to detail adds extra touches and ensures everything is perfect. He worked within our budget, helping us realistically achieve all that we wanted to do. His crew was fantastic - obviously talented but also very respectful, trustworthy, and understanding, especially when the newest member of our family arrived early. Jon reworked the rest of the renovation schedule to ensure we had alone time with our new baby but also so that the project could be finished as soon as possible. It’s obvious that Jon cares about the quality of his work but also about his clients. We plan on doing several more renovation projects in our home, and Jon will be the only person we call. I’ve already recommended him to friends looking to renovate their homes.

    I am one of the owners of Forest Park Eye Care in Springfield. We opened our doors in 2003. We hired Legacy One Construction to design our new office. Jon and his crew were very skilled and knowledgeable and incredibly creative. Through the years we have since bought the building we were renting and have renovated it multiple times. For each and every step we hired Legacy Construction. Our current office has all the flares of a New York Style optical boutique while remaining a professional medical facility. From the design of our optical boards, the intricate stone work and welcoming Roman arch, Jon was the designer and architect. The company also remains in a support role to us for even the minor things that go sideways in an old building. We cannot thank Jon and his crew enough for the incredible work and professionalism throughout a decade. We strongly recommend Legacy One Construction. You will NOT be disappointed.

    Our project began with an much needed interior gut of our garage, total basement, half bath , added prior to construction beginning, portico reconstruction.Jon gave me a beautiful functional design.     We have a great old home that looks over the Connecticut River and up to the Berkshire Mountains but it was outdated. I searched for a contractor and interviewed several. Legacy One Construction was far the best. Jon the President worked with me in the planning stages to totally redo our space. We redid the kitchen, three baths, painted inside and out and had all the floors done. The workmanship was of the highest quality, the people who were at our home were careful and thoughtful. The best thing besides the beauty of the house when they were done was that they finished on time and on budget. I would highly recommend.P.S. They were so good four months after they finished our house I had them back to do our lower level family room, additional two bedrooms and two baths and they were fabulous on this project as well.

    Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Jon Longo and Legacy-One Construction! On time, on budget, exceptional quality, professionalism and worksite cleanliness! So very happy with our $50,000 master bathroom renovation/expansion which required removal of wall and rework of plumbing/ducts. Really appreciated Jon’s experience and vision to create a beautiful, modern bathroom fitting perfectly into our 1920’s Georgian-style home. Jon’s foreman, Jimmy, is a master craftsman and absolute joy to work with. The end product exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using Legacy-One again! Highly recommend!!

The finished project was better than we could have imagined.My family was looking to build a new garage that included an outdoor living area.     Jon and all of his crew are excellent at what they do. They were very communicative, neat, and got the job done in the amount of time they said they would. Pricing was slightly off, but we were told to expect that up front, if something didnt work out. Due to weather some things need to be done in the spring, but I feel confident that they will come back and finish. I would HIGHLY recommend every single one of these guys! It was a pleasure to work with all of them.

    We wanted to have a relatively small renovation project done on our house involving the demolition of a basement entry, matching and installing hardwood floors, and constructing new stairs in an existing closet and we chose Legacy One Construction. Jon Longo’s crew was outstanding and his subs did immaculate work. He ensured that every aspect of the job was satisfactory, correcting any problems as they occurred instead of waiting for a punch list. The one thing that I can say is that he is honest. He took total responsibility for all the work done on the project, even the work of his subs, and made sure things were right before closing the job. Jon was easy to contact throughout the project and kept us informed about the progress of the job as well as when his crew could be expected. He also made suggestions to improve the project and achieve our goals. I would highly recommend Legacy Construction for home renovation projects!
