Had the pleasure of acquiring this company for there services. Wide range of PM, was very detailed on what they offer. I was able to speak to the boiler mechanic Mr Bengie Melendez who went out of his way to confirm our appointment, I was a bit skeptical with the mixed reviews had a few questions on the scoop of the work he was going to preform. I would have to say that he was very informed and polite he didn’t mind answering all my questions left me with out any other worries. Mr Melendez showed up promptly checked in properly with security had all his credentials, well spoken walked me through details of the work he was going to do. I honestly felt like I didn’t have to check in with him during the time of his work. I did pop in to make sure he didn’t need anything. His work area was very clean and organized I did not have to ask him to clean up after himself. I could honestly say that I will be requesting for him for future work in our condominium building. Just an amazing experience with this mechanic. I would recommend if possible to request him. You will be amazed in comparison to other technicians that leave garbage and do not follow rules. Very professional !

This company is the absolute best. I interact with a service technician by the name of Savior from the metro group 3 times a week on a regular basis. He’s very professional when I speak to him about what’s going with the towers and its workings. Satisfied with his responses, each time I feel more at ease about cooling tower issues. If anything seems out of place he’s the first to explain and suggest repairs. Thanks for everything you guys have done for the Center.

I recently used the metro group for a plumbing issue at my home and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and resolved my issue efficiently. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to educate me on how to prevent similar issues in the future. I was impressed with the level of customer service and the fair pricing for the job. I would highly recommend the metro group to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy company.

Great service. I Needed some maintenance to my heating system and a new thermostat. Not only was Marcos responsive and clear, but more importantly, he was very knowledgeable about the issues, explained them clearly, did not try to upsell me things I didnt need, and was very upfront about what was going on. Marcos went above and beyond to help me out today. He noticed I was stressed out about the cold so he went out of his way to find a solution/ temporary fix til the heat can be completely repaired. Absolutely amazing service.

I have worked with Kevin from Metro group for the last year and his work has been nothing but professional. Kevin has been our service tech, checking the water in our cooling tower 3x a week. Checking the ph balances as well as testing for legionnaires. We appreciate Kevin’s attentiveness and consistency. Metro grp has been excellent to work with.

We just signed a contract with Metro Group for preventive maintenance of our HVAC Building System. We also did an upgrade of heating and HVAC System, and out of four companies that bid for the job, Metro Group gave us the best price.I deal directly with their senior accound manager, Chris Matthews. Not only that he is a great as a person and very trustworthy, but hes also professional, experienced, and thorough.Their field supervisor, Israel Feliciano, is excellent and has a great customer service! He is always involved in every service call, and follows up with each of their technicians to make sure that the job is finished and done correctly. If there is an issue that the technician cannot resolve, he will come in and either fix it himself, or give directions to the technician how to fix it.I highly recommend this company without any reservation

Our account manager, Hector has been more than accommodating to ensure we receive the best quality service at a fair and reasonable price.With the constant changing of NYC laws for cooling tower maintenance, The Metro Group is flexible with keeping our tower up to date with the latest protocols to make sure we comply with every law.Their website also provides a client portal with all of our cooling tower records...every test, cleaning, inspection, maintenance plan, etc. So every document is available for us whenever we need it.I highly recommend The Metro Group.
