Weve been meaning to leave this review for a while now. Weve used Jaime and his team for a couple of projects. We started with the buildout of an entertainment unit and mudroom cabinets. All custom. Then he helped us repair and replace the floor and subfloor in our garage bar after a termite infestation. Finally weve had some rooms painted. Every time the upfront communication has been excellent, the prices have been very competitive and the work is always of a high standard. Jaime’s Renovation did a lot of work for me at a house I recently purchased. They did interior painting, crown molding, divided a large room into two smaller rooms and installed french doors, painted front door and shutters, replaced toilet, installed LED recessed lighting and ceiling light fixtures with dimmer switches. Jaime was very accommodating with the time frame for moving into the house always responded promptly to text messages. It’s like a new house - thank you Jaimie!

Jaime and his team of professionals came into a disaster of a remodel I took over and completely saved the day. His team was incredibly clean, meticulous and respectful. Jaime always answered my calls/texts/questions with the utmost respect and care. He came into a very sensitive and personal situation and was able to turn everything around and move the project in a positive direction. Jaime’s expertise and attention to detail make all the difference in these types of projects. Jaime does more than flooring and paint, he’s a TRUE general contractor and manager! He knows what it takes and what needs to happen to make an idea, a reality. The floors and walls were done by Jaime, but the guidance and instructions he gave me as someone with very little experience was the biggest blessing. He showed me what a REAL businessman is about. If you want your job done right and efficiently, don’t look any further. Jaime is the person for you. My apartment is finished and it’s absolutely beautiful. All thanks to him and his team. Another great job by Jamie and the whole crew! We purchased a 20-year old 3BR Condo in Eatontown & Had it painted throughout, stairway carpet, removed, and replaced with oak treads, new spindles, rehab, banister, and new post, etc. The crew hung new light fixtures, added recessed, lights, added outlets, drill and installed new kitchen cabinet, hardware, and installed hardwood flooring. Finally, a new 60” Ceiling fan was installed under the 14’ Ceiling in the living room! A lot of work done, professionally, within budget, and timely. I needed a company that was able to do painting and handyman work. He was always available to communicate when needed, but I only had to explain things once. His men Cesar and Daniel were also great. Its rare that I leave reviews but I felt important to share how wonderful my experience was with Umberto and his crew. They painted cabinets for me that I thought needed to be replaced and they look brand new. I cant believe it! Also installed a tile backsplash, painted my entire home and laid flooring. Everything was also done in the time frame they estimated. I highly recommend.
