    HomeMeister was wonderful to work with. I was assigned to them through my home warranty service. I can say that I will be working with them on anything that is not covered by home warranty for any of my plumbing needs. Very responsive, very good at explaining the process and problem to someone that doesn’t know plumbing at all and just very customer oriented. Could not be more happy of their service.

    Great company to work with! My home warranty assigned my plugged bathtub to them. It was a lot of work to get it flowing again. Russ and his assistant were prompt and professional. I would use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

    I had an excellent experience with HomeMeister. My home warranty had assigned a different plumber who never scheduled and HomeMeister were reassigned to my case. They contacted me right away, got me on the schedule within 2 days, were polite, professional, fixed the issues (leaking and stuck toilet shut off valves and a running toilet). Gave me good advice for taking care of the equipment going forward and cleaned up the area before they left. If I have plumbing issues again, these are the guys I will call.

    Russ and Henrick are the best. Our home warranty sent them to us over a year ago and to solve a plumbing problem for us and we have used them ever since. Russ is always transparent about what is going on and has even taught my husband and I how to fix some things ourselves so we can save money by not needing to call for help! They have fixed pipes, renovated a bathroom, fixed a toilet leak, and are going to replace a water heater for us. They can do anything! They have a lot of integrity and are very honest.

    They were great communicating with us. Responsive and kept us up to date on when hot water heater was in and could be installed. Had a minor leak on gas line and they came out on Friday evening at 8 PM to fix it. Went beyond usual plumbing companies service!

    We had them come out to look at a sump pump that was not working and ended up hiring them to replace all of our cast iron pipes with PVC drain lines as part of our basement renovation and they did an amazing job we’re on time, polite and communicated proactively every step of the way. Sump pump works and new drain lines installed 10/10 will use them again for our plumbing needs. Great company and group of professionals. Best in the city at what they do!

    Hendrick fixed a couple issues in our home under our home warranty, and was flexible in scheduling both repairs around some remodeling we had going on. He always gave me a call to ensure I was home and was efficient and thorough in fixing our problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    The pipes leaked behind the wall of the tub in the guest bathroom. HomeMeiser LLC not only repaired the leaky pipes but dealt with the insurance to ensure a smooth process in getting the matter taken care of. They also repaired and updated the hot water line to the dishwasher so that we could update and remodel the kitchen. They wore masks, cleaned up after themselves, were very professional and got the job completed under the estimated time that was given.

    I am grateful to have had Homemeister in my home to remove a kitchen faucet and replace it. The faucet was leaking from under the handle and we had lost water pressure. Hendrick texted me 25 minutes before he arrived, got here when he said he would. Did the replacement in under an hour and answered a lot of questions about hard water conditioning systems. I appreciated that he shared how filter at the point of water entry to our home would take care of a lot of the problems were having and will be looking to get that done -- and done by Homemeister -- in the next few months. Definitely a five star experience. I recommend Homemeister highly.So, ten days later I needed to have Homemeister back out for a completely different problem -- a water leak in the ceiling above our kitchen. Hendrick was great -- joked on the phone with me about how the last person you want to see twice in a month for different problems is a plumber. He let me know that it would save me money if I cut the hole in the ceiling myself to determine where the leak was coming from and he would come out and fix it. I really appreciated that he was thinking of how he could SAVE me money. We saw that the leak was in a failed poly water line fitting, so he came out, replaced it in about 30 minutes. The repair was affordable and efficient. Before and after photos are attached and I know that Ill be calling Homemeister again when I have another plumbing issue; just hopefully not too soon!

    Had a drain and toilet that would not drain. Russ came out and worked on it and took several different methods and got them working. we have a that was built in 1976 and remodeled several remodels and additions and pipe work is a maze at best and Russ figured it out and got it fixed!!!

    Wanted to share my experience, since it seems to be different from many of the reviews here. I was assigned HomeMeister through our home warranty, and if I could give them six stars I would. They were here quickly, and understood the urgency of our issue. They were extremely helpful, informative, thorough and empathetic. Found our issue quickly, and explained our options to resolve it. Also helped us to identify an issue on the citys side, and provided guidance on how to go about getting them to fix it. I was so nervous about our plumbing problem, but all our anxieties were put to rest. Would absolutely call on them again for any future issues we have!

    Hendrik and his associate identified the source of the water pooling on my utility room floor. He also alerted me to the water damage done to the drywall and floor as a result of the leak. He repaired the leak by removing the leaking water meter and installing new copper fittings. I was extremely satisfied and so appreciative of his knowledge and expertise. If I had another plumbing issue, I would call him again in a heartbeat.
