    This is a review of my first experience with Redmonds Complete Comfort. Service technician Josh was very professional and seemed very knowledgable. He did a thorough job servicing our boiler. Josh also took the time to explain every aspect of what he was doing. The office staff we spoke to when scheduling the appointment were also very professional and helpful. Based on this experience Redmonds has earned our recommendation.

    Derek came out to my house on Christmas Eve when I was having a problem with my backup heat source. He was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed and the heat back on within 20 minutes, just in time for our family Christmas Eve party. I canā€™t thank Derek and RCC enough!

    The install team (Tyler, Megan, Dylan & Reece) were very professional and great to work with - answered any questions I had about my new HP! They showed up on time and even stayed once the appointment concluded to help me understand & set up my new smart thermostat. RCC makes you feel like apart of their family and I would recommend them 100x over to anyone!

    This is more so a review of the service received from Derek today. He was punctual, courteous, and concisely explained what he was going to do and how long it was likely to take; he provided updates as he went along. It was the quickest and best service we have received from RCC thus far. Update: we just had Mark stop by for our heating inspection, and he was great too. Great service, came with shoe covers ready, and was punctual and kind.

Words cannot fully describe their heart and passion to honor God in all they do - Great family!The knowledgeable, courteous and professional service techs that I have met in dealing with RCC (like Justin & Ben) speak well of the company!Also, a big shout out to the gracious scheduler (Joshua) that helped me get set up for our new home in Blanchard.     Ben himself did a great job. He notified me that he was in route, serviced the equipment and answered questions about the thermostat. Unfortunately we had an appointment scheduled for 0700 and Ben was unable to make it till 0845 due to maintenance being done on the service vehicle. We were notified the day prior by email without any explanation for the change. Also he was unable to change out our filters because the sizes were not entered for our PM from the install. Ben did say that he would acquire the filters and bring them to the house. Minor issues but the technician and service were great.Trevor did a great job as usual. We discussed the previous repair issues and results. He moved around the house conducting the PM process, asked if we had any questions, and finished in a timely manner. Trevor has been here before and knows his way around the house and we just let him do his work. Thx Trevor!

    RCC did a great job. They installed an entirely new HVAC heat pump heating and cooling system replacing baseboard heaters - a major job. We are confident in their quality work. A week later when retesting the system they discovered a leak and spent part of the day making it right and fixing it. Good quality, professional work.

    Trevor, the technician, called when he was 15 minutes away, showed up within the specified time window, wore shoe coverings when he was in my home, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. He made sure my units were working properly before leaving and answered all of my questions. The company also offered me two earlier slots, which didnt work with my schedule, but were offered. I also appreciated the text and email communication options.

Mark was very thorough with some issues that were ongoing. 2 of my units need new squirrel cage fans replaced & he informed they will be ordered & a phone call received to set up installation. We are getting an error message flashing & he explained this will need investigation to find out what is happening. Awesome team member!

    I didnt realize he had to get into my attic.I flaked. I shouldve known that. Without even complaining, Derek just moved the boxes and pillows I had that were obstructing his access. I felt bad. I shouldve had that ready for him. He cleaned my filter and left it for me as a spare after replacing it with a brand new one. I warned him that I might have bees. If this concerned him, he gave no indication. He set me up for auto renewal in August. I couldnt ask for more. Thank you Derek!!

    All the techs at Redmonds are professional and courteous. We have their annual service plan and have had them out twice for the biannual cleanings since they installed our Bryant Geothermal unit last July. This system was replacing a 12 year old Climate Master that never worked correctly since it had been installed. Redmonds figured out that the last system didnt have enough ductwork to run properly which was causing back pressure issues in our new system. Which is probably why that system didnt last as long as it should have. After adding duct work and additional vents we now have a great heating/cooling system that is costing us less to run than our old Climate Master. Also the thermstat that comes with this Bryant system is way smarter than the Nest thermostat we were previously using. New system is also so quiet that I cant even hear it running.Our spring cleaning and inspection was just done by Andrew, he made sure that we got a copy of every test that was performed on our unit, changed the air filter, and when he left, everything was put back exactly as he found it. Highly recommend this company. They are locally owned and know their stuff. Everyone I have encountered here from the person who answers the phone, up to the owner, are polite, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy.

    The motor on my heat pump was making a horrible noise.. Redmonds was very responsive in getting someone here to assess the situation. It was determined that it needed replaced. While the part was much more expensive than I wanted it to be, Redmonds did their best to get it ordered and here. Unfortunately, the motor completely stopped working on a Saturday. Once again, Redmonds was very responsive in getting someone here to at least get me some heat. At that time, a plumbing issue was found with my water heater that another company installed. None of this is my area of expertise and every one of them took their time with me to explain everything to me.     I contacted more than a half dozen contractors seeking to complete work started by a local companyā€™s employee who went ā€œoff bookā€ to try to ā€œhelp meā€ replace my cracked oil burner with a high-efficiency gas boiler to provide domestic hot water and radiant heat. Redmondā€™s seemed pricey because they had a higher service call fee and were seeking a service contract in their initial offer to come out. I chose Redmondā€™s when others either didnā€™t show, didnā€™t know how to complete the work, or offered outlandish estimates. Several members of the Redmondā€™s service team did the work over multiple visits, each learning more about the depth of the problems by either more thorough investigation or, in one instance, the gas company pointing out problems. The service manager and I had some heated conversations in the process of trying to get things right, and I appreciate that they have a service manager to broker such conversations. In the end, they did all that they could do to get the inadequate system running correctly, with Justin providing the most thorough analysis and work, and offering suggestions on what I can do to stretch the limits of the inadequate system. He also politely and succinctly captured the moral of the story when he said ā€œIf you had called us first, we probably could have saved you time and money.ā€ I appreciate Redmondā€™s Total Comfort.

    Redmondā€™s came out to my personal property. They tried to repair the original unit installed some years ago by another vendor. Turns out the problem with unit blew material into the entire outdoor part of the heat pump. When they replaced the part needed, the material was sucked into the new part breaking that part as well. Brian Redmond told me the issue and said the old heat pump needed replaced per instructions by the manufacturer. Brian kept me to my original estimate and replaced the unit with a new Bryant heat pump. This was the first year we were able keep the house warm on the heat pump alone up to Christmas before it got really cold (no auxiliary heat unit for the original equipment).     Redmond were very helpful. Redmonds came almost immediately it was 30 min someone was here they fixed our heat. The price was fairly reasonable. For timing and making it easy they definitely did that. Im definitely going to call them again.Thank youBrian

    I called this morning to request service for my furnace which had shut off over the previous evening. Brian and Cathy were most helpful in putting my mind at ease. Ben was here within a couple hours and my home and water are heated again. Im very pleased with the service and response time for an unplanned appointment.
