    I contacted accountable roofing after getting another quote from another company that took over 2 1/2 weeks to give me the quote, after several times of them telling me they would send it that afternoon. Accountable roofing was so easy to deal with and I had a great experience with them! I had to replace all the gutters on my home and they provided me excellent service! My new gutters are beautiful! If you want reliability and honest, excellent work, then contact accountable roofing! You really won’t be disappointed!!

    The owner, Gary Johnson came out relly quick after my insurance contacted him. He let me know there wasnt enough damage to file a claim but gave me a repair estimate. Fair price and he and his crew were super efficient, had job done in less than an hour. Great company. Will definitely use again!

    Had it not been for Howard Sees from Accountable Roofing giving me a second opinion, I wouldnt have known I had any damage to my metal roof. In less than an hour Howard had my claim filed with my insurance company, an agreed to meet with the adjuster the following week. Once I had my check, picked out the color of material, Accountable Roofing completed the project on a hot 95 degree day.Howard monitored the project the entire day to ensure the job was done correct from start to finish..

    I had a leak in my roof that I discovered on a holiday weekend. I called Accountable Roofing and Gary came within a couple hours to check my roof out. They had it fixed before our next rain! Gary and his whole team was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and responded in a timely manner! Will definitely use Accountable Roofing again in the future!

    It took me trying four different Roofing Contractors to talk with before I was lucky to find Accountable Roofing L.L.C. the whole staff was great working with me on my first homeowner insurance claim that they covered all the details and legal process of doing everything in our contract and with the city building codes. Now I have a strong roof and siding completed from this past Toronto from the spring. Will hire again but Im confident that my roof is per with a 10 year warranty.     On April 18th 2024 one guy who’s name Joshua Morrell knocked my door and showing us the damaged our house roof, cause by hails on January 12- 2024 . After talked and discussed how and when to start the job .     Accountable Roofing is an honest, reliable, AND insured roofing company. Ted and Gary make the process smooth. They dont promise what they cant deliver in regard to supply chain issues and scheduling. Their crew did a full roof replacement and added a second turbine in less than 8 hours. Plus, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

    Accountable sat down with us and gave us many different styles of shingles/colors to choose from. Super nice people to do business with. We received an invoice and warrantee documents afterwards. They also installed a new exhaust fan in our master bath as well. Clean up for both services was also very good.We would highly recommend them.

    When I called about a roof leak in my enclosed sunroom, Gary came the same day. He complimented the installation of the current roof but found a split in the flat roofing.     This was an amazing experience! Ted was great! The crew was very respectful of the times they worked. They did a great cleanup as well, protected my gardens.     They were very thorough, and very detailed oriented. Honest - that is the key phrase you should take from this.
