    From first contact to final clean up, CertaPros Painters did a fantastic job. Amanda helped me pick the perfect color and the project painters executed it expertly.     We needed to have a dormer repaired and painted. Due to the small size of the project we had trouble finding anyone to do the job. We contacted CertaPro and they immediately sent someone out for the estimate. Once we agreed to the work, we were put in the schedule and the work was completed within a couple of weeks. The dormer looks great. The team did a nice job of removing the old pieces and completely cleaning up after the job was complete. Thanks, CertaPro for a job well done.

    I am so pleased with the work CertaPro has just completed for me. I previously used CertaPro several years ago and was not satisfied with the work they did for me. Over the past several years I have used a variety of local painters with varying results but lower prices. This fall I decided to give the team at CertaPro another opportunity to earn my business. I am so pleased with the work on my front doors and the full exterior painting. Some rotted wood had to be replaced in a few spots and the chimney needed to be repainted. Completely satisfied is not an overstatement - the team of Efron and Christian exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use CertaPro for my future painting needs.

    I have always heard the adds for CertaPro on the radio. We had to have siding replaced and decided to have the entire home painted. The contractor recommended a guy and I also called CertaPro.First the contractors 2 guys with a truck showed up did a quick walk around and left an estimate. After that, Amanda Tarvin from CertaPro showed up. So IMPRESSED, very through, lots of pictures and measurements. She then did the multiple estimates. They were for different paints, builders quality to top of the line. She also went over different sheens and how many coats were to be applied, primer and paint.On the estimate, anywhere there was something to be caulked and special painting instructions were notes and pictures so there was no confusion between us and the painters.The paint crew was great, they took their time and had everything masked off. The supervisor that was out made sure the work was perfect. Example is when painting the front door some defects (bugs and stuff got into the wet paint) they sanded it a repainted it.All in all everything was great! Much more good things to say but it would be too long of a review.

    The process was easy. I called and gave them basic info. They went to the property to asses and then gave us a quote. I was able to give a downpayment on line and then the painter was there on the day they promised. The job was done beautifully and just as they described. The few extra bucks I paid versus a handyman with no insurance was more than worth it. It gives me peace of mind that they guarantee their work and back it up with bonding and insurance. Highly recommend.

    I recently had CertaPro complete a large job at my house that included interior and exterior painting and staining. To get started, Eric Shaw answered all my many questions and provided a detailed proposal/estimate that fully explained the scope and cost of the project. Then, Walther Zelaya, and his crew were consistently prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional in getting everything painted/stained in a timely manner. Overall, Iā€™m very pleased with the finished outcome as the house looks great. Also glad I went with CertaPro due to their demonstrated quality of work and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them!

    We purchased a home and needed to repaint all the interior rooms, including the ceilings. It was a very big job, and CertaPro handled it professionally and in a timely manner. There were a few minor touch ups that needed to be done, and the crew came back and handled it. Also, communication was always easy and smooth. We are very happy with the end product!

    CertaPro was completely professional and yet cared about our project in a personal way. I always knew when they were starting, when they would be there painting and that included some weekends.     I used CertaPro to remove wallpaper, fix the sheetrock, and repaint my master bathroom. They also removed the wallpaper and repainted my kitchen and breakfast area along with painting my kitchen cabinets white. The workers taped and covered areas that they were working in, and were very professional and courteous, and cleaned up after the job was complete. I did a walkthrough when the job was complete and could find no issues. They did a great job.

    We had a great experience with Certa Pro painting the exterior brick of our home. Our rep listened to what I wanted it to look like and rode with me to show him several homes of how I wanted it to look. He obtained quotes from a mortar company to fill in the mortar lines on our home so it would appear more smooth and get the desired look I was going for. Certa handled all that work with the mortar company then painted the house We went from brown brick to cream and I couldnt be more pleased. It turned out great. The painters cleaned up after the job and left the house in great shape. Would highly recommend Chris Boatright and Certa Pro to paint your home.

    I highly recommend Little Rock Certa Pro. I needed help on my back deck. They replaced rotten boards and spent time trying to find the right size for my deck. Apparently my boards are not a standard size. The paint job was immaculate and Elvis arrived on time and when he said he would be there he was there, Iā€™ll only use Certa Pro again.

    I enjoyed the communication, thorough estimate, and I felt like the majority of the project was well done. They painted the exterior of my house (great job), and stained the back deck and replaced several boards. Some of the boards they used for replacing were clearly defective. I pointed it out and they fixed it within a day, but trying to slip that past me in the first place was not cool. Also, they missed several smaller spots on the deck with the staining. Or maybe a second coat was needed. Either way, it looks uneven in certain areas. In fairness, I didnā€™t notice these spots upon a final walkthrough/approval, but I definitely see them a few weeks later. All and all, a fair to good overall review, but definitely not what Iā€™d consider exceptional work, at least in certain areas. Thus 4 stars.

    Friendly, professional staff. Used plastic and drop cloth to protect flooring and furniture. Repaired water damage on ceiling and painted ceiling in 2 rooms, plus one wall that needed a color change. Results were excellent. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

    Just completed a combined carpentry/painting job on my large deck, and my wife and I are VERY pleased with Certapro of Arkansas and its people. All of them were polite, responsive, and professional.Several of them stood out especially:Hunter was a more senior guy, and came back immediately when requested to go over some problems with the lumber. He agreed with our concerns immediately, and set about to correct them. This entailed pulling up boards, planing down other boards, and then repainting and touching up everything! Wow. Aaron Ibarra did the fastidious carpentry, and made sure we were satisfied. Angel Martinez did the original painting, and then oversaw the necessary repainting.These people are a credit to Certapros whole organization. Im just not used to this kind of service, and will bring them in for the next job without hesitation.

    Project was started very quickly and was finished when the crew estimated it would be. The painters were very careful and cleaned up any spills, drips, etc. quickly so they did not become a problem. The painters handled all details such as matching the existing paint, and did not require much supervision. They were responsive to any needed changes to the project, and were very professional.

    I have to say the painting experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. Estimate was done quickly by Cody. Once we approved the price, the work started the following day. The project took 2 days and clean up was done very professionally. CertaPro then asked us to sign off on the project, which we did.     We are currently renovating our house and contacted Amanda at CertaPro to paint all the interior walls. She was out to our house for measurements and pictures the next day and their painters were able to start the job within a week. Not only were their painters quick, they were also extremely neat. Eric came out to the house to give us an estimate, explained the entire process and provided me with a detailed estimate. The house was painted by Elvis and Miriam and they did an amazing job. Both were very detailed and took the time to address any concerns or questions I had. We spoke with certapro throughout the process to make sure everything was going okay. The house was left clean when they left. We are very happy and will call them again for any future paint needs.

    Great results with these guys. I initially felt quote was a bit more than I expected but gave them the ā€œgo aheadā€ any way. Once they began I realized I made the right choice. So professional and timely. My advice to anyone needing paint, call these people, you will not be disappointed. Gonna try to get them to do some other work for us too.     Weā€™ve gone through Chris Boatright for 3 jobs and have been extremely pleased with each. Had interior top floor of house painted, including ceiling, trim and doors-transformed the house! Next they stained the exterior deck-lovely. Also had them re-paint kitchen cabinets and replace hardware-outstanding. We wouldnā€™t consider going with any other painter, and Chris will always be our first call. Professional, courteous and helpful, plus he brings in first-rate painters. Doesnā€™t get any better!

    I had Mike and his family come and do my living room, den, and the ceiling in the kitchen and laundry room. I was very hesitant about any body coming in to my house, but Mike and family were very good in respecting my privacy, they didnt go where they werent allowed. This team was very professional in what they did. New color is great, Evergreen Fog by Sherwin Williams for the den, not as dark as I had feared, looks great, and Nob Hill Sage by Benjamin Moore for the living room, looks better than the sample. Flat white by Sherwin Williams for the ceilings. Mike and his team did a very good job. They kept asking if everything was ok, and if I had any question. When I did they answered them very promptly. Yes, the team that Certa-Pro sent to my house was very GOOD. My Name is Fred Davis and I live in Jacksonville, Ark and I wrote this on December 15, 2022.

    We have had Certapro paint the interior of our home and stain our deck as well. They are always wonderful to work with- very professional. They do quality work in a timely manner. After the work is complete, they always do a walk through to ensure the customers satisfaction. They are my go to painter and I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a painter!

    Great experience! From the knowledgeable sales rep to the professional painters - everyone was very good to work with. They painted our home interior from top to bottom - ceilings, walls, trim, cabinets, etc. They also refinished our front door! Very happy with the quality and value. Definitely recommend.

    The first part of the CertaPro interaction was with Chris when he came to quote the job. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with me despite my bad scheduling. (I had him and the inspector both there because I had closing-brain and couldnt get things straight.) He introduced the company and its goals, emphasizing the, earn the 10, thing.Jessica and the crew came in and began literally the day after closing. This was our first house and I was in WAY over my head. Jessica was so wonderful. There is not enough space in this text-area to really get that point across. There were details I hadnt thought about as far as where one color should start and end, or the chair rails color. She brought these things to my attention, but was more than happy to really make the call for me based on previous experience. I have zero experience in that area and couldnt visualize the different options in my head and I was gettin stressed about it. She was nice to my small, overly-attention-seeking dog. She very much had a, Ive got you, attitude during the whole process, and I 100% felt I could trust her to not only get the job done, but do it well. Jessica kept me posted on every step of the process.The crew was always polite to us and our small, barky dog (which was a big deal to me). They didnt seem to mind me constantly getting in the way. I didnt interact with them as much personally, but I never felt weird or awkward around them or with them in my home!The job itself was done well. It looks fantastic. The cabinets are flawless, and they were my largest concern. They had to patch places as well as paint, and those patches look perfect.Yall, we will be singing CertaPro praises for a long time, and there is no way we will ever use anyone else. I was probably a problem customer and we still received treatment that felt as if we were the only customers at all for them. Absolutely perfect experience.
