    We had hail damage to our house from the summer storm of 2022. A roofer who was a storm chaser, originally had our business. He became difficult to contact as soon as insurance stated the roof was undamaged.Exterior Pro with Todd Nelson took the time to get up on the roof, take the appropriate pictures needed to prove my claim to insurance, and repair my house.I cannot say enough good things about Exterior Pro, and especially Todd Nelson. His professionalism, communication, and customer service was second to none.My roof is repaired, I have new siding, and it was all covered by insurance as Exterior Pro took the time to hassle/deal with the insurance agents. They will be my first call with any future business.

    After storm damage to our house, I called Exterior Pro for an estimate. Josh was great to work with! He is extremely efficient, has great communication and is very knowledgeable. Josh was also a tremendous help working with our insurance company. Exterior Pro repaired our roof, installed new soffits and fascia, replaced gutters and resided our house. It looks great!! If my family ever needed work done, this would be the point of contact I would make if I needed these services.     These guys are very professional. I have trust issues with with home improvement companies from past experiences with other well known companies. Josh and his team went above and beyond to re-side and re-roof my house, and we quickly gained total confidence the job would be done right. After the work was started, we were surprised by how quickly the work was done, and the quality was unquestionable. We love our new siding and roof, it is better than when we bought the house new.
